My mom went today, looking at an SUV and was planning on trading her car in and they:1. Asked for the remaining payoff balance on her car in order to get a trade value. If I pay down a 60k truck 30k in one year, am I going to tell you I only owe 30k? No! Trade in values are given based off the cars worth.2. They added a “market adjustment” on their vehicle and when she asked about it they lied to her and said that all dealerships are doing it. I get that some dealerships are adding market adjustment due to the times we’re in, which is ridiculous, but do not lie and say every dealership is doing it trying to bag a sale.3. Told her that no dealership is giving rebates right now. Again, because of the market, a lot of dealerships are not giving crazy rebates, but don’t lie and say every dealership is not giving rebates because you’re too money hungry to add “market adjustment” and not give rebates.

Neglected to change an air filter on my truck after 3 services and pass the recommendation service interval. Air filterlter collapsed due to being clogged by dust. Visual inspection only on any air filters So beware their multi point inspection is not thorough and will reject responsibility.

George and Martin went above and beyond to help us out. After a bad experience at another dealership they made this experience amazing and they far surpassed what I was expecting them to be able to do for us.

On 4/02/2021, we went to Odessa,Tex Nissan looking for a White 2021 Nissan Rogue Platinum. Was met by Nissan salesman Nathan Bustamante. Nathan was very friendly, professional, and went way above and beyond by conducting follow ups, and trying to help us, and made us an offer that was very reasonable. We accepted the price offer, but Odessa Nissan did not have that exact SUV. My safety sensors went out, I figured because it had been raining when I bought the car and my side of town floods. After 2.5 weeks they were not able to fix the problem which ended up being the part that’s attached to my windshield giving out. I live in West Tx alone, it is very difficult to go all the way to the east side of town when I live and work very far west, then have to ask around for someone to give me a ride everyday for half a month. I have a company truck but I cannot take it around town as if it is my own so that leaves me stranded. Asking for a loaner vehicle and I’m assuming they only have 1 because I could never, in those 2 weeks get ahold of one. I was informed I can rent a vehicle and they would reimburse me but who knows what hoops I would have to go through to get that. Then when they said it will take a month for my replacement part to come in, a lady there said she was having the same problems and goodluck. This whole experience has left me with a sour taste in my mouth and I will never buy from Nissan again.

I really love the fact that they caught the call back on the airbag before I ever knew about it and fixed it while the car was there. I do not like the fact that they did not call and ask my permission, but at the same time I’m glad they did it. I originally had my car towed (insurance paid) there because my key was stolen along with my purse. When we realized I would have to have a key made, j was excited to have a clicker! Oh my goodness!! This is about $200 for a replacement, just for the key not for the clicker! I was not aware of this at the time, the cost of the key. I knew it wouldn’t be cheap. But I didn’t know it would be $200 just for a turning key. PLEASE POST PRICES FOR KEYS! Make customers aware. When I purchased the car I was only given one turning key (no clicker) and told I would receive a second and never did. So thank you Nissan. My experiences have only been good because of Chris in the service department.

I went to Nissan in Odessa for repair service. Kris Kidd was the most fantastic service rep Ive on EVER worked with at a dealership anywhere. He was great...talked to him on the phone on Day 1 of the process & he was very informative. I stopped by in the late afternoon on Day 2 just to see if anyone had time to run a scan. He was so kind & very professional with a recommendation to bring the car in earlier in the day. Brought the car in before you opened on Day 3 & he handled my situation & repair with the utmost professionalism. Since I went home for the day, he called with updates on the progress. You are really lucky to have him!!! Also the very kind gentleman who drove me home & picked me up to take me back to Nissan to pick up my car was great too. I never quite caught his name but it sounded a little like Manoa. He was also very professional and was a good, careful driver. I appreciated that as well. All in all, I had a great experience!

From the time I called yesterday 10/16/20 about my issue with my car to the time I picked it up today 10/17/20 I had the best experience !! They deserve higher than a 5 star rating in my opinion ! They were so nice and profession the whole entire time ! They had my car towed for me called me when they had it looked at called when they found out the issue let me know as soon as it was fixed, let me know what was going on every step of the way there was no guessing ! When we went to pick it up they were just as kind and explained everything from beginning to end! Hands down one of the best service departments I have ever dealt with and highly recommend!

Best buying experience we have ever had

So the guy takes out the cabin filter and ruins it so that we have no choice but to buy the expensive filter .from the dealership. I declined it last time because we were going to get one at a better price. I didnt want to pay the $70, but this time I had no choice because your service tech destroyed the one in my car. So beyond disappointed. I have had my car only serviced here, but that may change now.So wrong on many levels.I would have given 0 stars, but I couldnt post it unless I gave at least one star.You were not worth the one star. Not on this visit.

Worst experience ever!! I went in for repairs on my Murano I thought I was upgrading from what I was told to a Pathfinder I wasn’t!! The pathfinder has no safety features! Worst mistake ever!!! Should have never gone back to this dealership. I learned my lesson!! Would not recommend this dealership to anybody

The individuals that work in the service department are very willing to help and want to please you. They are very understanding and seem to go out of their way to make your stay comfortable.The price of the service is very reasonable. Clayton was fantastic! I lost my first car in a accident 2 months ago.. i made a faulty choice of not getting gap so I was still paying for it... Clayton actually called me when I was looking at cars online. I told him my story and he said to come on down and lets me do something to help you. And like that I am in a new vehicle with payments to my liking and the Gap and I got my old car paid off. I could never had done this without the help from Clayton and Amy and the Nissan dealership.

Everyone was incredibly friendly, the service was great! Big problem is that they didnt fix the only two things I told them about when I came in. My sensor issues are still persisting. They fixed something I didnt even point out or realize was there: an airbag light.

Friendly and quick service

They did a oil change and recall in a timely manner. Some Nissan dealerships would take 3 hours. Service rep kept checking on me to make sure I didn’t need anything. That’s actually the first time someone does that.

I recently visited the West Texas Nissan service department to have an AC Compressor replaced in my Nissan Murano.The Staff was extremely nice & very helpful with my issue. Plus I thought the price for repair was reasonable.

Bought a car and went through the paperwork to find that they had sold me wheel, tire and dent and ding insurance that i had not been informed of($1250). Having the car for approximately a month, the radiator cooling fan quit working. They refused to help with this at all despite the short time since buying it. The good point is that salesman Jesse Ortega was nice.

Not even one star! Lies, and poor communication is all I got this time around. They sold me a truck and its been two weeks going on three and they are still fixing problems. Its almost time for the 1st payment! They are not playing fair and want to force me to keep the vehicle. Just keep your truck and recall the loan, poor quality of customer service. Steve talked to me as he was doing me a favor for fixing a vehicle he should have never allowed to be sold . Too busy selling for quantity and not quality. Im challenging them to do the right thing!
