The lady at front desk was very kind and professional in assisting me. The mechanic fixed an issue with my transmission puking transmission oil when parked. Repair cost was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend, 10/10.

Emailed requesting what they offer as warranty no reply. Had no issues replying to get the work though. Transmission does not shift at all. Shop claims mechanical and electrical, when I picked it up they couldnt figure out what an error code was. Apparently you want someone who will give a warranty on their work! I picked the wrong shop dont be me!

Called to get a quote and their database doesnt extend past 2016. I told her all the specs on my vehichle including its a 6 speed auto transmission and she stated it was 1 of 2 different ones but I know there Is only 1 - 6 speed for this year and model. Needless to say they couldnt give me a quote and Im disappointed with the attitude I recieved. The woman was rude when I was asking why she couldnt quote me a price stating your vehichle is under warranty. This being after I already explained the excessive mileage. Guess they dont need buisness because theyre certainly not getting mine now.

This place is a joke first I call then they hang up I call back again and some lady answers and says we dont have time for you by this point Im pissed so I call back and tell them I want a manager she wouldnt get the manager for me its very upsetting to see this.... Now Im going to take my money elsewhere just because of poor customer service...

FALSE Diagnosis, said 3rd gear completely gone. Quoted me a 2800$ rebuild I said no and actually drove it home in 3rd gear. I called Beverley and she said it must have been God. WHAT A JOKE.

Built my transmission, went to California and back home 3 yrs ago. Still going strong.

They had done a few repairs for me over several years and I have had nothing but good experiences there. They quoted me $2400ish for my Honda but it ended up being around $1800. I had agreed to the higher price but they we upfront about it costing less (and charged me less). I couldnt recommend them higher.

On Tuesday April 12th my fiancée and I had some drama with PepBoys on South Walker (you can go read my review there) and they gave us a card for this place. Well we called and the lady was super sweet and told us we could come in immediately. We drove over there in about 5 minutes. We got there and the lady explained their process and pricing. We were in and out in less than 5 minutes! His truck needed his clutch replaced and was finished that Friday! We couldnt pick it up until today, which was not a problem. When we got there everything went smoothly, and again we were out in 2 minutes. They also have a cute turtle named Cecil!

We took our Geo to them and thought the transmission was bad. Turns out all that was wrong was a dirty air filter. Very honest and friendly. If we ever have transmission problems again well go back.
