I took the car in for an oil change and product improvement. I expected a long wait and was even prepared to get a ride home until work was completed, however my wait time was approximately 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes. I had time to visit with the salesman that sold me the car and some of the other staff. The staff are great people and I enjoy doing business with them. I would recommend Lithia Hyundai of Odessa to anyone looking to buy a vehicle.

I hadnt bought a new car in almost 10 years so I was very pleased with my experience here. The salesperson (Rafael) was very knowledgeable and helped me find a car that met all of my requirements. Signing for everything probably took the longest. Would definitely go back here for any future car needs.

Didnt have an appointment, but my wifes car head light was out, Eric said no problem bring the car in, well work it in, the car was ready within 3 hours, he called said, come and get the car it was ready to go. Surprisingly the ticket prices for the work performed was really reasonable, more so than I thought it would be. Ill be back when the next issue arises.

They called me as soon as the car I wanted came in. And when I wouldnt be able to go sign the papers until a few days later, they delivered me the car and papers and took back my trade in with them. Then I was on the phone with my salesman for 30 mins while he showed me all of the features of my new car and made sure I didnt have any questions or problems.

My experience with lithia Hyundai of Odessa Texas is rated a - 1 my son and daughter-in-law bought a used vehicle approximately two weeks ago on the first week the motor went out on the vehicle they called Lithia Hyundai to see if they could get a loaner car and as of this date that have not returned any calls I called Lithia Hyundai today and I was told that it was a six-week long wait before Kia could actually put a new motor in the vehicle I spoke to Mr Quintana very rude personnel at lithia Hyundai hung up on my call so think about going to lithia Hyundai before you make a purchase on any used car I have been waiting for a call for a whole week and no one seems to care . The least they could do is trade them into a different vehicle back to no avail. the people I have spoken to regarding this issue tells me that they didnt know they sold a lemon and theres not much they can do except wait it out

I’ve purchased two vehicles from this dealership and everything was perfect. I was in a hit and run accident one day and had to bring my car in to get fixed in the collision department. Was told my car would be ready the next day and to be there at a certain time to pick up my car. I left work early and went to get my car and when I got there they realized the keys in my file WERE NOT MY KEYS. THEY HANDED ME SOMEONE ELSES KEYS TO A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT VEHICLE. I then had to have someone drive me all the way back to work and I still left without my vehicle. Turns out my car hadn’t even been worked on and they gave me my deductible back for the inconvenience.. fast forward to this month I get a flat tire and I call immediately to see if I can get my tire fixed under my insurance.. they never answered the phone. I was calling Saturday- Monday a total of 6 times and 3 voicemails and no one got back to me. I then threaten to go down there and talk to manager and then someone calls me back right away. The guy then tells me since we put a plug in my tire I will have to buy a new one without him even looking to see if they can patch it. They then tell me the insurance I have doesn’t cover wheel and tire coverage so I have to purchase a new tire. then I’m told they don’t have my tire so they would have to order mine, which is fine. I then call Forrest Tires on 8th street and turns out they have the tire I need in stock for $40 less than I was offered at the dealership. I get to Forrest Tires and they were able to put a patch on for free. Why did I buy a brand new car here with supposedly bumper to bumper insurance & it covers nothing….. terrible customer service. Super sad that I had to be a Karen to finally get a call back.

Dont go here! My engine was recalled and they had my car for over 2 months. No loaner vehicles offered or even available when I asked. They never returned any of my frequent voicemails. Told me my car would be ready on 3 different days, but not ready until 2 weeks after the 1st date they gave me. Worst customer service Ive ever seen. If I could give them negative stars, I would.

I arrived with an engine light on. I had the engine code read at autozone. The internet was down at the shop and nobody was available to help me for about 10 minutes. Then when they did help me, since the internet was down, they didnt even think to ask for my name or write a ticket until I suggested it. I told them what the engine code was. They couldve read it with a code reader. That doesnt take internet. But the front office acted so helpless. In the end I had to have my engine replaced because it was recalled. It took over a month. The dealership never provided me with a loaner. And I am out over $1000 for a rental car just to get to work and back. This wasnt a car problem due to anything I caused and I feel I wasnt treated with courtesy by the dealership nor the national office. I will never purchase a Hyundai again. And I will never go through Lithia again.

