If you are looking to waste money this is the place, Laura and heather, nice ladies no complains about them. The GM on the other hand doesn’t know how to do his job, will sit here and argue with you, they circled everything that was wrong with the car, yet when I came and picked up the car they put me AT A TOTAL RISK THEY GAVE ME MY CAR WITH NO BRAKE LIGHTS OR TURN SIGNALS!!, I have the video of when they knew about it. It took 2 more times for the car to be brought back again because they didn’t even fix it properly, CAR WAS THERE FOR A TOTAL OF THREE MONTHS!!, Oh and they made me pay what they couldn’t fix properly just because they don’t specialize in that? Why take a car when you know what’s wrong with it if you don’t specialize on that subject. CAR WAS FINE, all of a sudden every time the car is brought back a new issue arrises. Even tho the car is not driven. It’s quite funny actually. Extremely rude manager, I don’t use cards so I brought my cousin from 40 minutes away drive just to be told that he couldn’t use her card because it’s not my name? What sense does that make? Avoid them unless you want a major headache and unexpected cost.I’m fixing to turn this to a lawsuit.

I’m really happy with the outcome of my vehicle repairs. I was in an accident and the insurance recommended Service King. The paint is spot on. You can’t even tell there was any damage.I do have one complaint though which is why I’m taking away a star. I dropped off my vehicle and they did a once over and took pictures. I expected I would hear from them to advise what they would be doing along the way. The website doesn’t give much detail and I never got a call to go over the repairs with me. There was a parts delay which wasn’t their fault but it caused me to check the status. It said my car was in paint. My car is brand new, not even 1000 miles and the damage was superficial specific to the bumper so that brings me back to the lack of communication. I still don’t know what all was done to my new car.

I took my car in for an estimate December 23. I was pleasantly surprised when I called to book the appointment that I got in one hour later. Talk about convenience! The inspection was fast and efficient. I was promised an estimate an hour later and sure enough they delivered! I have used them in the past with similar results. They take good customer service seriously here.

I brought my vehicle to this location due to the fact that they work in tandem with Geico as far as providing full service from claims to car rental to repair. I thought the were courteous, professional and fast! All the things I expect and look for in this type of transaction. I highly recommend them.

I had backed into a steel post caving in my “bumper”. My insurance recommended I go to A Service King for estimate and service. From the moment I shared what I needed it was if they took my hand and took care of me. Laura took care of so many little things. The car was completed early and I drove home in a clean and fixed car. They were wonderful.

Staff was really friendly and let me know every time there was an update. Had to push back the estimated due date two days but honestly that’s not a huge deal. This service was recommended to me by my insurance (I’m with Allstate) and I’ll probably go back to them in the future if I get hit by another pickup. 🤷🏻‍♀️

They fixed my car. Which messed up like 2 weeks later, not the issue, I understand mistakes happen. However, they’ve had my car for over a month now, no response, no letting me know what’s going on with my car. I’ve called and left voice messages and still no call back. If they have your vehicle do not expect them to advise you if anything. Expect to call a hand full of times and pray someone will answer kind enough to answer your questions. It’s been a month and I’ve had to call numerous times (most to voicemail) && still they are waiting for a part after an entire month.

DONT USE THIS PLACE!!! If there was an option for negative stars, Id choose that. We took our Honda Odyssey there (our insurance company suggested it) before reading reviews. The repair was a fairly straight forward repair on the sliding door. They estimated it would only take a few days, but once we dropped it off, their estimate changed to three weeks. They actually took five weeks. They missed a minor component that was damaged and had to wait almost a full week for that part to come in, then found they ordered the wrong part. More waiting. On top of that, they told my wife they were completing final touches and she could pick up the vehicle that evening. Later that day, they let me know about the wrong part being ordered. So, theres no way that it was actually in finishing touches like they told my wife earlier that day. Additionally, while reassembling, they broke a visible trim piece, for which they ordered a replacement. Once we finally got it back, we had to return it for adjustments, as the door still didnt work reliably. Weve initiated a formal complaint with our insurance company and recommended they NEVER refer another client to this business again.

Im a new customer. This place currently has my car... I got no information about my estimate. Dont tell me you will be contacting me the following day to let me know everything I need to know, and then not call me. How hard is this job. After looking at these reviews Im hoping the repairs are excellent, my car isnt dirty upon pickup-whenever that will be... I guess Ill be calling to get this information in the morning. Im scared now. Take care of your customers.

Estimate (for the other drivers insurance company) consisted of the secretary in the front door coming outside and taking only photos of the impact site on the rear-end of the car, not even looking over the damage. Photo was sent to the guys upstairs and came back with an estimate of less that half of that of the more reputable repair we used later that day.

