Its 10:36am. The door is locked. A FedEx delivery slip on the door. The lights all on. Several people have walked up the to the door and the door remains locked. Hours posted have opening at 10:00am. Where are the employees?

Have shopped here many times and have had an overall good experience. The employees are nice and helpful, the selection of merchandise is good, and the cleanliness of the store in general is good. What more do you really need?

Always stocked! Great place for crafts or toiletries.

One of the employees carried a challenged customers purchases to a bus stop, helped her board and pay, and made sure the driver knew where she was going.This is truly service above and beyond!

This is a huge location but they dont have a variety of items inside this store, as some of the other locations.....Need to do better with the stocking of this store.....

This is the worst Dollar Tree in the Metro I used to work there that manager up there is the worst I havent moved back there since last year you want to try to go shopping or if they kick me out all because I stopped working for the Dollar Tree any hire you right on the spot without creditbackground check Ive been hearing people get fired or quit

Standing in line with a few black folks in front and behind me, and was the only white dude in line. Cashier wished everyone a Merry Christmas and greeted them as the got to her in line. When I got to her, she didnt greet me, wish me a Merry Christmas like the 3 people ahead of me. After I paid and headed for the door, she greeted the next black lady and then wished her a Merry Christmas. Lol, really?

Went to get light bulb and found some so I grabbed 30pcs, went to cashiers, front cashiers said there is a limit of 6 I can purchase, so I her to write off a limit, said said she can’t not, so I told her ok, and I was leaving the store and front said loudly “Ugh” that’s really disrespectful act as a big chain stores employee. Just because she have to stock it back? Is not her job to do?Is not she is getting paid for? I did not bother to ask for manager because there 2 employees both was very rude, instead of apologize she told me “just leave”. this kind of employees should stay home and collect unemployment or welfare instead of messing with big chain stores reputations. I am a regular Dollar Tree customer but (NOT GOING BACK TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN).

This store has more variety of products then other Dollar Trees in the metro area. The staff is the most friendly of all local Dollar Trees Ive visited. The manager works a lot and yet he keeps a cheery attitude. I appreciate how willing the staff is to help me find stuff.

This is a meh dollar tree. Not the worst dollar tree Ive been to, but needless to say, this place is kind of ghetto. Sometimes this place looks trashy, has employees that dont pay attention, and has weird customers roaming around outside. But for a quick trip to pick up an item, its nice to run in and out.

Cheap prices for items you can afford. Very nice employees there.

When I approached the check out counter, the manager was being extremely rude to one of the cashiers even though he knew customers were present.I asked the manager if I could use the restroom.The manager responded by stating: we dont have public restrooms. If you really need to go, you can use Ace s next door.I then responded back to him by stating, I wouldnt be asking to use the restroom if I really didnt need to go.I have a medical condition which, according to state law, is covered. Yes, there is actually a law protecting customers of retail establishments.According to this law, every retail establishment must provide access to a restroom.Most businesses err on behalf of the customer. They do not ask if a customer has a medical condition; they merely provide access to any customer who asks to use their facilities.I will never visit this store again.Manager is highly unprofessional and treats his staff and customers disrespectfully.Avoid, if you can.

The two ladies that where there were very nice. Made eye contact n conversation was nice. Usually nobody says anything except to other employees or it takes them forever to open another register when it is absolutely necessary. Today was great.

One the best surprises was the Coffee from Vietnam, it is very good. Amazing flower seed packets as well figured they would be so so. I was floored by the quality of flowers. Always so much too find.

Good customer service but the store was very low on items. They had a small selection on car section. Lots of bare space on shelves in other areas too like cosmetics and bathing supplies.There was literally two other people shopping at 6pm which usually dollar trees Im in are over crowded so I guess this can be a good or bad thing.

Wow. I know its a Dollar Tree, but come on. The place was kind of messy and the employees didnt seem to know what they were doing. I work for a non-profit and was buying cards tax free. I was chided for even considering buying my items tax free. They said is was a lot of extra work for them. Okay, well Im sorry your job as a cashier is so difficult. They complained to me the whole time I filled out the tax free form. It was pretty ridiculous. On top of that, one of the cashiers was literally talking about how shes trying to get a different job while she was ringing everyone up. Even the employees seem to hate it here. I likely wont be back to this location.

