Ive spent a lot of time in this particular store. Its comfortable but the last couple years theyre product availability has just been horrible, since the pickup & delivery became so popular. But theyve had issues with people not knowing how, when or if these issues are resolved.. I FEEL LIKE THEYRE TRYING TO GET ME STUCK??? But the pickup and delivery are influenced by so much stuff. Times that I know they had what I ordered - they said they were out of stock, also some products they say that were no longer available for pick up or delivaey. The problem is theyre constantly running out of stock... & no one is really trying to fix it.. I shouldnt go to the store & have them be out of half the things on my list... That Ive bought the same things at least once a month for over 3 years... I wish who ever is doing the

I like this location, its one of the better locations as in the Weber county area. They have a better selection of products in certain departments. The employees at this location are attentive, knowledgeable and kind. They have never offended me or made me feel any negative way in any situation -examples- returning items, asking for help, price checking or correcting price of product, checking out in the self checkout isle. They are always helpful, willing to help with anything. Ive never had a negative experience at this location. I would recommend this is specific store anytime. If you had the choice between here and Riverdale location. I would choose Riverdale location everytime! Just being honest.

Shopping for a great grandson is a good time to get what you want for Christmas. We found a few good things for making his holiday nice.

Meh. Independent thrift stores always feel a little more sketchy than the big chains like Savers or Goodwill. In this case, I suppose when youre the only game in town you probably dont feel very compelled to outshine the competition.Inventory consisted mostly of clothes. Not much to see in the way of toys, electronics, sporting goods or furniture. But take that with a grain of salt. Maybe I came in on a slow week for donations. Who knows. They did have a large selection of holiday decorations. So thats cool, if youre into that.

Walmart is the best way for me and you to get the most for the money ☺️

Why are their pickup signs offset by half a parking to the right? Why is it that when you use their grocery pickup app that it does not ask for the parking spot? It works correctly in every other Walmart Ive ever been to. Weird.

They are the most inefficient business. Everyone seems to hate their jobs. One lady makes you feel like a criminal when you check out. It took me 20 minutes to fix a coupon they missed during checkout cause they wouldn’t take care of it in line and told me to go wait in another CS line. Another time I was overcharged 20 cents and they were touching my food all over the package during covid season. They acted like I was trying to pull a fast one over them. 20 cents. They took 5 minutes to find the spinach and make sure the price is what I told them. And then…after making someone else go check to verify, she asked how much I told them again. The only reason I said anything is because I had to get another item taken off that my son swiped twice. I hate this store so much!

Same issue as it is at most of these types of stores! Some people do their jobs the right way, and others could care less! Some are helpful pleasant employees, while the others just turn theyre noses up to you. Some think theyre better than the rest of us!

I went in for a Covid Vaccine. The staff was professional, friendly and expeditious. Everything went smoothly. However the consumers present seemed to ignore the social distance prompts in most cases.

Grocery Pickup is never adequately staffed and employees have no sense of urgency and often times unprofessional. I’ve had a manager come out and threaten me while employees scream into the phone “We’re working on it!” Between the patrons and the employees, this store is unsafe and dangerous at best.

Did find everything i was looking for. Probably stocking day. But they keep to store organized and clean. So my reduction in stars is only due to me not being able to get my shopping done there.

Most stuff was stocked, and the store was clean. I wanted to say there should be more tills open. It was a long weekend Saturday, right at the beginning of the month when many people have just been paid. However, there were only 4 cashier tills open and all the self checkout lanes had a long line. It took me almost as long to check out my stuff as it did to shop for it.

So they dont open their customer service until 8, which is inconvenient, if youre gonna be open have someone who can return something. Its 7:58 there is a worker standing here she looks up and says we dont open until 8. Then continues to stand there.

A better shopping experience than most. People seemed happy, and tried to be helpful. However the pharmacy lost my husband’s prescription.

Its a nice Walmart in the middle of the mountains...

This one is pretty nice its in a fairly good place being that it is next to the freeway and all and overall the people are nice and prices are pretty good being out away from from the city it helps the prices. Just like all the good people of ogden-they try and accomadate to people that might be a little low on cash.

