Mostly always have my favorite brands. Store is always clean and neatly stocked. They also have plenty of cashiers as well as several self check out lanes.

A great selection of food at a great price. You also get the 10% discount for being tax free. I highly recommend this is a very good store with a good selection of products.

Huge commissary with some great deals: frozen NY strips for $2 each. The place was clean and relatively sparse with shoppers. Go get some steaks for your cookout. Cant guarantee the quality but you also cant beat the value.

If you dont mind making another stop for stuff on you list, then this is your place. They are constantly out of stock with a variety of items. I havent been able to figure out a good time to go and be assured that I can get most items on my list...after the 1st, middle of the week, early morning...doesnt matter....they are continually out of stuff and its quite annoying. These couple of pictures are representative of what you will see over the entire store.

There were maybe no more than 20 people in the entire commissary this morning but at least three of them would not keep their masks over their nose. They were all three women. One of them I politely suggested she try breathing through her mouth and she said oh no I cant do that I have to breathe like this and I said you are not protecting yourself or your elderly mother here and she said Im not concerned about myself. And that is why this is going to take forever to get resolved. Because there are too many people for whom its all about them.

Love the prices, selection, and the service. I have been in here several times and never had a problem. I love the selection that you cant get in a lot of your local grocery stores. The prices are really great as well. The checkout people are always friendly and helpful. Every time I have had to ask for help in the store, I have been able to find someone and they have been helpful as well. Would highly recommend!

Ridiculous. They let some woman, who obviously thought she was more important than everyone else, take ~100 items through the 30 or fewer line. Doesnt take a genius to figure out thats stupid.

I have not been to the commissary in awhile, but decided to go today. I know masks are mandatory inside. So I cant breath with it on. Hence thats why I dont go. The store is very hot inside, which made it harder, so I kept pulling it down to catch a breath. But at the door, we had to show our I.D. again. You cant get on base without it. Then the lady at the door, so flippin rude. I just wanted to cry she was so rude. Cant you hire people who arent so aggressive?.

We were followed like common criminals qe were told we had to wear a mask when there were 30 plus people around us not wearing masks which they clearly seen

Wonderful place for active duty & retired military families. Food from all over the world. Can goods prices are very good, I get so much more for my money here. Remember the baggers work for tips so please tip the baggers very well to sack, deliver & put in your car usually between $5 & $10 I tip like a dollar or so a bag. Most the baggers are Vet’s that are retired.

Great place for soldiers dependants and retirees to shop with good prices and variety.

A couple of the cashiers need to learn people skills. This one cashier (Chequita) was rude regarding a simple task of asking if a customer wanted paper or plastic bags. The issue was the woman was too busy chatting with her friend. Other than that, the commissary is not bad to shop at.

Always good prices at the commissary. These coolers are fixed in price, so I was looking for a used one. They had it at the Exchange for a lower price. If you are in the market for one it could be worth a visit. Aside from the lower than normal price, there is the tax savings. Good deal.

Great selection and excellent service.

Have always used the commissary and think its wonderful. The meat has always been the best and I always have been happy with the ground beef until the last visit. It was processed totally different; looked like fat worms instead of ground and although it said 80/20 it was more like 70/30. Very disappointing but mostly wondering why after all these years?

Great place to shop with some really good values. Staff is always kind and helpful. Used to have more organic food options which is one of the reasons I only gave it 4 stars.

Mandatory mask wearing, but can shop with spouses and/or family members. Paper towels and toilet paper are limited. But...it is also the end of the month, and the shelves were being stocked while I was there.Reason for 4 stars: I can go off base and shop without limits *and* without mask.

The commisary was a little sparse on canned foods today and on some fresh fruits and vegetables.

Ive been using the military commissary system for over 40 years and the Tinker AFB commissary is the best commissary Ive shopped at. It is laid out very well, bery clean and well stocked. Your commissary crew is outstanding!

Fast quick and courteous staff.

They have since September discontinued guests with the military member of the family to the Commissary and the BX.. Went last month and got told no one except for the military ID holder and certain allowed exceptions can access until further notice.

I was feeling well. A nice man..I believe a manager... Was concerned about me. The one that stood out was a cashier..a very sweet lady..took very good care of me. Ive never had treatment like that before. Wish I got her name. Ill know her when I see her. Thank you.

Out of all the locations I’ve been to, I always prefer this commissary. They always have what I need and the produce & meat tends to be better than the other locations.

I love shopping at the commissary! Everyone is so kind & helpful. This evening, it was so hot in there, I almost passed out, same as last week when I was there. Sweat was rolling down my forehead. Is there a reason why the A.C. is not turned on in near 100° temps? Thats crazy. May need to start shopping elsewhere!

UPDATE: Returned to commissary for the first time in 6 months, much improvement! Customer service has gotten much better.UPDATE: And again another experience of employees not caring. Not worth dealing with.They dont pay attention at checkout, and dont give full value for coupons. Pay close attention when using coupons. Store itself is great if employees focused a little more it would be even better.

Shop at the commissary for price and convenience. They have a great variety of my frizen fruits to make smoothies. The choice of frozen vegetables is unbeatable. The meat counter is exceptional. I get steaks for less than on the economy. Great military establishment! !

Great selection of plant protiens, much better than I expected moving to Oklahoma. While service can be a little slow at check out, the cashiers are always super personable and friendly. My only issue is that I have, on several occasions, brought home produce that had mold inside. Im sure its not their fault, but its somewhat frustrating.