Took our 2015 new van at the time to service center. SF insurance we know our policy so tell me why they was going to put salvage suspension parts on my vehicle. used suspension is taking a great liability on the tech and shop. After a long argument with estimator on my policy about what is right, we got OEM parts. You already have a 3.1 rating word of mouth can and will make that go lower.

If I could give them ZERO stars I would. They dont even deserve the one star. My husband and I went Service King on a Saturday morning to get an estimate done and met with Mr. Calen Baker and there were absolutely no issues. We got the estimate and were on our way. We absolutely had no issues until we met wit Ashley Bush and her misguided conception of people of color and also the manager Trent Mooring who enables her and supports discrimination.My husband and I called Service King to set up an appointment to get our car repaired. I was assigned an associate over the phone but when we arrived at Service King 420 West Kilpatrick Turnpike we were given to Ashley Bush. When she went out to get information from the car my husband and I walked out also. My husband asked her what steps they would be taking to repair the car. Ashley explained the steps with a barsh and short tampered attitude. My husband then asked if she was new because he has had his car repair there before and did not remember her on his last visit. Ashley turned with an attitude and stated she wasn’t new she has worked for Service King for 4 years and she didn’t consider herself new. My husband stated new at this location, and she stromed back into the building. Once we went into the building to sign the paperwork Ashley still had an attitude and when I inquired about the name I was given over the phone from the 1 800 number she immediately got offended and said she can do it if you prefer. I responded with I just prefer to get my car fixed. My husband signed the paperwork and as we were leaving Ashley went in her office and started cussing and threw her clipboard down on the the desk. I stated why is she mad and why is she cussing and throwing things, this upset me so I asked the lady at the front desk to assign my car to someone else because the cussing and throwing things was not necessary. It all boiled down to the fact that Ashley did not want to work us in the frist place. I asked for the managers information from Laura the lady at the front desk and she gave me his business card. I did not call for I felt it wasn’t worth it, and if my car was reassigned to someone else it would be fine.On Monday June 10, 2019, I called to check on the car and they gave me to the manager Trent Mooring who told me to come pick up the car. He stated that him and Ashley Bush determined that they could not meet our service repair needs. We hold a valid contract with estimate that states otherwise. The manager failed to address the real issue of the unprofessional attitude of an employee. I informed him that my husband and I are both veterans and what does he mean our kind. He stated to come pick up the car and would not answer. My husband called and he told him the same thing. By the time we got to Service King to pick up the car Mr. Mooring had left for the day refusing to address the situation and the inappropriate behavior of his employees. They flat out refused service to us because we are black and veterans. I believe my husband and I both deserve an apology from this company for the discrimination we faced for no reason and the inappropriate behavior of both Ashley Bush and Trent Mooring. It is 2019 and to be discriminated against is totally unacceptable simply because we call attention to Ashley cussing us and throwing her clip board. I don’t think asking for another service agent was out of the question. I would warn any veteran or any one of color from going to this business as they do not service veterans and people of color there. They made it clear they do not want any business from people of color or veterans. Totally unprofessional avoid them at all cost.

If I could give them a -0-star I would! Nothing but trouble with these people! Their service personnel seem to want to continually say our 1 Owner car bought new off the lot was wrecked and REPAIRED prior to taking it to them. My vehicle has been in 1 accident ever and they are the only repair facility to touch it!! Basically they will call you a liar and refuse to service you properly at this location! BEWARE!

Took my car in to find out what kind of damage it had after my husband ran over something. We were told that because it was late Saturday that they wouldnt be able to look at it until sometime Monday, so we left it with them because it was handling strange. When Monday and Tuesday came and went and we hadnt heard anything my husband called Wednesday afternoon and they said that they were about to inspect it and they would call him right back. Friday afternoon we went by there since we still hadnt gotten a call and got the same answer on Thursday that we did on Wednesday. Someone tells my husband that their mechanic had hurt himself Thursday and the replacement had just showed up but that once again they were just about to look at it and would give us a call in a few hours. Guess what, NO CALL! Today is Sunday and you can believe me wen I tell you that my car will not just sitting around being looked over for another week.

