Its just one guy so its easy for him to get backed up but once he gets to your car he does a great job fixing it and gives you a fair price.

As a single female, I have learned to be way of people trying to take advantage (in regards to cost-specifically). I stand with the other reviewers, he is fair and honest in his pricing, I believe he even gave me a break, in consideration of the times, which was MOST APPRECIATED. I didnt have to beg (which I was willing to lol), & was treated respectfully and kindly. Theres not enough kindness these days, am I right folks? J.T. the mechanic is very very good. He fixed what metro -ford meshed up. Metro Fords diagnosis on all the noise my car was making AFTER it was in their shop was entirely wrong. J.T. fixed all that. My car is back to its old self.

He ALWAYS explains what needs to be done in a clear, concise way, and whatever up front price he says, that is what it will be. Had an issue with my heater not working so came here on a recommendation from a friend. Hands down the best service I have received from a mechanic! Today was incredibly professional and knowledgable about the problem and fixed the issue very quickly. He even took the time to show me exactly what was wrong to ensure that I knew I wasnt being taken advantage of. He gave me recommendations for future possible issues as well to avoid any major mishaps. 10/10
