This place is awesome. We normally come in here because of their great cigar selection. The staff will give you suggestions based on your preferences. They also have a great selection of lighters, cutters, humidors, draw tools and many other accessories. We actually came in because we are trying out pipe smoking. (That wont replace hand made cigars for me) They have a very good selection of pipes and a great selection of pipe tobacco. We got 4 different flavors of pipe tobacco at a nice price. We love this place.

Tobacco Exchange is a fantastic store with great employees. They have a great selection of cigars at very reasonable prices. Of all the shops I have been in across the US, these guys rank among the tops. I also appreciate the attentiveness they have take regarding COVID and the policies they have.

Don’t go here. Very rude customer service. The kind that talk down to people just because they own the shop. I even told the worker he could be polite to people but began telling me a sob story about why’s he’s being rude.I been coming to this shop for years, unfortunately because of one individual I won’t return & will tell my big circle of friends & business owners to not come here

I stopped by there for the first time the other day and it was a great experience. Very friendly staff and helpful. Cigar selection was good but as I dont smoke them I cant give a review, but they had a pretty good selection of pipes and pipe tobacco. Pipe tobacco was moist and smoked wonderfully. I plan on buying a pipe there in the very near future. Definitely a place to visit if you want a cigar, pipe or tobacco. They also had a great selection of various types of lighters and other smoking accessories as well.

I had the best experience in there today. I went in there because it was my birthday and I was wanting to get me something for my birthday. The guy with the colored hair and glasses (dont know his name, but we had a conversation about him playing in a band and he had performed the night before) was extremely helpful in helping pick out some cigars. The customer service was excellent and personnel was very knowledgeable. The prices were good. Overall great experience and I will definitely be back.

They have a wonderful selection of cigars, and pipe tobaccos, and they have a great smoking lounge in the store that is fun to hang out in. The lounge is the kind of place where people go to solve the worlds problems. I love it.

Friendly and helpful staff, really go out of their way to accommodate their customers. If you want something uncommon that they dont have, theyll make every effort to acquire it for you. Also, their prices on accessories and what not are as cheap or cheaper than even Amazon Prime prices for the same stuff. If you are a tobacco enthusiast or connoisseur, this place should be part of your circle.

As a beginner cigar enthusiast I was very happy with this place. They are eager to help you figure out whats right for you if you just ask. They also have a very nice smoking lounge that isnt membership only. They will get my business for sure.

Had a crummy experience at a cigar shop down the street. I remember visiting this place many years ago. Decided to give it another shot, and glad I did. Got prompt service and the treatment was just fine. No complaints here, will be going here next time Im in the neighborhood, vs going to the competition.

The GM insulted my father about cutting a cigar. Very rude and hateful. When we have been repeating customers and never had any of the staff say this to us before until now. I called and talked with an employee his reply was we dont want you to cut because you might not pay. When we have done business with them since early 2000. The GM also said to my father I see you have a lot of credit cards. Indicating his credit wouldnt go through. My father than replied dont judge a book by its cover his reply was well I know a very rich guy. For the cigar tobacco store to be located in a shopping center in a corner location next to a ghetto Dollar Tree I think he needs to humble himself. Very rude hateful attitude was displayed. I will no longer be a loyal customer because of how my father was treated. I much rather go to more of an high end cigar lounge and not deal with disrespect.

One of my Favorite places to go for my Cigars. Great people, and good prices. and if you dig in the Humidor a little bit sometimes you can find hidden cheap surprises!

Staff was extremely helpful for helping me start out on pipe tobacco. Anywhere they were, they would come running to the front desk for assistance. Definitely would recommend coming here for starting off and to make some good freinds.

Stopped in during a recent trip to Okc. Found it on google close by where we were staying. There was a ton of trash directly in front of the shop. Inside the entry more trash and debris was on the ground.No one greeted us for about 2 minutes so we walked into the humador and passed two employees one was watching videos with headphones and never saw us. The other said hello, however never offered assistance of any kind.We found our way around and had to wait another few minutes in front of the counter. My husband went to find someone to check us out. We spent about $25 dollars and would have spent 3 Times that. However the service was so bad it just was not with it. We don’t live in okc but do visit multiple times a year for business travel. We won’t be returning this cigar store

This place took a picture of my ID. This has never happened to me before and made me feel very uncomfortable. I’m 38 years old. I was just driving through OKC, my normal tobacconist is Fogue and Bates in Tulsa. I will be finding a new store in OKC. Guess I’ll know the first place to worry about if something strange happens with my Identity.

I went in to buy my boyfriend a couple cigars for Christmas. I had no idea what I was looking for, but told them my budget and his likes and dislikes. They were very friendly, and helped me pick out three. They also gave me a free box to store them in.

I went in to buy a few cigars and right away felt very unwelcome. I asked a question about a certain cigar I was looking for and was told that they have never heard of it. I travel to OKC often and will find another store in the area to buy from.

VERY LARGE SELECTION! Whenever Im looking for singles, I love coming to this location. Not only is the staff very knowledgeable, but they know how to listen and make a well-informed recommendation. The main reason I shop here is that they sell the Undercrown Liga Privadas series at a very affordable rate. After finding that right smoke, you can enjoy it in their in-house smoke lounge. Its stocked with complementary non-alcoholic beverages and snacks. Id HIGHLY recommend this place for anyone getting into cigars or someone looking for casual humidor stocking.

Terrible shop. Macanudo has a special going on right now; but 4 get one free. Promo says any Macanudo but this assclown says that I can only pick from some culls that he has in a box on the floor!

The staff seem knowledgable and are definitely customer service oriented. The humidor is a little bit disorganized but overall their selection is good. I would say the cigars here are upper mid tier. (Liga privadas, Fuentes minus opus x, Olivia melanios)

The GM was rude to me last time I was there. Havent been back since.

I called and asked if the had a particular cigar,he said yes gave me a price for one and said to come on down and get one.I drove across town 30 minutes only to be told they came in box sets and they would not open another box till the last one of another kind was sold.They were $13 bucks each and i was not willing to spend that on a cigar I had not tried just to get a few of what I did want.Come on you idiot you had one left and/or should have said what the deal was before I drove across town or around the block.Whatever happen to service in this day and age?
