Purchased a hail damaged honda SUV summer 2020. Had them repair a deep a-frame dent out of my own pocket, came out perfect. This past summer I needed the back door replace due to a minor collision, they fought to find authentic parts and get them in time. Daily updates w expertly detailed observations re parts replacements, even deep cleaned inside my ride which was very unexpected. These are good people who do the best work around.

Brought my car in to have a repair done on a minor collision and Jeremy and the team were very quick at repairing the damage. Not only did it look great, but they were in constant communication with me to give me updates on the extent of the damage and what they were doing to fix it.The night before I was scheduled to bring my car in for repair on the collision damage I got hail damage on the passenger side of the car. Jeremy worked to fit me in the schedule to bring it back to get the hail damage repaired as well.I highly recommend Eskridge for any repairs needed on your vehicle and I will definitely be back if I ever need to in the future.

The absolute best experience Ive EVER had at a body shop/service center. Chris was very nice and accommodating on scheduling. They called an hour and a half after I dropped the car off and filled me on on what was going on and had ALREADY started working on my car. (never happens) They always called me and updated me on parts and worked to get genuine Lexus parts on my car. The car was done 6 days EARLY and Im just very impressed with their service and my car looks just like brand new. They washed and vacuumed the car and it was just a great experience all around.

Adam and all the team are amazing! I dropped my vehicle before a long trip and they took care of my vehicle absolutely well! Truely 5 stars experience.

The folks at Eskridge Collision were amazing to work with. We scheduled the repair after identifying this location as our repair facility with the insurance company. They got us in within a few days and the repair was done within a week and a half. One of the least stressful things weve ever had to deal with. The bumper, entire quarter panel, and interior panels and electronics needed to be replaced due to extensive damage. We were told that the truck was finish, but upon review we did see a few *MINOR* things that needed to be address. There was NO argument, but instead they quickly scheduled us to come back to make things right. Since we were outside our window for a rental, guess what, they took care of that too. The truck looks better than it did before the accident and were very happy with the finished product. They really did a fantastic job on the truck, but they really shined with their customer service.

I really didn’t expect myself making this post. This was the most unprofessional experience I had with a collision center. I came in on July 6th to fix my back bumper. I was set for Sept. 2nd. I got a call yesterday to confirm my appointment. I missed it cause I got off later then usual. I called today to confirm. The front desk lady was very professional and courteous. The mechanic Jeremy Foster was rude and unprofessional. I could understand if I cussed or yelled at an individual or made insults to question one’s intelligence like Mr. Foster did pertaining to Covid. He did not order my piece. Was rude when I asked him how the piece was not ordered but close to 2months was given to do so. An estimate was already given and he looked up over the phone how long it would take for a piece to be ordered from Chrysler, and said it would be here on the 20th. If it was when everything was done then we could’ve avoided this. I will never do business with them, and I would advice anyone not to waste their time with them as well.

Chris and Adam were amazing through the whole process. I was involved in a hit and run and they took care of me! The times I would call they provided great service, never sounded annoyed, answered all my questions. The pick up process was fast. I hope I don’t have to use them again, BUT. If. I. Do, I wouldn’t hesitate to call Eskridge Collision Center. Thanks a lot, I appreciate everyone’s hard work.

Have minor damage to the left quarter panel of my 2021 ES 350. Stop by the collision center to get a quick estimate because I have $1000 deductible and was needing to know if I need to file an insurance claim. I was told that there wasn’t anyone there that could look at my car and I would need to set up an appointment. I also said I need to see if I should get a loaner or do I need to go through my insurance for a rental car simple question. I was contacted by a Collision Center representative and he came out to my house and gave me an estimate and everything was worked out to my satisfaction. I will take my car in for repairs next week.

We had a little altercation with a log and the hood of my car.We used the paintless dent repair option to fix the damages. I dropped my car off and in under 4hrs, it was fixed and back to new!!! I would definitely recommend Eskridge Collision to everyone!! They done an excellent job and I’m speechless!!

They did a great job of working with the insurance company to replace a damaged windshield. I appreciate the care they took to handle the process from start to finish. I had tried to work with another company that specialized in windshield replacement, but after a month, I gave up and went to the dealership. They took care of it in a matter of days.