Worst service ever. They have the market here in Odessa, and they just dont give a rats backside how they treat their customers. Im very thankful Im NOT a customer because after witnessing how they treated my friend, I would have shredded them with a good tongue lashing and left them on the showroom floor like cut up ribbons. What a mess my car was. Due to a manufacturing issue, some coils on my car needed to be replaced. I get service facilities must conduct warranty issues under the guidance of the overarching manufacturer warranty stipulations. In a long way, Hyundai (the manufacturer) made it difficult for me to address it under the policy. Brandon Spruill and the team at Lithia in Odessa worked with me to get the job done at the most cost-conscious terms possible. Then, when the issue didnt seem wholly fixed, it was discovered another area may have been affecting the new part. This was immediately addressed and I was up and running with no issues. Good service is hard to find in west Texas; most here know that. Most just collect a check. Thanks, Brandon for caring not so much about me, but about your job and how you perform it.I sensed his objective was to simply get a vehicle up and running, and thats all you can ask for from an auto service center. As long as hes in that shop, I suspect his team will follow suit and continue to satisfy basic customer needs in a timely and practical manner.

I spent more than 400 dollars on different maintenance services, I asked for tire rotation, among other services, but when I got home (Midland) it was quite obvious that they did not do this service and I paid for it. So, how can I know mechanical staff performed other services I paid for? Terrible service. Avoid this place.

They were able to change my oil and fix my turn signal in just over an hour. I didnt have to make an appointment. The service manager, Eric, always helps me out. He makes it easy to get in and out. He also stays in in consistent contact with me about whats going on with my car, what needs to be fixed, costs, etc. I greatly appreciate the Service Department at Lithia Hyundai. I would definitely recommend it.

So... I left my 2015 accent there for 2 weeks+ trying to see if the clutch issues I was having were related to the under warranty repair they did in October at the dealership which was a whole new clutch with a 24 month 24k mile warranty... after 2 weeks they told me yeah, it’s the clutch, but other issues and want to charge me a $200 diagnostic fee to diagnose they effed the pooch on their repairs... thanks but no thanks I’ll do it my darn self... would give negative stars if possible.

Didnt fix what I asked them to. Said they couldnt get my car to do what I said was happening. Drivers wind sticks, and heater blows cold when at traffic lights etc. My wheels are peeling really bad, only have 44,000 miles on my car. Was told to call Hyundai and complain myself.....bought a Hyundai because of good warranty, but very disappointing so far!

I took my car to this dealership to have my throttle body fixed and they drove my car 200 miles (literally) to test drive it, then I took it back to have my sunroof motor replaced and they did the worst job, my car is all scratched on the inside the liner has oil and all type of stains on it. I will NEVER take my vehicle here again! 😡😡😡😡😤😤😤 the communication was horrible I called all day regarding my car no answer and finally I had to ask for a manager to get some help after calling all day. If I could give zero stars I absolutely would! I’ve had 4 different Hyundai’s and it’s my favorite type of vehicle I have ever owned. I found a car online for this dealership - it was exactly what we were looking for. I called the dealership once the morning before i left to let them know I would be driving 3 hours one way, 6 hours total with an infant to come see this car, and wanted to make 100% sure the car was available. They assured me yes and to come. I called again right before I left, and another time halfway to Odessa. When i arrived they said the car wasn’t there. They didn’t apologize- just tried to get me into a 2020. I even talked to the manager and all he did was tell me that he would let the other managers know. I then left without seeing any cars like the one I came to see, and drove a total of 6 hours with an infant. I would never buy a car from this dealership. It was very apparent that they just told me to come without even checking to try and get me into a new vehicle. Zero stars.- Kristina was the receptionist that I spoke to 3 times to verify. So disappointed.

