James was very quick to respond to me while I was looking to get an estimate. His communication was also great while letting me know when my car would be ready to pick up. I brought my car in for 100k service handling several important fluid changes and other checkups. He had a waiting area available as well which is nice for services where he can get you in and out quickly. I will plan to bring my wife’s car when she’s due for service.

Pro-Am garage did a great and honest job with my Acura and my Honda there. Had the shocks/struts changed there, brakes fixed, and timing belt serviced there. Will be taking my cars there for all future needs and will be recommending all of my family and friends to have their vehicles serviced there.

I have a SLK 230 oil pan changed by Pro AM last week. i talked to two other different mechanic shop in town and they do not want to take the job cause there involve with lot of labor to change the oil pan for this type of car. which need to take off the lower control arms and lift the engine up a little before you can get in to the oil pan, Mercedes dealer said takes at least 6 hrs job for this. anyway, i took it to Pro Am, James the owner of Pro Am was very nice and patients to explained to me why take lot of labor for this type of job for this model. i sure save lot of moneys by letting them fix it than taking to the dealer. very professional done. Thank you Jame. i will highly recommend anyone to try out Pro Am.

These guys are awesome!First, cleanest shop Ive ever seen. They changed out my brake pads and rotors, same day. As a woman, Ive been talked to by a lot of places like Im clueless, but these guys talked to me like a person and never made me feel like I was being taken advantage of. Finally found a great auto shop! They are knowledgeable, professional and courteous. They were able to repair separate issues and have my car up and running same day for a reasonable price! I would recommend them to anyone!
