I went looking for an upgrade, I asked for help choosing a good phone. I explain to the lady about my problems with my other devices, she was so professional she offered me a Phone payment plan for an iPhone! Best thing ever! She was the best teaching me how to use it! She created the apple id for me and wrote me down everything I needed! Love the services

I went in with a plan to not play around and just get what I needed. Ilene was quick and professional. She had me in and out in less than half an hour with two upgrades and accessories. I’ll recommend her to anyone reading this review.

Came in asking to upgrade my phone and they end up making me pay my bill for some reason. I got my refund and they told me to choose whichever phone Id like to upgrade to, only for them to only have 3 types of phones that would basically be considered a downgrade

The girl was rude from the moment we walked in the door. Customer service was bad. The girl was more worried about being on her phone and picking music than helping people. Ft stockton store is better.

Casandra was very helpful and nice however, my phone service sucks. it was not made clear to me that taking the 2 for 80 plan would give me slower internet service than the 60 plan. I have called several several times and no one answers. I use my phone for business and this would have been helpful to know. educate your employees to educate us the consumers so we do get the BEST SERVICE or at least the option to.

Workers are very helpful but we received recycled numbers and now we are getting all kinds of nasty messages from lots of females. Random numbers calling trying to sell stuff etc. When I try to call customer services they say sorry nothing we can do..

I have been a Cricket customer for over 6 months and I am very satisfied with the service. The store is in a great location and the employees are noligable and friendly, and the prices are very affordable.

They got everything right and when they didnthave an answer they went higher up,and got the answer,real patient and outgoing..the lady had to go pick her kids up from school but never got flustered or impatient with us... Very professional all the way.

Terrible services from both the manager ( esmaralda) and jasimine went in there to help get my phone fixed and they refused to help me. so i wanted to get a new phone and they were being rude and had a really bad attitude. I dont recommend going here go to Midland the store in the Mall, Kevin is the manager there hes the one you go to.

At first it bothered me because they didnt have the cell phone I was looking for but the girl explained to me everything they were browsing about the virus, and I apologized to them. They are very professional, all serve very well and always know how to clearly explain the problems or doubts that the client has.