Great meat dept. They also cater to a lot of different countries in the type of foods they carry. They have a fresh deli and bakery. Prices are very competitive with outside prices. You dont pay tax but there is a service fee charge. I think its about 5 per cent.

A huge commissary and very clean too. Great selection of products with the great prices too. Although it was quite busy, the checkout line went quickly & we had a fabulous cashier.

Over the years all my shopping trips to the commissary have been pleasurable and stress free experiences. On any occasion that I interacted with the staff they have been very knowledgeable and courteous. I do like the diversity of the food items all in one place where as in the community I have to shop at different stores to get the cultural food items I want.

Used to enjoy the commissary. Quality of produce has gone way down. Rare to find Napa Cabbage that hasnt turned yellow and dried out. Also find that many specialty items (canned sesame oil, sweet rice are a few examples)take weeks to be restocked.

We always shop at Tinker Air Force Base commissary and thankful to be able to save money. Service is good and prices are alright.

We shop bi-weekly here. Always great savings and nice selection of produce, meat and daily needs. Busy on paydays for the military. We prefer to shop on Friday when the shelves are well stocked and the lines are not as long.

Always the freshest produce with a greater selection than Walmart. Wider variety of meats including frozen varieties. Good variety of plant based/vegan items. Better international foods selection s than Walmart. (Asian, Mexican, etc). Clean store, neat shelf appearance. Friendly human cashiers is always a plus. Self-checkouts suck.

Could have been a lot better. Many empty shelves and this for month. A lot of items more expensive than off Base. I must say the Commissary is not managed right, this started maybe 8 months ago that the Commissary is going down. Items I bought for years just disappeared. Prices jumped, like 1 bottle of Minute Maid increased from $ .89 to 1.57. Fresca disappeared completely. When on sale I bought sometimes 40 - 60 bottles. I liked shopping at the Commissary but now it is no fun anymore. Hope things will get better. I was today at the Commissary and items like Tomatoes, Majonaise, Carrots, Cauliflour where a lot more expensive than at Aldis or WinCo.

The people who take out your groceries could be a little but more friendly. The act little a two dollar top was nothing. I dont carry a lot of cash.

Cheaper prices off base with better customer service. Too many workers with bad attitudes. Self checkouts need a serious update. Updates necessary to keep up with off base stores.

Shop here once a week and the prices are good with a decent selection. One note to future shoppers; on a regular basis I purchase expired products here. Bad on me for not checking but I dont expect hot dogs that expired over a month ago to still be on shelf. Also bought expired cough syrup today. Check dates to save yourself the trip back!

Very clean and affordable. It can get pretty hectic in the early evenings during the week and sometimes on weekends, but the check out staff are usually very quick.

Best prices in town. This grocery store is worth the trip if on your shopping for $20 or more. Even the milk, ice cream and bread are sold at a huge savings. I stop by on the way home on Fridays to restock for the week. The Commissary, Exchange, and on Base gas station are benefits worth retiring for.

I was pleasantly surprised when I visited tinkers commissary. They stock the better products and the meat and dairy products seem to be a little bit less expensive than regular supermarkets off base. The BX was a real surprise. It was like walking into Dillards. no cheap products. You can find all the better Brands including Victorias Secret products name brand sportswear beautiful purses Etc. Clean bathrooms automatic doors and they also have fast food restaurants on location for a quick bite. Dont forget to save a little bit of cash so that you may tip the bagger and the person that carries out your groceries which by the way they are very friendly very helpful.

Like other commissaries. Some baggers need to go home, others are great. Pick and choose what to buy cheaper here. Def meats are. For some reason our fresh veggies go bad quicker when we buy them at the commissary.

Its always great to get back in the military environment. Its just the courtesy they show that makes me feel at home. We served in army, been retired 23 years and still missing it.

Good when its good. The produce is hit or miss. When its good its great! But often its lacking. They restock on Tuesdays and if you go after Thursday the selection can be lackluster. The prices also very wildly week to week on all products in store. One week you can get an amazing deal and the next time you show up to purchase the same item its gone up 25%+. It is often busy and the isles are narrow. Typical of all commissarys, the baggers work only for tips and are rude when you request to take your own groceries to your car. The bathrooms are often in need of attention.

Best commissary ever

Management is rude, they do not respect military which I cant figure out why they work there. Ive never felt so disrespected in a commissary until here. The baggers only work for tips so if they bag your food and you want to take it out pay them something or just bag your own groceries they are all retired military or military families dont disrespect them they are doing their jobs the best they can. Also they have nice extremely bad Ive found a lot of food torn open from mice. Wont be shopping there until things change.

I go here to buy meat. It is about 20-30% cheaper. Must have valid military ID to get on base and to check out.

Please keep the commissary and bx away from civilian control, as in walmart, target and other big box stores.

I love this place and it has everything that my family and I need.

Prices were good I imagine. Didnt make it past checkout because their credit card/ debit card processing software crashed. Very disappointed. My advice, always carry your checkbook.

Lots of expired products that should not be on the shelves, moldy produce- after 5th time of bringing fruits home and seeing wet, moldy raspberries, blackberries, I know I am done with the store for good. dairy and meat- lots of products expiring today or in 1 day, should be discounted, instead they are fully priced on shelves. unpleasant surprise when you are about cook the meat in a few days and its already expired. Not buying there ever again. plus some Asian baggers are very rude.

Overall experience not great. Lots of empty shelves still for a month. Selection and variety decreasing. Just not customer friendly.

Just an absolute wonderful experience and place to shop. So many different types of food from Germany and other places . I always find something new every time I go