I had been looking for vehicles online and when I found the one I dreaded over to Lithia Hyundai of Odessa. Jose helped us right out and made sure we drove the vehicle and showed us all of the features included. Once we drove the vehicle he looked over my trade in and they offered a fair price for it. The negotiations went very smoothly and they listened to all my needs. I was able to finalize the deal that same day and sign paperwork the day after. They kept their word and were very professional. Just picked up our car from the Service Dept that they had for 7 WEEKS for very minor repairs........ This has been the single worst experience I have ever received at/from a dealership from no follow up, to being lied to twice. While I do not regret buying a Hyundai, I absolutely regret buying from this dealership. From this day forward, I will push my car passed this dealership before they ever see it again.Brandon: your reply with the tone of you being apologetic when we picked up our car. An apology never crossed your lips just like a phone call never crossed yours or Erics mind. As for the employee that left, that happened within the first 5 days of our car being there.........what happened during the next 6+ weeks??? You have a serious customer service and attitude problem within your department and it starts with you. You set the tone, you set the standard and you assure customer service is being maintained. Your assertations that you and your team is innocent and all the blame is on Hyundai is really preposterous because, again, we received 2.......1+1=2.........2 calls in the 6+ weeks you had our vehicle. When we were discussing this with you in person, you could not even stand up from your desk to greet us...........again, YOU set the tone for your department. You blamed Hyundai for the entire situation, you insinuated that we could not afford the car by your statement of most people that buy a Hyundai cannot afford them..... and you continued to defend Eric when AGAIN, he called 2 times the entire time the car was with you. This issue is far from resolved as we have submitted the requested paperwork to Hyundai North America Escalation Department.....at least they apologized for the length of delay and lack of customer service we have received through this entire process.

The service people were friendly but, .... They did NOT top off fluids during an oil change.After trying to use my windshield washer and no washing fluid came out. That prompted me to open the hood to check. There was oil all over my engine and NONE of the fluids were topped off.I even asked twice to the service manager before I left, if they had topped off my washer fluid. He repeated both times with assurance both that they had.I hate being lied to and NOW IT HAVE A CAR WITH OIL ALL OVER THE ENGINE AND COMPARTMENT AREA.Im NOT pleased at all!!

Below is my original review... Ed wanted us to add a review before we left. Come to find out, the service department keeps messing up my extra key and I have been waiting to get it. Even though it was a brand new car, they only had one key for the car.. Additionally, when my mom bought her car, she asked if she could keep her plates. A month later, she finds out that Ed put them in the scraps and they have to redo her registration so she can get new plates.They are not organized at all! I am so disappointed in Lithia!I originally came here with my parents to get them a new car and we are going home with two new cars. Edward Durham was never pushy about getting a sale and made us feel comfortable. He was very professional and answered all my questions. If anyone is looking for a new car come and talk to Edward.

Asked what about a service, told if you leave it we may be able to get to it. Wouldnt take my lawnmower to these bozos much less a new car. My Hyundai Tucson drives even better now than before I took it in for some well deserved service which was slightly over due. The service was done on schedule and completed at the time promised. The service manager was more than cordial and suggested additional service actions that I fully believed were necessary. I was glad that Mike, the Service Manager, took that kind of interest in the well being of my car. Bought a car off the lot, the sales associate didnt know anything about the vehicle she was selling. After driving off the lot radio touch screen did not work, passenger side window would not fully roll up . I took it into their auto shop and was told that the window is a quick fix, yea quick enough that the car came out dented on the passenger side door and had to wait to see if the screen was covered by waranty, at this point im not even wanting them to touch it because who knows what else will come out damaged.So about the touch screen, i have yet to find out.UpdateTouchscreen turned out fine and Manager did an excellent job in taking care of my car and myself.

I was able to purchase the vehicle I wanted in the monthly price I wanted. Danny was my sales man he was very thorough and extremely friendly as well as knowledgeable of the product I wanted. I loved that he didnt try to pressure me into a vehicle I wasnt interested in. My finance manager Elizabeth was very kind and helped me get Gap and warranty and did a very good job explaining to me the warranty coverages. Sales department wasnt too bad but service is horrible. Seems like the only way to speak with someone is to drive there and wait. They dont stock many parts so thing have to be ordered. My A/C has stopped working for the third time within a year and they just say bring it in and drop it off and you can be without a car until its fixed. Service manager seems to have an attitude if you get persistent with asking when youre getting your car back after being there for almost a month. After purchasing the vehicle and having it less then 10 months and it being in the shop for a total of 5 weeks and getting it back with a damaged windshield and having the same issue multiple times, I Wont be using them anymore and just dealing with the 2 hour drive and taking my vehicle to Lubbock and going to Gene Messer Hyundai. If you only have 1 vehicle and need more than an oil change best of luck.