The staff at Eskridge Collision Where all outstanding from estimators who wrote and took care of the insurance to body techs and detail techs. They all did a superior job. Jeremy has parts pre ordered lined me up with car rental. The techs worked quickly and had it completely repaired in less then three days. The detail on my truck was really great. When it was all done it looked like a brand new truck. Thanks to all at Eskridge Collision.

Collision repair was done quickly and professionally. The insurance coordination was done without any input from me. The rental car was obtained without any delay. When I picked up my car it was cleaner than when i took it.

This facility is top notch, and i wouldnt recommend another over them. Mr. Foster and his son Jeremy are running a great facility and pay close attention to detail and customer concerns. For any make and model see them for your collision/paint/and body work needs. when your insurance tries to cut cost and over look issues they will be a great liaison between you and insurance to make sure your vehicle is fixed properly the first time

Don’t waste your time with this place.I had confirmed appointment with this place for today to do a collision repair on my RX350. I took off from work, arranged for rental vehicle, and finally got there to drop the vehicle, the man in charge says I should bring the car next week. I showed him his e-mail conforming to drop the car today. He says it is his email but he do not remember how it got send. He won’t apologize or provide a loaner/courtesy vehicle. One of the most arrogant person I ever had to deal with.Not going back to Eskridge Collision.George

Chris and Jeremy were fantastic. After my accident, I had to deal with a lot of complications including insurance, but the staff did their very best to make everything go as smooth as possible. I am so glad my car is fixed and now as good as new.

This is my second time using Eskridge for my car repairs. When I got in my car accident I knew there was no other place that I wanted to take my car for repairs. They again got the job done super quick and informed me of everything every step of the way. The staff here are some of the most nicest people I have ever met in my life and the customer service at this place is the best I have ever experienced. And of course again my car was detailed and cleaned really well when I came and picked it up. Highly would recommend going here for any car repairs.

Very happy with my entire experience. Work provided was perfect! Staff was kind and professional. The entire process was incredibly easy, communication was always there, and everything was done when it was supposed to. I had a difficulty in dropping my car off during the allotted time, due to my own scheduling conflicts, and they simply did what they had to do to make it work for me. Couldnt have been happier!

After a horrific experience elsewhere---these people are a breath of fresh air! They are professional, kind, honest and forthright. We are sending our college age daughter here for help with her car. This is the type of service everyone deserves to have. They have been transparent and clear about what we can expect.

We dealt with Jerry Foster today what a tool! We took our car in a few months ago and they filed an insurance claim for all the repairs. Yesterday I noticed that the chrome around my fog light was missing. We called and he told us it wasn’t on when we brought it in. If that was the case why didn’t he replace it when he was doing the repair to the headlight right above the fog light and painted the bumper which the fog light is on. He then told us that it probably just came off after they fixed it. Again if that was the case is it not their responsibility to make it right since they didn’t install it correctly? We called Eskridge Lexus dealership and told them the situation and the general manager was kind enough to order the part and is having it put on for us. The Customer service at the Lexus dealership is A+++ not so much at the collision repair shop. I’ll be taking all my repairs to Bob Moore if ever needed. I’ve never been a person to post anything negative about a company or person and I’m not sure if this guy was having a bad day or what, but the terrible treatment we received over a $20 part you can find on eBay forced me to write about our encounter.

Absolutely horrible horrible place with zero customer service. My car was at their shop for almost 4 weeks and when i went to get it, it was all covered in dust from the inside and still had body shops residues all over the exterior. After pointing out those things their body shop personnel Jeremy threatened to call the police. I would never ever go back there nor I would recommend this place to anyone. Icing on the cake my sensor for the trunk on RX 350 was left unplugged. I hope this helps someone and I would also be filing a complaint about them with consumer bureau.

They were very speedy and helpful with getting me my vehicle back, Adam even stayed after they closed to get it back to me because he knew I was having troubles getting around and ubering everywhere I needed to go.I made expensive mistakes, but the good customer service here made it not as terrible an experience.
