Richard was extremely helpful when I bought a disposable vape & it started pouring juice on me when I opened it. He let me exchange it for another one, unfortunately it happened again, apparently it was the brand I chose. He let me exchange it for another brand that was not faulty. Many vape shops refuse to exchange once you leave the store, however Richard was compassionate & apologetic towards my situation and resolved my issues with no fuss! I will certainly be back! Thank you for going above & beyond for us!

The owner is very sweet, great pricing some is overpriced, but its worth it because often most of the shops around the city they dont have what he has. Especially in Edmond is tripled in prices when it comes to Hookah Tobacco or charcoal.
