So today I went to buy some tortillas I told the lady I wanted 9 packages kilos whatever you want to call them so the lady was very rude told me there was a limit and I could only purchase 5 I was like okay that’s fine my husband was behind me and he said he wanted 4 more and the lady said no because he was with me well I thought the whole point of owning a business is you want to make money apparently they don’t because “they have limits” and they are very rude and they told me to go purchase the tortillas somewhere else

I have not tried the tortillas but with the service I received there I am disgusted. First of all they dont receive a card only in cash. Second, the cashier is very slow and she is not friendly, she is not in a hurry, there is another lady beside her moving very fast working and the cashier taking her time touching the tortillas with the same gloves that grabs the money. And then he continues to want to help the machine and puts the dirty gloves up where the dough is. There has to be a cashier who only dedicates to collect, attend customers, and see who follows. Let it be moved, if you go on a Sunday you will stay online 10 to 15 minutes to receive a kilo of tortillas and that if you do not have cash there is a waste of time.