Clean, customers service is great. Dont have the things I like at the north ogden Walmart and I have noticed some things are priced higher.But all in all it great.

Wonderful Wal-Mart, always got what you need. Even if not at that location, we were able to get it delivered from another, twas fantastic. 😁

They seem to be out of some of the things I need. I know there is a lot of stuff sitting on ships, but I think cat food is made in the USA. I hear that truck drivers are needed badly.

Walmart is Walmart its usually all the same but it was well stocked and I can always get what I need in one place

I choose pickup service just 4 hours before scheduled pickup. Their inventory was not as shown in the ordering app. and some critical items were not available. Harrisville and Perry have both been better at accurate inventories.

Since covid, they seem to always be low in stock of lots of items. I went in today, rather than doing a pickup. I went specifically for an item they said they had online. Wasnt in stock. I still got some items, but not everything I wanted or needed. I asked an associate for assistance, and all he said was they are over there. Not where, not which aisle, not even a point to the direction. Not my happiest visit.

Usually has one or two cashiers cant pay cash at self checkout, all the way around a bad place

This isnt my experience its one of my residents. She went to the riverdale Walmart yesterday sept 27th 2021 and they highly embarrassed her. She has had hip surgery and borrowed one of the electric carts. She was on her way back to return the cart and a police officer pulled her over and said she was stealing it . When she got back to the riverdale Walmart there was 6 officers there waiting for her. Really do you think she would be bringing the cart back if she was gonna steal it? To me i really think the Riverdale Walmart owes her a personal apology and dont think Im not gonna contact the main Walmart corporate office about this because I sure am going to. So if your store wants to talk to me before Im off my shift at work please let me know by commenting on this review. Just so you know you highly embarrassed her and she was in tears. She was humiliated.

Everytime I go here I swear 75% of the employees hate their job/lives and want to leave. This time it was closer to 90. I wanted uno flip. I even called customer service before I left to make sure they had it. I was told they had 24. Too good to be true? Yes. Got there, went to the cards and no uno flips. Ended up asking an older lady from crafts what the hell. She tried her best and was as apologetic as could be. Thank you for doing your best Joanne.

I just really like to know why the pharmacy staff thinks theres so much better than everyone theyre rude theyre snappy I guess I dislike their pharmacy just about as much as I dislike the fact that I have to go in there and ring my own stuff up pay higher prices for kids that do absolutely nothing but run around and act like their bosses ridiculous Walmart I hope you shut down for good

Could have been the time I went, but this was the best Wal-Mart I’ve ever entered. Clean and all the items were organized.

It’s Walmart. And, not the best at that. Some of my biggest complaints would be incorrect prices ringing up for clearance items, the wait at customer service (then the way you’re treated once it’s your turn), the lack of items and variety available (it’s a small Walmart) and the prices on items that considering our location should be much cheaper (fresh fruit costs more here than in areas that don’t have an abundance of nearby farms). It cost me $0.80 for an Orange but could buy one at maverick for $0.50 and off the street vender for $0.15 (both of which are more fresh, truly ripe, with better flavor).The good thing about this Walmart? Well, it’s pretty much all we have here, and what competition they do have (smith’s excluded) is way too expensive, closes earlier, less inventory, and more product specific. So, happy that we have it, regardless to the complaints aforementioned.

Good people here, know alot of them and great people even for a Walmart!

Clean store, friendly staff. Always where I try to go when out of town for work and need essentials. Found some new products that I hope my local store carries as well. Utah is a nice place.

Its Walmart. They are the same in most places. This one is no exception, same BS. They are out of a bunch of stuff, the employees dont know their sections well enough to help you not can you find one to help you usually. Everything is behind locked shelves so you either want to order online or plan to wait forever for people to help you get your items if you dont get frustrated and give up on them anyways. They use door dash for delivery and door dash is a parallel employer to Walmart as far as employees go. Good luck!

I frequent a different location because it’s closer. I recently heard from a local resident that this location was “ghetto”. I didn’t get that vibe from this location at all. I found everything I needed quickly. My cashier was friendly and kind.

This place must get really busy because they were sold out of everything I wanted. So kudos to you for doing such good business but it kind of sucked for me as a consumer wanting certain things that you were out of.

