This store has been fabulous for over a year-and-a-half that weve been coming here. Wonderful wonderful group of people who are very willing and helpful to us. Would go nowhere else in Ocala. The best best Verizon retailer.

The employee that helped me did a great job. Im 66 with an age of 5 when it comes to electronics. I dont own a computer and he was so patience with me. I always go to that store because of the employees. Its always a pleasure.

Needed to upgrade my teenagers phones for Christmas and was told the GM here was real good at finding the best deals. In actuality she was really nice. I received 3 phones and saved lots of money..

What a scam 108$ To transfer data from 1 phone to another. After purchasing 1. Best Buy does this for free with purchase of phone. I will never go there again.

Danielle was astounding. Last week while on a boat trip my wife lost her Iphone overboard. We went to the Wireless Zone on Marco Island Florida and purchased a Galaxy Phone. She hated it. We were told there was a 14 day return policy, unfortunately they failed to mention that you had to return to the same store. I wasnt about to drive 4 hours each way to return a phone and the Marco Island store staff were useless. and offered no solutions to our problem in the midst of a statewide stay at home order.In comes Danielle. I called the Ocala store and she immediately was on the case, called the Marco Island store and came up with a workable solution. She even had to instruct the Marco Island people how to perform a return!I will definitely go back to this store. Not all are alike, this one is a good one.

Dont expect any customer support from this store. Waited in line there to get told I had to call customer support for my issues. The support line is full of automation as well took me about 15 minutes to get in line on hold and I finally hung up after sitting on hold another 15 minutes listening to elevator music. Love the network hate the how we are treated once in the system.

The are the most helpful around. The staff was absolutely great. I recommend this place to anyone that needs help with their phone.

I think that the young man who assisted me was the Manager. His name was Mario and he was so kind and helpful!! The parking lot is not that big. And when I got there I really dreaded the leaving since they are on St Rd 40, but shockingly I was able to get out as easily as I got in. Have been there twice and service its great!!

After dealing with a very difficult situation and having had trouble with online Verizon technical support, at least part of my troubles were eased due to the wonderfully prompt and courteous staff. Cansandra was a great help, very personable, and understanding. We need more people like her!

Man, I wish I remembered the guys name that helped me but he was GREAT!! I didnt have money to spend in the store except for a replacement battery for my extemely outdated Samsung Galaxy Core Prime. They didnt carry such an old battery but helped me anyway, charging my phone and attempting to find a solution to my problem. Totally cool dude...not often u get selfless help like that. I dont know where to begin, these people are horrible. The owner and his employees are terrible people to do business with. They show absolutely no responsibility for their actions, mistakes in particularly, and are not willing to work with you to fix the problems either. They said they would give me my same number and added a line instead I am now being charged extra for that line (I didnt know I had) my bill went from $161. To $338 they dont care. My new phone was ordered and supposed to take over a MONTH to be delivered, I came back a month later and was told THEY WERE NEVER ORDERED. I was told I would switch plans to get 20ggs of data for 4 lines we got 16 and went over. We were charged for that also. EVERY problem I have had I have tried to work through with the employees, they are rude careless and have cost me over $600 and counting. Dont believe me?? Call the store and act like your not happy see how they treat you...

Never go here again.price isnt what they said it going to be when you get your bill.we also found hidden cost added to the bill.are bill was post to be around 100 or so.got the bill .let try like 3 to 4 hundred dollar. Be sure to check around and read your fine print before getting a phone.

Michael the Manager/owner is amazing! He went above and beyond his job duties last night. We were in a not so easy predicament, my husband is a transporter of heavy machines and he ran over his phone. Micheal did not rush us out the door he stayed after 8pm and help us! I am so thankful that he was able to help!There is NOT very many people like Michael, these days and we are so thankful for his kind heart! He heard my worried voice and extended this personal time to help!Thank you again for your help. We have 8 lines with Verizon and will never go to anyone else except his place of business!

Went in to buy a phone a few days ago and worked with Danielle. Let me just say, she was fantastic. I was a bit apprehensive shopping there because of a bad experience I had there a couple years ago, but Danielle was so professional and so helpful, I wont be shopping anywhere else.

Terrible customer service. Wouldnt match the online price $10 difference. Took my screen cover off and didnt replace after they didnt have the phone I wanted. Wouldnt show me a break down on pricing of my bill with the new phone. Guy had an attitude, I told him exactly what I wanted and he told me it wasnt a good phone (iPhone 7 plus) kept trying to convince me to get something else and change my plan. After all was said and done he didnt even have the phone. Didnt even try to help me find one at another location. Quotes me at $102 for trade in then told me he could only do $68. These people are terrible.

First of all I would like to express the thanks to the 2 ladies Jessica and Danielle for the help and support that was given to me when I went in the Verizon store in Ocala.. Danielle helped me with professionlism and her unbelievable knowledge of the phone and the time she spent with me I felt very comfortable with the phone when I left . Very few places do u go in and hav someone take the time to be sure u feel better than when u came in . I was very overwhelmed . Thank you for a great experience .!

Worst store ever! The reason why I go to the one on College road! When they know they are not going to get your business they are finished with you and tell you have a great day... They basically push you out the store and wont help you. They dont even deserve a star but there is no other way to rate! And I hope that was not the manager I spoke to because he is defiantly the reason why customers do not go back there!
