I cant express what an amazing place this is to buy a vehicle. Our sales person Christian was ptessure free and very knowledgeable. The entire staff treated us like family and went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. Easy financing, no pressure and they treated my 2 year old like she was a star! This was very kid friendly as well as drama free for adults. We had peace of mind the entire time. After our sale we ran into an issue with our truck and wow did Motor city come through for us. They covered all the repairs, they even helped us transport our truck from one location to the next. I was so worried when we had a problem or first week and wow did they put my mind at ease. I have never seen a company help as much as they have! This is a place that cares about their customers after the sale and throughout the ownership of the vehicle. Needed a car fast. Should have gone somewhere else. Brakes and rotors needed to be replaced and tires are awful figured since it just “passed inspection” that would be all good. NOPE. I wouldn’t not recommend this place to anyone and someone should really look into who passes their inspections.

JR and crew helped me find a vehicle that was perfect. He sent it to get serviced, oil change, inspection and engine flush on my request. Heres the catch, I signed my contract and the next day, decided I needed to wait a few weeks to let my credit improve a bit from stuff I paid off recently. Motor City let me cancel my contract no hassle and refund my deposit with no issues. Blessed to have found a group who are honest and genuinely want to do the best for their clientele even after going the extra mile on their own dime. Highly recommended everyone!

I have to say that I dont understand any of the negative reviews of this dealer. My wife and I went yesterday to purchase a 1 ton dually. When we arrived, someone had arrived 20 minutes before us and was already buying the pickup I was wanting to see.That being said, J.R. took us to a brand new 1 ton Dually, ( Only 8k miles on it ), we drove it, checked out the car fax on it and began negotiating.After all was said and done Motor City, J.R. and the owner bent over backwards. I had positive equity in my trade, but they honestly gave me MUCH more than I expected for my trade, and came off the asking price for the Dually.Im in my 50s and have bought quite a few vehicles over the years. I can honestly say that this was the most pleasant vehicle purchase experience I have ever had, and probably the best deal too.Kudos to Motor City for a great staff, and honest values. JR, God Bless you, your family, and the staff over there.If youre looking to buy a slightly used or even an almost new vehicle and are in the Odessa vehicle, this dealership didnt do us wrong, and Id highly recommend them.

I wish I would have read reviews before shopping here.. Ive been out of a vehicle for over 2 months because it has been in the shop. This perfect Chevy Silverado wasnt so perfect after all.Definitely go elsewhere DO NOT PURCHASE a car here!

These people gave us the bait and switch, then screwed our credit afterwards. The truck they showed as available on their website was suddenly “just purchased” upon our arrival to the dealership. We were shown another vehicle that we liked, applied for and after 4 hours of waiting and signing paperwork, was told we could pick up the next day. Turns out, they had not secured the sale as we thought, but they “shotgunned” our credit by requesting approval from every bank known to man, even after we told them we weren’t interested in purchasing the vehicle anymore. We received nothing from all of this but a huge hit to our credit. If I could give less than one star I would.

No good dealer ship practices will be turned into texas dmv 23% finance15k for the car. Almost 3k higher with ones that mileage but hey it west texas boom right plus lied the selling that car for 0ver 21k !People this is a lone shark dealer ship if the get audited it will show, unless you you don’t care as a consumer and don’t mind paying thousands of dollars extra ! Honestly this type of dealership doesn’t have a conscious They are not here to save you money there are here to take as much advantaged as possibleTo bad the haven’t seen the, movie, flywheel !
