Gina was amazing. She stayed way after hours to help us with our much needed upgrades, even after working all by herself, all day long amidst the pandemic.However, we wanted to buy our phones outright and not finance them but we were told that it wasnt an option. We did find that pretty strange.

Horrible service went there in two different occasions to get & Apple Watch & they never could activate a watch for me! Had me waiting for & 1hour 30 minutes, they told me they needed Id so I showed them my passport & they told me that I can’t use a passport! Them girls don’t know what there doing! So I went to a different Verizon store the next day & they got me set up with a watch in less than 25 minutes! I Give this store a zero! Waste of time!!🤬

Ciana was very friendly and very fast taking care of the transfer from our other cell company. Only thing I didnt like is, we got charged for cell phone protection even though we took our own phones. You need to keep and eye on that. She might of missed it and it was closing time so I just signed and lets go. First bill is $375 from Verizon and $75 at the store for her work done. A bit expensive. I would of given 5 stars if it wasnt for that $17 charge for each of our 3 phones. We didnt ask for the phone protection, other than that, very good customer service. Thanks! Keep up the good work.

Got there an hour before they closed to replace a phone Id lost that day. Had to walk there since I was phoneless, had cash in hand, didnt need anything from the girl except to buy the phone and walk out nothing fancy and was told she could only sell me one of two cheap junk phones unless I opened a new acct. I said whatever you gotta do, she said no again I dont remember the second reason but I agreed cuz I really needed it, was told no again that whoops she meant she could only sell a Moto g6 and thats when I gave up and left and walked back home and spent my 600 elsewhere.

Thought the one by west county and Kermit highway was bad. These guys didnt even have their lights on to be open and dude hated his life so much I get the vibe off him. Mentioned the signs were off all he said sad was mhm.

Bad customer service! I walked in and the employees didn’t even acknowledge that I was there. they were to busy deciding what they wanted for lunch. I walked up to the counter to ask a question and I wasn’t even done with my question when the lady said “no” in a rude way.. this always happens to me there but I always give them another chance... but after this never again will I go back!

Russells Verizon franchise is absolutely the worst everything Ive had to talk to them about is always a problem the website is useless its always a trouble problem frustrating experience every time I had to deal with them Im now locked into a 2-year contract and I regret it.
