Uninformed employee sold me plastic terp pearls that ruined my piece and the new banger I just bought from them. I havent been able to stop coughing because of the burning plasic! Upon returning the banger the representative behind the counter was extremely rude to my wife. Definitely will not be a returning customer!

Ive never been to your place but it seems great and Im planning on visiting soon. I smoke an electronic cigarette and its very hard to find juices because Im picky and dont like all the fruity stuff but the plain tobacco is well plain Ive recently been experimenting with vanilla custard, hazelnut and other nutty flavors. A wonderful place to shop. Great selection, competitive prices, inviting environment and atmosphere and easy to find.Then of course there is a Mrs. Cool herself. Very friendly and very professional. But still down to earth and human enough to be able to relate to customers. Fun to talk to and more than willing to help you find anything that you need and give input on whatever you ask about. one of my favorite people in Oklahoma City area. her mannerisms alone is enough to have someone coming back to her shop.

This used to be the only place I would ever go to for my tobacco needs. They always had the best staff, best prices, and best selection. I would have given 5 stars in those days but ever since the owners split this store has declined. They still have a great selection and good prices but the owner was extremely rude, not helpful at all, and gave me the impression that she didnt even want customers in the store. Its sad to see how much this store has changed.

Listen guys, the owner is not rude at all. I read reviews and was worried about going but I decided to go the other day. It was a wonderful experience. The owner was very nice and extremely helpful. She took the time to explain the different vapors and was overall wonderful. I will absolutely be going back. I highly recommend this place.

Good selection but they act like they hate marijuana . 95% of the people in there are buying it for marijuana just relax a little bit I know its still illegal federally but if you mention bong or THC marijuana any words the lady theyre freaks out. im buying a bong and I cant even ask her how it hits. And when I ask to see a bong She acted like I was a 5 year old who is going to break it. I would definitely suggest driving to Indigo attic its worth the drive and the people there will give you tips and are more than glad to help you. I also have my marijuana license and made that quite clear to the lady.

Absolutely LOVE this place. Great vibe and super chill staff. Before management changed a few years back, I had to drive all the way out of state to get what I needed ;) hehe. But now I can simply drive up the street, being that I live on western. Literally the only reason I gave this place 4 stars instead of 5 is the fact that they sold me a broken novelty item awhile back, but when I came back a few days later they made up for it by really hooking me up!! :DPeace :P

I haven’t been in this store for years, but I will make this review anyways. The store is wonderful, the atmosphere has always been great and I fully stand behind the quality of the products. You can get anything in there from incense, posters, clothing, to hookahs, glassware, and papers. It’s well worth the visit for the experience that you won’t get anywhere else.Lisa and Beaner are good people. They were kind to me when I needed it most, and gave me advice that I never took, that I should have. During the time, I felt you had slighted me and I was angry, but it turned out that I was wrong; and you two were right to do what you did.I just want to say that I appreciate everything you two did for me, and I wish you both the best.

Unfortunatley the last 4 or 5 times ive been there the lady they have employed there working the counter has been very short and rude. They always work with me when it comes to hookah. I have worked at various hookah bars and can tell you it is very difficult to work with both tobacco and coal companies. Since they are usually over seas it takes hours on the phone just to order. When it comes to the delivery there is no way of knowing when anything will show up. Mrs. Coolz does the very best and I will always be a regular customer. Thank you Mrs. Coolz for always letting me leave with everything I need! 👍👌

I ask her what the difference type in the two glass pipes I was comparing and she said “there all glass”.From my understanding there are different glass pipes that change color as lots of heat is applied, ones that glow in the dark, others that are like double layered in glass to make it more durable in the hands of a clumsy one.Change the logo Mrs. Rudez

Great shop. I come in every Friday with some friends from work and buy from Mrs. Coolz. They have one of the biggest selections of papers Ive seen around OKC and lots of glass to choose from.One of the other reviews was complaining of cheap Chinese glass but Ive personally bought several pipes and other glass pieces and have had zero issues with quality; to the point Ive dropped a couple (wood floor) and they survived flawlessly.Mrs. Coolz has a great selection of all kind of crazy accessories you would never think even existed, and I always end up with a few extra purchases after I look around. The store, although a tad on the small side, is clean and well organized. As long as its not too busy there is plenty of room to browse, although I do hope someday they expand to give a bit more elbow room when there are lots of customers inside.In closing, I will shop here again and will continue to recommend this store for all your smoking needs around OKC. The prices are fair against online stores and the selection is diverse. Give Mrs. Coolz a try! Its been my exclusive go to store for 5 months now and I dont plan on changing that any time soon.-Justin

