Decided to switch carriers, the salesman made it very easy to switch, and made sure we knew everything before signing up. He made sure we were getting a good deal and a good phone! Very happy to be switching to Verizon.

Some of those guys there have no idea what they talking about. Just care about getting there sale!!Telling you can come get your phone. Then when there, they say “ oh I’m sorry we need to wait till other phone is here before we can give you this one. Couldn’t told us that how we signed for contract. Wife wouldn’t had order they red one.

I had a lot of issues with my screen protector. The guy here put a liquid screen on and it works much better. Doesnt keep breaking on me. Great alternative

Moved from WV and noticed that are internet was acting slow on both of our phones. Brought them into the ocala store. He explained that we were on the base plan and moved us to the next plan which should give us better internet spots. Also got us a deal on a new phone and trading in my phone.
