Walked in and wasn’t greeted at all. All we were greeted to was an employee who was sitting on the counter on her phone. She didn’t even look up once. Anyway, we went around grabbing what we wanted to try on but the fitting rooms were closed. So, we left and went to buckle where their fitting rooms are open. Also, on the way out the employee was still on her phone and didn’t speak to us once during the whole thing. She didn’t seem to really value her job... would not come again.

Walked in on a busy day. 2 employees behind the register. One sitting on the counter texting and the other snapping on her phone. Not one customer was talked to in the store. I asked a question about an item I was looking to purchase and both rolled their eyes as if I had extremely inconvenienced them. Will not be back.

Beware when ordering online, it may take 3 weeks to get you if you even get it.

I was helping a homeless person and was taking him places and dropping him off at Lantern House. The place looks great from the outside and he said it was good inside. They give them free health clinics, free meds, free dental and food. Most people there get food stamps and State money also, almost makes you want to not work. I never went inside. There are a lot of homeless on the streets around it waiting for the time to check in.

Went in and wasn’t greeted by anyone or asked if I need help employee was on her phone this this was at the mall and nobody else was in the store and I was right outside the store I figured out that I forgot my wallet and me and my friend walked back in after nobody else has gone in and my wallet was gone I hadn’t gone anywhere else and when I asked the employee she said they didn’t have it a couple minutes later I had someone else ask to see if it was found so that I could look and she rolled her eyes and said I already told her we don’t have it nobody was in the store during this time and nobody came in the store

Went in to shop around and couldn’t believe how rude the staff was. They were playing dress up the entire time and acted like every customer that walked in was an inconvenience to them. Horrible customer service. Gave me some seriously rude looks when asking for a fitting room. Disappointing cause other pacsuns I’ve been to they’ve never been this rude.

The workers here are extremely rude. I went to buy my friend a shirt today and ended up finding a shirt I liked as well, they only had one left hanging high up. I had to stand in front of the worker for a good 2 minutes until he finally noticed me, once I asked for the shirt he just responded with, uhhh and another worker interrupted to add there were extras, over there. Once my friends and I were ready to checkout the girl was super rude, rolling her eyes the entire time. When it was my turn to check out I had found a shirt on sale, but then it was not on sale, I asked about it and they said it must have been misplaced, yet there were 10 of the same shirts on the sale rack. They made the atmosphere of the store extremely unwelcoming and the workers of pacsun are the reason I hate shopping there. If being around negative people isnt something you enjoy, do NOT go to this store.

Great customer service! All I had to do was ask for some help and I got some of the most respectful kids. Great variety but a bit expensive

Terrible customer service. the staff is more than pleasant when youre making a purchase but when my 16 year daughter changed her mind (with in 10 minutes). The same cashier became incredibly rude to her along with the other girls working. She tried to make the cash return impossible until I came over.We will never shop at the newgate mall location again.

I dont remember her name but the manager of this store deserves to be promoted. Fantastic customer service

Worst customer service ever. It feels like you are bugging the employees if you need help. I sat for 2 minutes while the kid working finished his text to cash me out.

Lack of professionalism...Can I ask WHO is managing the team, as they were all just sitting around, even by the cash registers.... & we had to bother their conversation to ask for a fitting room while 4-5 employees were sitting.?????? Dec/Jan you shouldnt question if sales were down