Ive been here many times in the past but have never been super impressed with the customer service or the prices. I go here because they offer military discounts and I want to support business that support the military like that. The problems I have with this place is the lady that works there every time Ive been in the store. She tries to act friendly though you can tell its forced and she just comes across as rude. Her energy is all wrong for this store. She even argued with me about SQ 788 and I knew she was wrong but I just said okay and let her be wrong as she smugly shook her head no in annoyance. (Scott Pruitt did in fact change the language on the petition and it was delayed till 2018 because Oklahomans for health was fighting to have it changed back). Also, how are you not going to carry parts designed for concentrates? She said, we wont carry them until some laws change. I fail to see the difference from that and other products sold in the store. Plus, CBD is legal now and CBD shatter can be bought in many places... not sure if Ill be back here. She just doesnt make me feel welcomed in the store. Even hearing her conversations with other customers makes me angry. Not sure how you can justify the continued employment of someone who is the source of nearly every negative review for your store.

I loved my experience..I walked in was greeted i didnt know what i needed. I told her i got a hookah yesterday and needed whatever to use it..She found great flavors that are not harsh...her name was Rhonda...Ms Rhonda thank u for a great experience first time ever going in..Smooking my hookah now no complaints.

I just love the ladies that work here, they even gave a roll of toilet paper when I had allergies. Plus they have a great selection, and that 13 Glass stuff is so cool!!

My family and I have been patrons of this business for almost 10 years, way before it became MRS Koolz, and this morning I had to stop because I needed a new rubber nipple for my bullet pipe and since I have bought MANY from them over the years and even recently I bought one I knew they had them so despite the fact that they didnt open until it was 11 and I got there at 10:24 I decided to go ahead and wait... except this time I was told by the old woman working that they dont sell them individually, Id have to buy the entire new pipe! I asked her why? I had just purchased one LESS THAN A MONTH ago and there was no problem AND I also informed her I had literally been sitting outside for half an hour waiting on them to open at 11 and all she said was SORRY! and acted like my time meant nothing. Completely dismissed me like I dont matter at all. After the many many years my family and I have been loyal customers we will never set foot in here again and Ill be telling anyone and everyone I know that smoke, which is A LOT of ppl, about my experience and that Ziggys is the place to go! Heartbroken.

I give this place 4 stars instead of 5 for two main reasons and my only reasons if im being honest. The first being Ive only been in there once because a really good buddy of mine told me to go check it out and yes maam if your reading they buy from your store all the time when they have money. From my experience in there was fantastic even though I didnt buy anything because I didnt have any money at that exact moment to buy anything with. As far as customer service went Id go so far to say that is legitimately some of the nicest people Ive dealt with. I plan on showing up again soon which brings me to my second reason the drive. I live about 30-45 minutes away which is a pretty good drive but for what its worth its worth it. I believe the owner was the lady I was talking to and she was an extremely informative and professional worker. The establishment is clean as hell pardon my french and Im not trying to take shots at other companies saying this but Mrs. Coolz is hands down one of the best in the business not for what they have but for how they treat customers. Its funny because Ive been a long time customer going in and out of Mrs Coolz. When she knows who you are and she can see your face shes nice but if you call up there and ask a question she acts like your stupid. Such rudeness in her voice, crazy because I never thought that the other reviews on here were legit but then I get treated as such so I kind of changed my mind and they just lost some regular customers....they havent had NATURAL coals for shisha in like 2 weeks. I only called twice to see if they restocked.. once was like the beginning of the week the second time was more than a few days later.. and you can just tell she gets annoyed or something your even asking her a question.... pfft. The police are making headshops disappear. This is one of the last ones... but now I refuse to go there.. it will be online from now on. It was nice knowing ya mrs. Coolz