Walmart is a good place to go when you have a varied list and this one seems to be well managed overall. I dont do much grocery shopping there but its great for other items. This pharmacy is the best place for our cats diabetic supplies. We havent been very happy with the cat food selection recently.

They had exactly what I needed when I needed it and the express pick up option was OK. I would prefer if they would bring the items out and make sure that they’re packaged correctly before they come out the door the particular items that I picked up we’re not packaged very well so once they made it into my car they kind of went all over the place. It was a very hot day and I’m sure that the workers were tired and fatigued.

Location is convenient. Employees are knowledgeable on where their products are located. Clean and friendly atmosphere.

I was looking to buy a nice watch, towards late afternoon, and no one was around to help me so I left.

Little sketchy here at times but as long as sun is up you are good to shop lol I will not go here if it is after the sun sets myself.

If I could give zero Stars I would I have the most horrible experience with customer service desk today never again this is why I take my money to target. This location is doesnt have custO.er service skills, they go not try And help the customer and their excuse is all Walmarts are owned independently So they can do what they want.

Great place. Bought a phone on the sprint plan right. Told the attendant I need a case cuz Ive been known to drop the phone. Well they didnt have a case at the time for the phone I bought next day Crack happened.. yeah that quick just my luck.. went back after the phone was cracked and suddenly they got cases..go figure..

Wally world is Wally world no matter where you go at that call a Walmart its still a wally world I do know that Sam Walton is turning over in his grave for the Way his old businesss are running nowadays I know hes not happy with what they are doing and how they are running them

Great place to shop quickly.

I like this location as it is clean new and central to Ogden. It also has less of a crowd. The street cuts enter traffic at some tricky spots to drive. Keep your eyes peeled or plan a way to exit right.

Pricing is all over the place. The last few times Ive gone in the pricing on items are more when I get up to the register then whats listed. Its not just one item either there are multiple items that are the same under the same price listed on the shelves. Please fix the tags. Its just frustrating.

The store was nice and clean. They were in the middle of doing restock but there were not in your way. We found what we needed and the cashier was very friendly which doesnt always happen at Wal-Mart.

The pharmacy is a joke. I went in to refill one bottle. At 10am. The lady said 1 hr..so I shopped for a hour. At 11am. She said were busy today. Come back in an hour. So I did. And at 12 noon. Still wasnt ready. She said 1:30 pm. It will be ready then. So I came back at 1:30 pm. And its closed up. Nobody there. The little sign on the wall said gone to lunch be back at 2pm. So at 2pm. She said its not ready yet. Come back at 2:30 pm. I left.☹

They really need to do something about their stock. We have been there 3 times looking for Tidy Cats cat litter in the bucket and they have not had it. One time we went was the day after a store associate said the truck would be in.

Very nice and pleasant. Store was spotlessly clean and fully stocked. My interactions with the associates were very pleasant. What more could you ask for great store.

I love the curb side pick up. Especially great when you dont want to deal with lines or doing the shopping yourself.

The associates are awesome, the store is pretty easy to get around in. I use the electric wheelchair and its a long path to cross from one end of the store to the other, but there is a good supply. Pharmacy is very intuit, timely, and willing to work together; awesome for understanding people.

Went tonight for some fishing supplies it was about 10:45 when I showed up and they dont close until 11 and the greeter said they were closed and wouldnt let me in the store... Its Friday night are they really that serious about getting off work at 11:00pm on the dot if you are open till 11 then let people walk through the doors at 10:59 and as soon as 11 hits then close wont be going to this WalMart again not the first incident Ive had here they also say they dont allow you to open carry hand guns in store, yeah this WalMart is trash!!! Would not recommend to anyone. Bad management and employees both, I blame management completely!

The staff were hilariously unhelpful. Nobody knew where things were and none of the 3 people I asked even offered to help me find ice cube trays.

Did a pick up order and the Associates(2) couldnt find my order one of the associates let their cart go and hit my car, very careless and unorganized.

Over charged me 50 for gta gift card an when I tried to get my money she said it wasnt her problem I even asked to remove be for i purchased never coming here again
