I can not recall the young lady that assisted my mother & I, but she was amazing. Her knowledge of the product in-store is was made the experience great. I went in for a phone and left with a phone & watch. My career background is customer service centric, so with my expertise she exceeded my expectations. I actually live in Plano, Tx, but was in town to visit family. I was short on time, but with her product/service knowledge it made the whole experience memorable and smooth. Please give the young lady a raise $$$, she deserves it!

First off, Paz, employed at this location, was amazing! I had a challenging situation that kept me in the store for a few hours - and she not only stayed on my case the whole time, but, whereas she could have been lazy at certain points and simply pass on the responsibilities to me - she went above and beyond to help me out.I have never been an AT&T customer - but if even half the employees are as dedicated and knowledgeable as Paz, then AT&T is doing something right!This store is cleanThe employees are energetic & upbeatGood Job, yall!

Our representative Jose worked hard to resolve our issues. He went above and beyond for me and my daughter. He was even patient with my 1 yr old and 3 yr old grandsons who quickly became bored. He even helped resolve an issue with my grandsons iPad to help keep him happy and content. Even after we left the store and had an issue with my daughters text messages, when we returned he was quick to resolve the issue and didnt make us wait.

Crystal was very knowledgeable and eager to ensure she answered all of our questions and ensured we got the best deal possible. She was Amazing!

After unsuccessful attempt porting my number over to att online I was forced to go to the store luckily Crystal is very knowledgeable and experienced in handling my situation and was very attentive to my frustration and after several attempts she was able to resolve my problem thank you Crystal.

I walked into this place to add a line to my account and get a new phone. My bill had been around $275 per month. Supposedly changing to a business account would actually make my bill cheaper per month even with the extra line. They didnt tell me my account number changed and my auto pay wouldnt work on the new account, I never received a bill by email or snail mail and suddenly we didnt have service. I dont have a land line so took me all day on a friends phone to get service restored and now my bill is nearlyb$500 per month. Im checking into other options after being with AT&T for over 10 years!

Jesus was AMAZING! Very patient, courteous & knowledgeable. He gave us options & explained everything thoroughly. Best experience we’ve had at AT&T in the last 15 years. We definitely will continue to do business with him. Jesus should be the customer service trainer!

I received great assistance from Juana! She answered all my questions and explained my upgrade in great detail. I had a great experience in this store and with a great sales associate.

There was no line when I walked in on a Tuesday afternoon. The rep lady was so nice, patient, and most importantly informative! She has been working there for 16 years and she solved the problem that other reps in other stores had no knowledge of.

Nick was very patient and helpful with getting all of my stuff transferred over to my new phone, Im 70 years old I dont know how to do all this stuff but I appreciate you guys taking the time to help me out!

I had an amazing experience at my local AT&T; I worked with Rep Nick on several issues and while there were some difficulties with my business line, he was very knowledgeable and was able to address concerns and questions I had very professionally. I actually went back an hour later to ask specifically for him to assist me with my personal line and was just as great with assisting me and upgrading me as he was earlier in the day. I will continue to frequent this location because of this.

Ill preface my review that Ive lived most of my life in Odessa so I can understand the typical bad experience were all used to getting out here.Arrived to the store about 6:00, waited about 45 minutes. Had a phone already and wanted to add my line to hers. Rep. Sold me a sim card, $50 charge, chose a number etc. Installed it into my phone and discovered it was not compatible.Was then told I needed to buy a new phone or call my old phone company. No big deal I though, whipped out the ol credit card a second time and swiped it for $200. Rep. does their magic again, goes to the back, comes out asking for my CC again for a third charge. At this point I knew something was off so asked for clarification.A literal hour of sitting on hold over the phone with a different ATT rep, (seriously, you cant make this up) nobody ever picks up the phone. Frustrated after over 3 hours in the store, they are still trying to force me to wait on hold in the now closed store. I quickly set an appointment for the next day and left.Cue to today, I arrive at the designated time to find out my appointment was never put in. Luckily they werent busy today. Had to fill in the different rep. Today on the issue. Had to sit on hold again because the previous employee royally screwed up somehow.As we are wrapping up after an hour in the store on day 2, were now told that because of our occupation, my phone shouldve been free and other costs reduced. In fact, there were several phone plans that were cheaper and just not explained whatsoever.I felt pressured into buying new equipment that it turns out shouldve been free. Why couldnt I be refunded on day 2 when this came to light? Why did the manager actively avoid me the entire time? What a cruel cruel joke. Without being hyperbolic, I would seriously consider that experience torture. You ethically cant treat people like that.Tldr: spent over 4 hrs in-store over a 2 day period for a simple procedure. Got overcharged $200 and the oh well sorry about your experience shrug on the way out.

My sales rep was Alex Martinez. He was super awesome. Ive had several reps in the past but none were as helpful as he was. He remained knowledgeable on his products and in the 2 or 3 things I asked that he didnt know he made it his personal mission to get me the best answers possible. As we proceeded through the experience he was willing to give me price comparisons and help me find what worked for my budget and my needs. Couldnt have asked for a better individual to help me.

One customer in the store with 4 employees and the man asked me to wait in the car or outside and he would call me in 10 minutes. 40 minutes later and still no phone call. Great customer service AT&T!!!

Nick was very patient helped me file a claim and get my phone replaced also saw how amazing he was with this older lady it makes me happy knowing people like him are still in this world. thanks again!

I was greeted with very friendly associates. I love coming to this store because they always treat me like I am the only customer in the store! Paz Acosta is amazing! I felt very safe in the store. It was clean and sanitizing was going on all over the store. The way they had you wait in your car or outside till they called you was a very smart way to limit the amount of people in the store. It was very comfortable and safe!

Nick listened to my rant and gave me all the options and helped me get to the best solution he could give me. If it werent for him, AT&T wouldve lost a business account today for good. He is the best!

Alex Martinez did a most excellent job. We had bought a Note20 at a kiosk not realizing it did not have a slot for an SD card so we returned it. We decided upon a Note20 Ultra. But somehow the accounting had gotten really goofed. Alex spent quite a long time working with someone at HQ to get it corrected so we could get the ultra. He was very kind and very patient. He also helped me understand the billing so I would not get a big surprise.Thank you Alex!

The promotions that I was interested in changed so instead of getting a 12 with my trade in and no monthly cost I have a monthly bill. After this, I was interested in getting 2 of the 12 Pro phones but none were in stock. So we had to go with the more expensive 12 Pro Max phones. I only got one because of it. I really think this is a scam to push the more expensive phone on people. After being with AT&T for 15 years I do not see the customer loyalty being rewarded. I really wanted to trade my 10 in on a 12 Pro.

Went for a new phone and the girl was very rude when I told her I was porting companies. I then asked about ATT TV and she did not explain how it worked or pricing. Immediately said I needed ID and social. Horrible experience. Felt like I was at a car dealership. Whoever trained these employees did not do a very good job on how to sell. Don’t go to this AT&T and if you do make sure it’s not Crystal.
