Definitely more selection in every department, which a pretty obvious statement. But the employees here, at least the ones I interacted with, were very nice. Didn’t seem like they HAD to ask how my day was. Or if I was looking for anything specific.

One of the reasons I like Walmart is there is usually enough workers around that if I cant find something they help me and usually walk me right to the product. I also like to check out their clearance aisle cuz sometimes they have what Im looking for ot a great deal on something I need or want. I usually always go there first unless Im in a hurry.

Despite the hurricane disaster they managed to maintain a tight operation as much as possible. Allowing military personnel to get-in-and-out the store quickly despite the long lines outside. Between the friendly/understanding staff, we appreciate you guys and hope you recover from this disaster quickly.

One of the cleaner walmarts Ive been to recently. Staff is busy stocking and quick to help if you look lost. Lines are fast and the greeters are attentive.

Not well stocked or organized and hard to find someone to ask for help. There were only 2 checkout lines open, each with a long line. I waited 12 minutes to finally reach the cashier and pay. Also, there were no functioning toilets on the womens restroom

I try to avoid Wal-Mart because of all the self check-outs. I dont want to work while Im shopping. Also, I would rather an actual person check me out instead of all those computers taking jobs.

The associates here are sweet and kind they speak to you when you walk in the door and they ask you if you are okay and need any help finding something. The cashiers speak as soon as you walk up to the register and asks you of you found everything okay if you look like you cant find something. I love some of their spirits when you are talking to them.

I used to frequent this store regularly and had many negative experiences here. Once I bought a TV that was a floor display (so it was on clearance) and before purchasing asked to plug it in and make sure it worked; they said that wasn’t possible and they assured me that it did, when I got home I found that the screen was cracked, I brought it back in the next day and they refused to refund my money. I refused to accept that and eventually we compromised on an exchange. So, I ended up with a different TV that did work. Also, on numerous occasions (both while shopping alone or with my children) I had Walmart security follow me around, ask to check my bags, and even on one instance call the police saying that I fit the description of a shoplifter they kicked out previously.Update: I happened by this store a few days ago in need of the money center and found it already closed, so decided to shop and found some great deals and had a good experience!

They have been out of several items in the deli lately, mainly the Wing-dings. Very disappointing when thats what Im going for. The store was clean and employees courteous.

Usually my delivery are good experiences, but this time, I was surprised to never hear the door or doorbell. Although I didnt hear any news, I kept checking the door. I looked at the app. It had the page where I rate the driver. I knew the groceries must have been left at the wrong address. Ive been using the delivery service for over a year, and not once have they used any other address. My groceries were at my address from two years ago. I had to go get them. They had been sitting outside for over an hour, in the blazing heat, so anything that went in the fridge was useless. Although customer service initially tried to put the blame on me, when I made it clear that I have tried to delete all old addresses & debit cards. It wouldnt allow me to do that. They eventually did refund my money for the ruined food items. It was not an easy process & I had to reorder those items and wait until the next day for a delivery opening.

Had a problem with my tire leaking air and the guys in the auto shop found the issue and fixed it right up! They were all super nice and very helpful!! It was such a pleasant experience and I’ll definitely be returning!

Walmart does not care about us the customer, we people as the founder of the business. Walmart will allow cash customers wait in line for up to an hour or longer because its Self Check Out Registers only take cards. But come the holidays our cash mean more money for their bottom line then we are essential. No loyalty!!!

It has a good selection of items. It keeps many things in stock (Great Value soft peppermints not as well).

Very Time consuming to Check out. Patrons scan his or her purchases then you have to go to Customer Service to checkout. Tax Exemption could not be done. Customer Service person rescaned purchased items. Customer Service area was Unclean. Not swept or mopped. Filthy with Shampoo rental machine.

Walmart usually has everything I need which is great but I dont like to be forced to check myself out.Shopping during opening store hours is a completely different and refreshing experience than shoppingat work. The workers are kind, present, and helpful. The store is freshly and neatly stocked. I dont like being forced to self check out.

Gotta give them 2 stars. Since opening up the hours from Covid-19 .... The stores grocery side has been lacking. Either they cant keep stuff in stock or they cant order correctly. Better to go to a Neighborhood Market.

Womens shave gel is locked in a glass case now. Fine, but there was literally no one around to get some out or ring at 6:00 on a weekday evening. Guess Ill be shopping someplace where I can actually buy things now.