I normally don’t leave reviews, but I had such a great experience with the service department here that I thought I’d share. The engine blew in my 2011 Sonata at 169,000 miles. First of all, Hyundai towed it to the dealership free of charge. We suspected a recall that we had checked a couple of years ago may have caused the engine to blow, even though at the time we were told that my engine wasn’t defected.Lithia Hyundai gave us the option to take apart the engine and send it in for approval in case the recall had caused the failure, but said that if the recall wasn’t the cause that we’d have to pay $534 for taking the engine apart. We went ahead and let them do it, and it was approved. Lithia received and replaced my engine within two weeks of the testing, and living an hour and a half away we only communicated by phone. I never had to make a trip up there once until it was to pick up my car with its brand new engine! For my engine to be replaced for free at 169,000 miles is amazing in itself, but the service we received and the ease of the experience was way more than we could’ve asked for.Special thanks to Mike in the service department who was extremely helpful, kind, and courteous the entire time even when we probably drove him nuts. Never been so happy or impressed with a dealership service department!

My wife took her brand new Hyundai Kona to this dealership for the first oil service. She left work the next morning and I noticed oil drops on the driveway. I got underneath the car to inspect and found oil coating the filter and the pan. Also found oil all over the engine cover and near the hood latch. I plan to keep an eye on it to make sure there isn’t a leak from their potential mistake. Regardless, their service department is lacking attention detail and cares nothing about the customer. I would avoid at all costs.

We like bringing our vehicle here for oil changes. No appointment set up and we always get out in a timely matter. Usually no more than 30 minutes. The only thing I want to see more of is associate feedback on how things look like such as: if air filter needs to be changed, how the fluids looked like and if they had to fill any, tire pressure and tread check details. This would be helpful in keeping the vehicle running in tip top shape.

They went above and beyond helping us and making sure we felt comfortable every step of the way. I will definitely be making all my future vehicle purchases here as they treated me as a valued customer instead of prey, as other dealerships made us feel.

Extremely disappointed in this dealership. I purchased a certified used vehicle with over 80k miles. The dealership did not offer a warranty. Literally 3 days after driving off the lot, the AC stopped working.The General Manager was quite negative and nasty. Lithia does not stand behind their vehicles, certified or not. They falsely certify vehicles to sell. I would understand if this was a few weeks after purchase, but three days?I do not recommend this dealership. Just because this is West Texas, and I am a single parent, Lithia does not respect their clients. I wish Carnax was local.

October 19 2018, my wife and I were on our way back from our Honeymoon when the transmission went out on our 2015 Hyundai Tucson. We were able to get a tow to Odessa. At the beginning everything was great, they got us in a loaner that day and drove the 500 remaining miles. Now here is when things go bad. Month and a half later, we drive up to get our vehicle. The vehicle was was still oily on rear hatch. Without hesitation after I mentioned it, they cleaned it and gave it to us. We drive home, and stop to get our oil changed. They inform us the front left mud flap was missing most of the mounting hardware and the front tire wore it away. Took it to the New Braunsfels dealership after also finding engine leaks(whole other story). Spoke to Odessa SM and he informed me the would pay for the repairs. NB continued to contact Odessa and they never returned any calls so the mud flap still isn’t fixed.October 16th 2019, transmission goes out and Red McCombs Hyundai notify me that the transmission was improperly placed into the vehicle and damaged the transmission pump. Called Odessa to give them a heads up and I can’t even get a call back regardless of how many times I leave my number. My confidence in Hyundai corporation is 0. They have had my vehicle a week and no rental, no loaner, no info, no one answers phone calls
