They are scammers, they do not help you at all, they just want to take your money, I bought a car and they tricked me, they told me it cost only $ 14,000 and when the car papers arrived they said it was $ 24,000, the car a week did not serve the I called many times and they did not answer the phone because they knew that they had scammed me, I went in person to the dealer and they told me that they could not help me, that the car had no guarantee. I felt very bad about that, I had to keep a very expensive car and the engine is broken, they are blown and they sold it to me as new.

This is the best dealership I have ever used in the Midland/Odessa Area. Ive personally dealt with all of the people here and theyre all very good people. Theyll go the extra mile to help out if you have a problem. I had an issue with my recent purchase and they were willing to work with me even though they didnt have to. Things happen. There is no controlling it. Save yourself the hassle and communicate. The issue I had is now resolved and I will continue to go to them when I need a car. Their quality of service is outstanding!

They tried to sell me a rv rv worth only 6grand for a price of 13 grand his reasoning was I want to make a profit but in doing so wouldve ripped me off not too happy about this place

VERY unprofessional of the owner i believe he name is Keith he was cusing cuz my brother decided not to buy a vehicles that he wasted money to put insurance on and the vehicle still needed a oil change had a broken windshield and showed low tire pressure who sales cars like that

I had my car 2 months before the motor blew up..when I bought it they said it needed only plugs n plug wires I replaced those and still didnt idle wellies hadnt put 2000 miles on my car when I quit..my mom was in the hospital and I had to drive 600 miles to oklahoma it quit me in Dallas they said well these cars are just hit and miss now I am paying for a car I only drove for 2 months Ive never been late on a payment but I would not buy a hard piece of candy from them and my down payment was more than they said and they jacked the price up on car on the paper work the 8500 car I paid 2700 down on I owe 11,000 on it sits in my yard ....they are just out for ur money

This is the only used car dealership I have been to in West Tx, but you usually dont hear a lot of good reviews in general.Keith and Christy are top notch people, my credit isnt phenomenal, and they know a few people and got me in a beautiful 08 ford pickup! Through a credit union at that!!. They were there every step of the way, layed out all the details and answered each and every question I had throughout the process. Absolutely great people to do business with, and if and when the time is right I will be going to them again. I 100% recommend and vouche for premium motors as your 1 stop shop, and had me in a truck that evening within only a couple hrs, out the door! Cant say enough good stuff about them, and not to forget Eli the salesman I believe is his name. I didnt get to spend much time with him as my credit options were limited to what vehicles I could pick from, but from what time I did spend he knew what he was talking about and never pushed anything on me or made me feel obligated to purchase anything at all.Absolutely a great little crew down at Premium Motors.

Terrible experience.spent over $5000 in repairs and $1800 in rental car fees since car was in shop over 2 weeks.kept giving me excuses why it wasnt done.ruined my paint job which was expensive chameleon color on the trunk.do not have work done with this company.i had transmission put in and next day it leaked and jeramee couldnt have cared less said he didnt have time to fix a problem that was hishe said his other mechanic would fix it but the other mechanic knew nothing about it so he lied.he only cares about money not the customer and blames everyone else for his mistakes.i will be seeking an attorney in this matter to try and recoup the transmission costs of repair.what if my transmission failed and i wrecked the car.he doesnt even deserve 1 star.