You can tell they are on loss margin awareness month. They are staring down your arms as you scan your own items, reaching into your bags to make sure things got scanned and then 20 feet away ask to see your receipt. You do not have to submit to an illegal stop and search from a corporate employee. They are told to ask, you can tell them No thank you have a great night. Good people awful corporation.

They like to hold up people at the door for receipts for things like a bag of salad or a loaf of bread not in a bag.

I like Walmart but whats frustrating about the Belle Isle location is they dont have enough help! And the times that they are busiest is when they dont have enough employees help which means long lines and cranky customers.

Not enough checkers!! Perfer a personable experience!!! Unless you lower prices as to pay me to check myself out I wont use self checkout.

I used to work there and they are out of a lot of things. They need more cashiers at the regular registers and not so many people working self checkout. They had like 10 people working self checkout..If they are wanting the shop lifting to stop limit the number of items that they can check at a time like 10 items. Also alcohol shouldnt be allowed to be checked out in self checkout. I witnessed a cashier not checking IDs when alcohol.

Theres only 4 lanes opened. I and my two items were next in line and told to go to the south line which was 40+ people deep. Pretty horrible policy to pull someone out of one line to go to the end of a ludicrously long line.

Didnt have my size car tire so no big deal right put on one size bigger until the lady looked it up on computer said its against their policy well i put that size on all the time it works better than original SHAME ON YOU WAL-MART for letting electronics overrule common sense ! They turned me away like stinks to be you

Literally half the store is locked up now, which okay, I understand. This wouldn’t be a big deal if there was ever a single employee around to help you unlock stuff, but it’s impossible to find anyone. The women’s shaving cream is even locked up now, but not the men’s on the same exact aisle, which just goes to show the thought (or lack thereof) behind this decision.

Same as all Walmarts no cashiers available but plenty of self checkouts..... When is Walmart paying us to checkout our own stuff

I cannot express how truly and utterly we dislike this location. So many rude workers, always hot, not enough different healthy variety in small animal pet food, nor variety in bedding or toys for small animals(rats, mice, hamsters, guinea pigs, rabbits, etc) beyond disappointed with this store. Even when we show they have items in stock on the website for that specific location, dont bother asking for help. Numerous times floor workers tell us if its not on the shelf its not in stock. But when we talk to a manager they find it and get the product they show in stock. Need to start weeding out the lazy workers that no longer care about their job.

Walmart needs to fix their check out, the machines still havent fixed the long line problems. Pay people $20/hr to check people out and they may give people the best shopping experience.

At first glance, this is a nice Walmart. Theyve had updates to their entrances and online pickup areas. The self checkout area was big. The aisles were roomy. Associates were helpful. But many items were stocked incorrectly. Five items in our buggy rang up for more than the price associated on the shelf. 3 items i didnt bother having them check (difference of each item: $0.03, $0.05, $4). I did have them check the other two. One was labeled for $11 and rang up for $17. They matched that one. The other was marked $8.98 and rang up for $19. They wouldnt match that one. Even though i was able to find a partial solution, its pretty ridiculous to have that many stocking errors, and such large amounts. I should not have to check the UPC of each item to ensure theyre stocked correctly.

A great Walmart. Very clean, with great selection of quality meats. Vegetables here are typical of Walmart-- they could be better quality. Parking is adequate, location is good, and staff is friendly.

The store was fine BATHROOMS WHERE HORRIBLE! 3 stalls out of order, an employee in one of the 2 working stalls having a LOUD conversation on her cell phone while having a bowel movement and people where waiting to use the bathroom........

Wednesday Sept 25 visit was a nightmare self checkout lined up 12 buggys deep. Middle self checkout closed, 2 actual cashiers. My last visit there. Im shopping at WINCO now.

I have visited here on 20Aug2020. Had somuch crowd. It is not 24 hour open shop being they said super center. They close by 10 PM.I have done huge shopping includes vegetables, households, eggs and milk.The people who work here are helpful and customer friendlyI fear of getting COVID here because of crowd even most of them wear masksWALMART management need to check body temperature of every customer and need to enforce face mask policies. They are not much keen about this. Careless company

The Walmart supercenter at belle Isle Avenue is like all other super center. But this store has only a few self checkouts. It needs to increase the number of self checkouts. Because of fewer self checkouts, you have to spend same time as cashier checkout her. It is not a 24 hour open store. It probably closes at midnight.

Like to shout-out Ms.Sophie from the deli was showed so much hospitality! I ask if anyone is available in bakery to write on my daughters birthday cake and without hesitation she said she could try because the person that is working over there was on lunch. Thank you so much for having a friendly personality and didnt mind going the extra step for your fellow co worker!!! It was beautiful and just wanted to let Walmart know please give her a kudo!!!!

