The mask mandate was lifted in Texas. And this store continues to force you to wear one. I go into the Colorado stores and dont wear a mask. Ive been to this location twice and can not get the help I need. I also dont like how we are being forced to switch to Tmoble.
I spent three and a half hours to find out that they didnt have the phones I wanted in stock. So I went with one new phone but still wanted the two lines. Needless to say when I finally left it was with one new with the old number. Now I have to call and try to get my old number. I have tried serveal phone providers and I can honestly say that the staff is incompetent and unfriendly. I will be going back to Verizon

I have great service now and have been for past 2yrs. I travel for work from Eunice to Carlsbad to Hobbs, Odessa and Jal. I have awesome service everywhere I go with minor interruptions between towns I mentioned. I would definitely recommend T-Mobile for this area!

Bought the phones in the evening. Drove 30 minutes home to discover that we had zero coverage. Went back in the morning to return the phones. We were told we couldn’t return them and had to pay in full for the phones. We paid and went to Verizon. T Mobile told Verizon we were in a three day hold. Three days later we were told we had to wait fourteen days. Fifteens days later we were told we had to wait for a bill for the month (from T Mobile), pay for an entire month (even though we didn’t even had service and took them back within 24 hours), and pay $285 to unlock the phones. I would never recommend using their service.
Worst customer service ever by the manager. They do Not know what they’re doing. I went to another location and had no problem !!!!!

I struggled to keep service 1 mile from their tower near downtown and Business I-20. Their solution was to limit phone network choice to 2G. Amazing that T-Mobile cant deliver the product they sold. Spotty coverage all over Odessa. And they act righteous.
Great service, outstanding customer care! LTE speeds keep getting better. Midland had great LTE speeds! Customer over 3 years and coverage improves!
PLEASE READ - I switched to T-Mobile from AT&T about 4 months ago. I have had service with Verizon and AT&T. T-mobiles customer sercice is great, but that is the only thing they have going for them. Their coverage map is the biggest false advertisement Ive seen! Service in the Odessa and Midland Area is extremely spotty and once you leave town its gone completely. I thought it would save me a little money as well, but honestly the prices are fairly the same T-Mobile may save you ~$20 per month. In order for me to terminate their service I have to pay $1200 for the phones we have on installemnt from them. Most carriers cannot use a T-mobile Phone. The reviews claiming to have good service must have never had a Verizon or AT&T phone. BEWARE

Just read the review from someone else and idk what this guys is talking about i have t-mobile for over 2 years and I have not had an issue out the service at all its only gotten better over the years. i have 4g lte from elpaso to dallas and from odessa to amarillo so where this guys says spotty service all over odessa is false.