The store its self was very nice and well kept and the cashier was very friendly as well the reason it only got 3 and prob shouldve got a 2 is because I was in the last week and the guy in front of me was paying with change and the manager that was there acted disgusting first of all its already embarrassing to have to pay with change but to have the lady basically blast the guy and be hella rude in process will be why they dont get my business anymore I felt so bad for the dude as Im sure the 6 other people in line did too I hope that lady never gets in a tough spot where she has to spend change and has someone looking down their nose on her

Dollar Trees are great places for budget minded stuff. $1 for everything is a deal on most items. This store is a bit older and more worn than some Ive been to. And it seemed to be smaller than the ones in my area. Still worth a look.

The worst Dollar Trees around. I understand it’s Dollar Tree but goodness, the place is a damn mess. Employees don’t care it’s even a mess. They are not friendly. I will drive to the one on 63rd before coming to this one and I live down the street.

I love Dollar Tree. I am constantly amazed at the quality of goods you can get for just $1. Whenever I go there, I always walk out with a lot more stuff than I intended to buy, because I just couldnt resist the great deals. If you go there, be prepared to find things you never expected to see for just $1.

Card machine did not work and they dont know how to run checks so could not get what I needed.

Great store everything cheap the staff is always very friendly recently visited Dollar tree again there store is no longer a dollar they have things now that cost up to $8 its more like a Family Dollar Dollar general not a $1 dollar tree anymore dont care much for it anymore the shampoos for the bottles were nasty on the outside I got your phone charged $5 for a half empty bottle no thank you although I know I can get it better quality

Nicer than the other one on 23rd and some things they have an abundance of options and merch and other things nothing. Really nice workers though thats why 4 stars instead of 3

Well the most items are okay there are some items that would not last even a day but you cant beat the fact that everything is a dollar and theres so much to find occasional snacks and drinks as well if you need a speedy partying and or something to craft on the go this would be a good place to start

I never write a bad review and especially never thought I would do one at a dollar tree. But the cashier I had today probably was having an awful day because I bought some glasses and when she saw I was buying 7 of them she heavily sighed, rolled her eyes, and started angrily mumbling or cussing under her breath. I looked at her very confused but she didnt bother to speak to me. She then looked past me and said with attitude to the two customers behind me thank goodness you guys are so patient all because she had to wrap up the glasses in newspaper. Never said a word to me except for my total and I left without saying a word because I felt like her passive agressive remarks were unnecessary.

This is not the neatest of the local Dollar Tree stores, but their selection is still good. The manager of this location flirts with the women and is actually rude to men. Most of the staff is friendly and helpful, but I always stay clear of the guy with the Aryan Nation tats.

This Dollar Tree is very clean and well organized. But the bathroom was broken. The staff was helpful.

The cashier was super sweet and fast but no one was helping her when i got inline there were 12 people in front of me no manager no other cashiers its Halloween so it was busy my wait was about 25 min in line not happy with managment this cashier was a trooper

They dont like to pay there employees. Manager James is so lazy and when you get on hired they will tell you yeah you gonna get 20 hours but then when you go an call everyday at 8 in the morning they tell you to keep on calling back or you will start this day but never start and when you manage to get one day of work in a week if you are lucky they dont pay you. For crying out loud I was told to be there one Monday at 8 so I got there at 750 and waited until nearly 9 for the manager just to come tell me well I was gonna start you but started this other girl today so come back well if you call me the day before that and said I would start then why not call me back and tell me Nevermind then have me come to work and wait for a hour for you to get off your ass just to tell me to come back in 3 days once again. The manager James sucks there as well. he should be fired.would give it a 0 rating if I could. Never going back to that store especially if James is there

There was boxes in every isle and the store was trashed! And the checker was rude! Quess that is what you get when you pay your employees $7.25 hourly with a 10 cent yearly raise! Dollar tree should be ashamed! 😒

Tried applying here and the day I went for an interview i was on time and the guy never came so they told me to come back later so I did he still wasnt there. And I really need a job. Just wish they wouldnt of slowed me down by this.

This location is very messy with shelves disorganized, products strewn across the floor, several stained floors and cluttered isles. The store also seems very understaffed in general with checkout times being quite long.The parking lot is very busy and crowded. Do not park immediately in front of the store unless you want to be severally door-dinged.Update: As of 3 December 2017 the store smells like human urine.

It was the dirtiest nastiest Dollar Tree I have ever been to. The carpets are soiled with stains and there was trash and dirt all over the floors. The shelves were bare and unorganized. Looked like they do not stock or make the shelves look good as often as they need to. There were 4 workers there 2 were managers and one on her phone while only one girl was checking out a line of us customers.
