Prices are a little high on some things but staff is friendly, free cigar lounge is really comfortable and they have a big selection. All the cigar boxes are a dollar so as a collector the selection and price are a good fit.

Used to be in Norman and loved going to the Tobacco Exchange in Moore, now I’m in Edmond and have enjoyed going to this one. The prices are cheaper than some other places and all the staff have always been friendly and welcoming.
Tobacco Exchange is a fantastic store with great employees. They have a great selection of cigars at very reasonable prices. Of all the shops I have been in across the US, these guys rank among the tops. I also appreciate the attentiveness they have take regarding COVID and the policies they have.
I was immediately approached as soon as I stepped inside. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to answer all my questions. I left feeling like they were genuinely hoping to see me again. The shop is clean, organized and comfortable. I havent had the chance to experience their lounge, but I will certainly be back.

The staff here is wonderful. I buy tobacco for my husband who is overseas and I send it to him. They are always really helpful and just super cool to talk to. Very welcoming and I always look forward to going in to the store. Just stop by if you are curious. Just go. They are awesome.
Went there in search of something I wasnt even sure existed. Multiple staffers helped and answered all our questions until we figured out what it was we were looking for and then we were able to purchase it at a very reasonable price! Very grateful for all of their help!
Great selection of cigar and pipe tobacco. Also have lighter refill canisters. Will help you out filling when you have one of those special soldering, heating torches. Many other smoking related products. Have been around a long time. Very friendly folks.

Absolutely love this place. My family has been going here since it opened and were so glad that we did. Fantastic selection of cigars and pipe tobacco (I recommend the wildcat). The smokin room is great to relax and enjoy the company of fellow enthusiasts.
As a newbie I feel like I was welcomed with open arms. It was a younger guy working but he was extremely knowledgeable about tobacco. He was helpful, patient, and made the extra effort to ensure I was taken care of. I will definitely be a regular customer.

I like the shop, I like the staff, I enjoy the products. I know its bad for me but so is candy and ice cream and alcohol and being sedentary for too long. Moderation is key. Definitely talk to the staff as they know their stuff.
My buddies and I always love when we go to Tobacco Exchange. It has a great selection of cigars, and a great team that has a answer for any question we have ever asked. This is my hometown lounge and I always feel like im at home.

This place has noticeably been stepping up on their selection recently. They have great prices, are very friendly, and quite knowledgeable. The lounge is free to hang out in if youre having a smoke. People from all walks of life stop through on a weekly basis. Visited this shop after a few other popular (more advertised) cigar lounges in town 2 or 3 years ago and have been stuck stopping in many times a week after work since then.Pipe tobacco, cigarettes, as well as accessories (lighters, papers, pipes, humidors, etc.) available in the front retail space. 10/10 would deal with again.

Spoke with Mason over the phone after a particular cigar Id been looking for had been eluding me for quite some time. I typically go to the okc shop on Sundays to get my goods for the week, but they didnt have what I needed. They suggested I give the Edmond location a try and sure enough they had what I was looking for. Mason was kind and friendly. Had I not needed to grab some lunch Id sure have taken him up on his offer to enjoy my newly acquired Rocky Patel Sun Grown Maduro down there. Mason even helped educate me on furthering my understanding of the craft of the cigar. Really great business, and the great experience Ive had at the OKC store certainly did not fall short over here. Great location, highly recommend!

VERY friendly, very helpful, this is one of the few tobacco shops Ill go to because it seems they genuinely want My business. By the way, try their Hobbits Spirit a blend of two cherry Cavendishes and a black Cavendish base! Wow! :)
