Didnt figure out until many months later HOW ROYALLY they screwed me over. Never let them tell you the bank changed the car total. Never let them tell you that you owe more of a down payment than is on your contract (theyre pocketing it). Never let them tell you they arent allowed to give you a call sheet... I WILL NEVER be fooled again. Educate yourselves... and run far away from them.

My husband and I had a great experience. We found a car we wanted online. Called and everyone was very helpful and friendly. We had a set amount we wanted to put down and they were able to work with us. It took about an hour and a half from start to finish. This was by far the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. There was no pressure to buy what we didnt want. We were in our new car before I could believe it. The car has low miles, great safety rating, under warranty, awesome gas mileage, everything we wanted. My husband also looked up the same car for sale in F.T.Worth and it was priced about a thousand more than what we paid for. We are definitely buying our next vehicle at Texas Certified Motors.

This is by far the most despicable car dealership I’ve ever ran into. We went in to get a car because my husband travels for work across the US. The dealership knew this and also knew we were leaving that night to ND. after we made it to ND, 26 hours away. They told us they needed us to bring the car back to install a gps in the vehicle or they will report the vehicle as stolen. This is after a $2,500 down payment was put down and all contracts were signed. No where in the contract does it mention anything about a gps. So as of today they gave us an ultimatum of driving from North Dakota to Texas by tomorrow night or deal with the consequences of driving a stolen vehicle. My husband is currently debating whether losing his job, his career in fact, is worth driving the car back to this dealership or awaiting a police officer to pull him over and him going to jail for grand theft. Never thought a car dealership would scam us this badly. They said the gps agreement was made verbally which is apparently valid enough for them to hold it against us. We are currently dealing with this and have had the car less than a month. If I can give any advice to future car buyers. Do not go here or any other Texas Certified Motors. Go to a reputable car dealership like Chevy, Ford, Toyota or another internationally known dealership. Seriously disgusted by there services and embarrassed to say I purchased a vehicle from such a devious establishment.

I Checked out a Bunch of Different Dealerships and wasnt getting anywhere at all. one of my friends suggested i try Texas motors out, Since he had a good experience there. i went over there and at first, I was skeptical of the place but having sat with them and pick out the car i wanted and driving it around town. I was Sincerely Impressed. They took the time out to Explain every Detail about the vehicle and they really do care that you walk out with a reliable and affordable vehicle. Mireya Garza and the New guy there( Sorry i forgot his name lol) really helped get me at the price I needed to be. In All Honesty, The Whole Buying Experience was Swift and Efficient. If there was One Criticism to give, i would say the tires tread was 4/32. I guess it was Overlooked during the Final Inspection, Then again I Didnt pay much Attention till the Low Air Sign came on the Next Day. and had the Tires Inspected. Ill be Back there Monday and Im Sure theyll take care of it. Ill be Back to do a Second Review on Monday. Till then 5 Star Rating Undoubtedly.

I bought my car with them and they said Id get live time free oil changes. And it was included in the contract the signed. Now the refuse to honor it even tho its in the contract.So i went to a local oil place here in my town since we dont have a certified motor here anymore. Amd this place refuses to change my oil because the last place i had my oil change done stripped the oil plug. And tha last time it was done the texas certifiedKnow they refuse to fix it. I had a good experience buying my car with them. But all the following experience have been nothing but trouble.

If i could give a rating of ZERO stars i would. I live 2.5 hours away and was told the vehicle was still available and started to make the trip. I got 30 minutes away and got another phone call saying that the owner was going to keep the vehicle for his wife since it was such a good price. I wasted 4 hours of my day plus the fuel that it cost me to drive there and the vehicle is still for sale on their site a week later. I wouldnt recommend this place to anybody. Seems like a shady business.

🚫🚨⚠WARNING!!!⚠🚨🚫NO way this car dealership even deserves any stars at all! but I had to atleast put one to write a review. We bought a car from texas Certified about a year ago, a couple weeks into having the car we had to take it back for service & ever since then we had nothing but trouble with the car. I thought we ran out of warranty so we took the car to a local repair shop were they informed us the repair work done by Texas Certified, Was horrific! only ONE bolt was holding the Catalytic converter in place. From then on problems continued with the car & we contacted Texas Certified for answers, we found out we were still in warranty & were promised by Laura that the car would only be in the shop a week tops! one week turned into almost 2 MONTHS!. The real reason for this review is not about the car its self. We knew we were buying used, We just trusted them WRONG choice because all texas certified did was blame everyone else but themselves for giving us a piece of crap car to begin with. HOWEVER the HORRIBLE & DISRESPECTFUL customer service we received was the WORST!!!! During the 2 months our car was in service. WE had to be constantly calling to even hear anything about our car because NO ONE kept in contact with us. Or we kept getting the were backed up,were working on it excuse over & over. Curtis the service manager would NEVER answer the office phone & would ignore cell phone txt messages from us. He could never tell us what the exact problems were with our car & was so air headed & uncaring when we would explain over & over that we needed our car back. The day we went to pick up our car Curtis was on the phone, we walked up to the service desk & he said I have to go, gotta take these peoples money. Never in my life have my husband & I been so disrespected & insulted!! We kept threating just leaving the car with them & curtis said Yeah alot of our customers want to do that I PROMISE you, you will deeply regret purchasing a vehicle from here. I have already contacted the BBB & the corperate office. Because they claim to be so busy!! but keep popping up stores left & right instead of properly manging the ones they already have! This place needs to be shut down!! they will ROB you blind!! May God be with you if you decide to go through with purchasing a vehicle here!!!!!