Our van sliding door was slightly damaged in an accident over the holidays. There was a dent, some scratching and it made a strange sound when opening and closing. When we brought in our van for an estimate, we were told they would need 8 working days. When we dropped off our vehicle for repairs on the morning of February 1st, we anticipated having it back on the 12th, possibly 13th if you didnt count the day we delivered the vehicle. The next day we checked the status online, the estimated pick up date was the 16th--12 working days later. We immediately called our service representative and told them this would be unacceptable as we were leaving the morning of the 15th to drive to our much anticipated vacation. Our representative told us this date was inaccurate and reassured us it would be done in plenty of time, in fact she said it would be done by the end of that week (meaning the 9th). We were reassured, trusted her expert advice, and made no change to our vacation arrangements.The morning of the 14th came and went and still we had not heard a thing from Service King. We called to see what time we could pick up our vehicle that day and we were told it would not be ready until MONDAY the 19th. I reminded her of our previous conversation (which she had apparently forgotten) and she promised to hustle and have the vehicle ready the next day for pick up. Unfortunately, she said it would probably be the afternoon of the 15th. We were unhappy to push back our departure time, but our only option was to wait.The next day (the 15th), instead of a pick up time, we were told the vehicle would not be ready until the following day (the 16th). Now we were very frustrated. We had made our vacation arrangements long ago and family was coming from across the country to meet us there. Having to push back one more day was extremely infuriating. The final straw came Friday when we were told that the car would not be ready until Monday the 19th, hopefully. Our vacation was officially ruined. Having to tell my children they would not be going on vacation or seeing their cousins was crushing.My husband planned a business trip to leave Tuesday morning, anticipating we would pick up our van Monday night before he left. You think wed learn. It wasnt done then either. Finally Wednesday afternoon it was done and we went to pick it up. We had to wait an additional 30 minutes for a final something or other to be applied to the car. When we got the vehicle home, we realized that the damaged door had been cosmetically repaired, but was still making strange noises. Back in we went to have it fixed. After two hours of sitting in the lobby, it was done.This whole process was utterly ridiculous and entirely infuriating. The repairs to be done were not time sensitive to us. It ran just fine. We had been driving it with the damage for 2 months. If we had been told from the beginning that it would take 3 weeks for our car to be fixed, we would not be angry. We simply would have waited and scheduled to do it after we returned from our vacation. To go one step further, there were many days after our initial phone conversation for the staff to monitor the progress of our vehicle and keep us updated as to the status. We understand things can go wrong and you get behind. If they would have had been honest, at any point in this repair, and told us they were swamped and there was no way they would have it done in time, we could have made arrangements to finish the repairs another day, or get a rental car, plane tickets...something. But we were literally forgotten and then strung along. It is clear to us that our vehicle, lives, and time were of no importance to this staff. We were just another car to be fixed and profit to be made. I cannot, and will not, recommend this Service King center to anyone I know.*** Update. We are now a couple weeks out from our repair and have had to take the vehicle back twice already. Found something else they didnt properly re-install last night, which led to additional damage, and having to go back AGAIN!

On March 5th I took my Chrysler Town & County mini-van into Service King after a fender bender. Along with some cosmetic damage to the van, I had popped a couple of holes in my air conditioner condenser. My insurance would cover the damages with a minimal deductible.My van was assigned to a Service Representative named Dustin. I asked him to give the van a thorough look over to make sure no other damage had been done. A week later he got back to me with a total for the damage done. Again, all of it was cosmetic except for the condenser. I asked him for a quote on the condenser replacement without insurance and he gave me a quote of $250.I checked with a few other places concerning the cost but ultimately decided to go with Service King. So I called Dustin back and asked him to oder the condenser. He assured me that he would do so and would give me a call back once it arrived.Two weeks later and I had still not heard from Dustin so I gave him a call. It took me several attempts to reach him and, once I did, he told me that the part had arrived but had arrived damaged so hed sent it back and was waiting for a replacement to arrive. He assured me that he would call me when the part arrived.Two weeks later I called Dustin again. He reminded me of the original story and told me that the replacement part had still not arrived. I reminded him that it had been some time since the original part was ordered and that, at 85°, it was getting a little warm in the van. He laughed, assured me that 85° wasnt hot, and told me that I didnt need to call him; he would call me.On Saturday, May 7th, I finally drove up to Service King to speak with Dustin directly. I arrived five minutes before closing time and was greeted by a different Service Representative. Dustin wasnt in. So I shared my story with this Service Representative who assured me that he could get a condenser in same day, and that Service Representatives didnt even set their own schedulespecial. That was done by calling a national number which he provided me with.I called the number he gave me on the way home and by the time I had arrived home I had an appointment to take my van in the following Monday (two days later). I asked them to please put me on the other Service Representatives schedule, which they agreed to do.At 8:30 on Monday morning I took my van into Service King and gave the keys to the other Service Representative who assured me that he would have it ready by the next morning, depending on how long it took him to get the part in. At 2:25 that same afternoon I received a call to let me know that my van was ready to go.Id have given Service King 1 Star if it werent for the other Service Representative. My advice to consumers is, if you go to Service King and get assigned to Dustin, request a different Service Representative. My advice to Service King is to fire Dustin. And my advice to Dustin is to stop treating customers like theyre a joke. The fact that the word service is in your job title is whats a joke.

Horrible service!! Stood in lobby for 20 minutes while no one helped me although people were sitting in offices chatting with each other telling me itll be a few minutes and then never checking back. I was a walkin self paying customer but they wont be getting my business or any referrals!!
