I was referred here by a friend who lives in Oklahoma, (Im in Texas). I reached out to the owner for some recommendations and was not disappointed; the customer service just through facebook messenger was enough for me to give it a shot. Communication is very important to me and since my first experience, I have placed another order online rather than trying to find a comparable shop near me. Took my dad to this location for his birthday today for a surprise and after alot of research this place shined not only reputation but with selection and service. I was impressed by the help from staff and selection that they offered. In todays time that makes a huge difference in a business and was glad that I chose this business for him select his gifts and have the experience. So glad that we stopped by and will be back for sure and cant thank them enough for a good experience and taking are of my dad.

Was in from out of town and this place should be on your destination list. Humidor stocked with plenty of choices. They even have the one a day shelf with some hard to find options. I also was able to score some FFPs along with a 99. Great experience with a friendly knowledgeable staff. I will definitely be stopping again on my next trip.

Great ppl and great selection of cigars

Great staff and great people all around very knowledgeable on cigars. The lounge area is amazing did I mention they have two great areas. The lockers are well kept lets just say its a must visit location. The staff welcomed me like family with the upmost respect. Rick helped me select a few new sticks I haven’t tried plus a few of my favorites! Love the selection and variety between Boutique and standards. Definitely visit and chat with them! They also have online sales and two clubs to hang in. Very impressed and happy with my experience there!

I was in OKC for a visit and stopped twice.Update 06/20/2020Back in OKC and stopped for a few sticks.The cigars are fresh, well maintained, and well priced. This is the best cigar shop/lounge Ive ever been to. They have the highest quality cigars. Staff is awesome and customer service is excellent!

Great to have a nice lounge and cigar shop on the south side. The lounge is very friendly and great atmosphere to enjoy a stick while watching the game or enjoying a beer or glass of scotch. Although member lounge, they let anyone passing through to enjoy the lounge so always some new people to meet. They do monthly cigar and liquor pairings. The humidor is decent. New shop so they are building it up.

Good selection

I am brand new to the world of cigars. Walking into a large humidor is intimidating to say the least. Initially I thought that this would not be a good experience but they gave me some good advice and help me pick out some cigars that Im looking forward to smoking. It ended up being a great experience and I received a lot of great information.

Was in town for spring break and decided to swing by, great place and the people there were even better, man at the front desk immediately asked if I needed any help and was very conversational while I was there enjoying my smoke. The memberships there sound very well worth it just wished I lived there! Great place.

The gentleman that operates this cigar shop was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant. The vast selection of cigars was almost overwhelming. A most pleasant atmosphere for the cigar enthusiast. I highly recommend stopping. It is also wheelchair friendly for handicapped shopping.

Its hard to think of Omertá as a business. It feels more like a fraternity of great people with an appreciation for cigars and spirits. I became a member on my first visit in September 2015, and Im still going back at least weekly. I have never seen a newcomer made to feel unwelcome. The people are laid-back and genuine, both gentleman and ladies from all walks of life. This is my favorite place in Oklahoma City!

The guys here are very helpful. They take the time to answer questions and make recommendations. They have a Huge humidor. I think they have a smoking room and some kind of membership too.

I dont smoke often, but when some friends from outta town come in, this is my #1 spot in OKC. Theyve got a fantastic selection, great and helpful staff, and the regulars are very inviting and awesome to hang out with. A must location if you like a good smoke with some super great guys.
