Shop was very unprofessional, I went to the shop 3 times for a pricing on a part always agreed to get a call back with the price never happened. Little did I known and against all reasoning, I decided to tow the car to the location, spoke to the owner I agreed on a deadline because was planning a trip across the country to deal with family matters, my car sat at the shop being moved in and out for over a week. At which time the mechanics or whoever decided to help themselves to about 8 dollars worth of coins in the car...and that should tell you everything you need to know about this place. Moving forward on this experience I guess had spoken to the owner 3-4 times throughout the time to follow up on the progress I was assured that everything was on schedule. That was until Saturday as you know the don’t open on Sunday and they’ve had my car since the Monday before and I needed it by the coming Monday, well when I spoke to him on Saturday he goes “I’ll have to check on it for you.” The day of my trip came and I when I went to pick up my car and they hadn’t even touched it and ....after having me sit in his lobby for over an hour he agreed to work on the car that same instant, yet did absolutely nothing. So to summarize they had my car for an entire week and only touched it to move it in and out (which by the way resulted in a couple door scratches). Upon taking the car to the dealership it actually ended up being a completely different issue which resulted in another delay of 3 days. I’m honestly completely thrown back by the lack of empathy for the me as a customer especially with how understanding I was. Or the fact that they had scratched up my entire rear bumper and dented it. If you want to go for a oil change and have no urgency I’m sure this is the place for you. Other than that wouldn’t recommend it to my worse enemy. I’ve ended up missing a court date and at the time when I explained that to the owner he simply said...”yeah I’m sorry you can take the car if you’d like.” Honestly if you need anything major done to your car, you’d have a better chance going on google or YouTube how to do it yourself than take it to this guy!

First I want to thank everyone there, especially prentice. Such an amazing team! They went above and beyond for me, I had an issue with my car overheating. It took a little work to find the issue, but when I tell you they went above and beyond by helping provide transportation to be able to come get my vehicle to how when I took it to the dealership for a diagnostics they physically went up there and spoke with them to make sure they knew exactly what was going on (dealership didn’t listen, that’s another story) anyway! Ultimately my car has gotten fixed, thank you all again for working with me and going out your way to get certain things handled. Customer for life!

BE CAREFUL. My dad brought his car in because it wasnt accelerating and told them he needed the transmission checked. They said that wasnt the problem, fixed something else in the car, charged us $500 and the car still wont accelerate. Then afterwards, told us that we would need something done with the transmission and it would cost even more. Dont ever go here, they will rip you off and not fix what you came in for. Oh, and they kept the car for 2-3 weeks.They couldve told us upfront if they couldnt fix it, but they chose to lie.

Love this place! They are super friendly and nice and professional. The service is great and reasonably priced. They dont try to upsell me or suggest repairs that they found like so many other oil change places. I actually moved farther away from this place but still drive the extra distance just to go here.

I go here all the time for repair work and maintenance. They are always kind and professional and priced fairly. They can do specific maintenance items that you might think you have to go to the dealer for, but they do it for maybe 20%-30% less than what a dealer might charge. Its really great to have a single place for almost anything automotive related.I absolutely enjoy this place and I trust the people who work here. For years I have taken of all my vehicles here, and for years they have provided the exact same excellent service and value. It hasnt changed one bit. I dont have a guy anymore that works on my car like back in the day, but this is as close to a small town shop as you can find in the city.

Dropped off my wifes Prius for an oil change and tire rotation and they let us know that she was next up and would call. 4 hours later, we called for an update and they said it was ready. We got to the shop, and the technician let us know that they didnt have time to do the tire rotation due to a vehicle having been on their lifter for the past week. I dont recommend.

I have been loyal to PT since I could drive, but I was never smitten with a particular location just beebopped all over the metro. This location is UNPARALLELED not only is the staff kind but they have the best waiting materials for all adults and children. Honestly it may be worth it to speed to precision tune because if anything happens along the way they will help you out or suggest someone who can in a heartbeat!

I drove a long distance for him to tell me he closed at 2 pm when the website said 4PM on Saturday. What a waste of time and fast. This use to be my go to spot 😡

I called and got a quote for oil and spark plugs. I dropped my car off and went to work and had my husband give them the keys. When they called my husband for payment the price was almost $30 more than what they quoted.I went in the following morning and explained the situation. The man at the counter was SOOO nice! He immediately apologized and refunded the difference. I really was expecting to have to argue about it, but was so pleased that he made it right without any issues.He had noticed something leaking and quoted the fix on my invoice. He explained more about what was wrong. He was very honest about his recommendations and even recommended against the service since I plan on selling my car soon.I was very impressed with how honest they were and how quickly they fixed their mistake. I know now to request a written estimate before brining my car in, but I trust that they will take care of things honestly.