I am completely fed up with Walmarts self-checkout system. I have many issues with it, but the most frustrating aspects relate to their limited acceptance of cash payments. Why are the POSs that accept/dont accept cash not clearly marked? The one [expletive deleted] employee working the area is always completely lost and overwhelmed, seemingly unable to remember which do accept cash, adding to the mayhem of what becomes a free-for-all, as cash customers ignore the etiquette of standing in line and slide in to a cash POS that opened up behind you while you were walking unknowingly to a card only machine. Of course, the employee must notice this, but they say and do nothing. Sometimes, though, none of the self-checkout registers accept cash, forcing folks to wait in the only lane in that giant store that always accepts cash, the one designated for the purchasing of cigarettes. I can go on and on about the self-checkout system and its numerous flaws, but Ill stop it here. Please fix your broken system, Walmart.

This is the best Walmart around this area of the city. The people that work here take their job seriously and the customer service in the photo area is phenomenal! You can tell that they really care about their customers satisfaction!

Generally decent Walmart. Very busy most hours. Congested parking lot. Generally rude unhelpful employees, the usual. Lots of mislabeled prices and shelves. Marginally clean.

Not overly friendliest staff. A little irritated they lost my photo gift order. But they offered a 10% discount for my troubles. Its my neighborhood Walmart so Ill be back...

Was walking through the aisles getting ready to leave the store and I stumbled upon this..No I was not shopping for my dogs at the time but this caught my attention as it should store associates.

The baby formula is locked up and there wasnt a button to notify an employee. I had to search for someone. I was told there was 1 person with a key and she would be by in a couple of minutes. I waited 45 minutes, with an infant, in order to get this item. 0/10 would not recommend if you need anything you are unable to retrieve yourself.

The Plus Size Womens clothing section is a mess! Its kinda spread out across a couple of sections, and intermingled with the smaller sizes which is depressing and frustrating. You spot something you like, go to get a better look, and its not your size.. grrrr.. Please put ALL Plus size clothing in ONE AREA!

My husband had always hated it, and I see why, if you actually need anything / help this is not the place to get it, and they wont explain anything to you .The associates stalking were very nice and helpful but front end is lacking all intelligence and customer service is of absolutely no help at all !Very ghetto Walmart when it comes to helping out the customers .

Low on all items, out of some that were posted to be in stocks. Every grocery isle was in disarray. Will have to be a need to go back only. Otherwise will never go back again.

Almost always have a good experience BUT this time I pulled up, parked, got out of the car and was GLARED at by a cart a WAL MART CART attendant. I walked past him and got all the way up to the entrance of the store, looked back at my car and witnessed the Wal mart employee RUB UP to the back bumper and DRAG his hand across the back bumper. I park far away from the front for a reason. NOT to have DISRESPECTFUL people touch or ding my car up! I went ahead and made my purchase, went to my car but seen no damage other than were he dragged his fingers across the back bumper. VERY disrespectful

The greeter at the grocery entrance was great and most understanding with my knee pain. Kept a smile great greeter.

Today I had the pleasure of having Bill (a veteran) and lovely older gentleman to assist me today in the fabric department. Walmart needs more employees like him. He was kind, courteous, helpful and his attitude and customer service was above and beyond. A truly outstanding employee.

It was great. They were stocked up. It was clean and well organized.

Everything is locked up. When you push the button, no one has keys. Then after waiting for 15 minutes for razors, an associate walked by I asked him if he could help and he said I would need to go to cosmetics to find someone. Went to get the next thing on my list and there was another locked shelf. This store used to be my favorite super center, not anymore!

Its wall Mart. Nothing it off the ordinary this day. However once upon a time i bought a pint of cottage cheese there. I walked outside and opened the cheese to find it was spoiled. So i went back I fora exchange and themanager wouldnt allow it due to C-19 restrictions. The time between purchase and return was less than ten minutes. I understand the policy stated no food returns, but this once i thought the rule couldve been tested for flexibility. To bad none of us can survive without wall Mart in our lives. Happy shopping, may discounts fill your isles.

The Supercenter has all my needs with the location being close enough to my home I can walk there. The prices are amazing and there is always a friendly staff member there to greet you in the same tradition as Sam Walton the founder. I love fact I can do my banking which helps.

There was a women with a yellow scarf on her head that was just plan stupid. Would not help me find something I was looking for. Said she did not know where anything was. Just plan pitiful.