I visited this location thrice to get my cars oil changed. The wait time is usually short, the staff is friendly enough, and the location is tidy. They also provide you with water and free Wi-Fi while youre waiting. The gent who changed my oil was quite flirtatious and trying to continuously force conversation while some of his co-workers not-so-subtly watched in amusement. Also I believe this location recently raised the price of a standard oil change too, so Im definitely not wanting to pay more to deal with the same semi-uncomfortable visit.Update: I visited again for an oil change and within 8 minutes they told me that the oil change has been completed and even bragged saying fast, right? I immediately took the car to my boyfriend and then to a mechanic and was told the same thing. That Precision Tune didnt let ALL of the oil drain from the car AND the filter was most likely not changed at all. I just paid them around $23 for this. Never again.

I dont typically get online and write reviews but this place was AWFUL.I normally would have gone to the dealership but they were backed up a week and a half and it needed to be fixed ASAP so I called this place because they had good reviews.Experience started off ok(people seemed friendly). Was told my car would be done in two days(ok no problem) which turned into four because they ordered the wrong part(they said it wasnt their fault..may or may not be true). Four days later I called and they said the car would be done in an hour and a half. I showed up in an hour and a half. Was told it would be another hour(annoying, but at least it will finally be done).Got the car home and decided to look under the hood(luckily). Found a loose engine cover with missing parts and a broken plastic piece. My engine coolant was also empty(Im about to go on a trip and that could have caused a lot of damage). Took it back and they found the missing part in their toolbox and fixed the broken piece.Called the manager to let them know what happened and all I got was excuses. My guy said the part wasnt like that when you left You shouldnt have showed up so early. You have a difficult car to work on. When we are rushed me make mistakes. I know people make mistakes but I did not get one apology(hence this review). I wasnt trying to rush them but as a professional myself when someone tells me something will be done at a certain time, I expect it to be done. I will not be back and would not recommend this business. DO NOT take German cars or imports there.

Ugh this place... only reason I left 2 stars is because the owner was friendly.Took my vehicle here for a timing belt change.. when I left the shop the serpentine belt snapped 1/4 mile from the shop, they didn’t even screw in the belts! Took it back for them to fix...2 days later, my car starts giving off false readings of overheating, took it back in & it was another thing they had messed up on & had to fix.. thank god they did it all on their own expense.1 week later, my car starts misfiring on all 4 cylinders.. took it to them & they said I needed a full tune up, new negative connections to my battery, new fuel injectors & a few other things costing another $629 on top of the $740 I spent 2 weeks before.Took it to another shop instead & they fixed every issue for $150 & it’s running like it’s brand new!While sitting in the waiting room another customer comes in for them to fix something they had messed up on her vehicle as well. She said she had been going there for 12years & will be switching because of the onccuring issues she has been having with them.Seems like the technician is trying to upsell instead of fixing things correctly the first time.I 100% do not recommend this place to anyone.

Went in on a Saturday around 1:30pm.The longest wait was to pay. LOLThe tech came and asked which oil change we wanted and for our keys and said they were short staffed today but someone would be with us to create an work order. Next thing I knew the car was done and we hadn’t paid hahahaha. Finally the person working the computer got to us. The tech was very friendly and got us out in no time :)

Bad never will I go back

Slow and expensive. Had my car for 1 1/2 hours to change the oil. When I got back, it wasnt done because they said they had to charge me $5 more for a different oil. They wanted $170 to change the serpentine belt, the other Precision on May did it for $100. Not all Precision Auto Tunes are the same.

I took a truck to them after inheriting it from my late father (a mechanic). I knew it needed a fuel filter and possibly fuel pump. $1006 later, they had replaced those as well as the valve cover gaskets.The next weekend, I went back to Garvin county and when the truck wouldnt start the morning I was to leave, I had my brother (also a mechanic) come look at it. He said it was just old plug wires and damp weather that caused it not to start (unrelated) but that any minor tune up would take care of that. I told him I had just had it in the shop that week and told him the list of what they did. He said either they are lying to you about the valve cover gasket, or they did the poorest work I have ever seen. Apparently when you get that deep into the engine and take that cover off, it is common practice to clean the gunked up oil and dirt from it before putting it back in place. Since that hadnt been done, he says they may have lied about doing it at all or else, at the very least, do poor quality work by replacing it in that condition; he couldnt be sure without tearing it back apart.From now on, I will drive the 2 hours to take it to my brother whom I can trust to do what they say and do a quality job, or else take it to Edmond where we have used an honest and fair mechanic before rather than being tempted to take it here just because its nearby and handy.
