Ahmed has gone above & beyond again today! He has had to jump through so many hoops at least 2 other times this year alone. I am an exceptionally difficult customer to have to get functional when they even kept my phone over 2 nights trying to transfer my 17,000 contacts! Not to mention my retardation when technical issues have to be learned. Then, the Times of getting the phone wet, etc...Total Wireless cant be beat!

Went in and talked to Ahmad at Total wireless and boy did we save some money. We were with Verizon and paying $110.00 per month for 2 phones. He sold us NET10 for $20.00 a month per phone and still on Verizon network. Thats a $70.00 savings per month. PLUS, he gave us rewards for 3 months free. For once we felt like we werent getting screwed. Hes very knowledgeable wont try to pull the bait and switch like other salespeople. Go visit Ahmed!!!

These guys are great I had 3 phones to set up. And 1 phone transfer on Christmas Eve. Walked in at 545pm, the store closed at 6pm, these quys jumped right on it. They even set me up on the total wireless rewards program that I had no idea was offered and got me a ton of points. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Will def go to this store for all my cell phone needs.

I would give 10 stars if the rating system went higher. Best customer service I have ever experienced in the 20+ years I’ve been a cell phone customer. Got a use iPhone X paid $450 they said there was a 30 day warranty on it it went bad in 24 days and they refused to refund or Exchange for another phone They tried selling me to another phone where I would have to pay $150 for the same phone that I have that’s supposed to be under warranty so they did not live up to the warranty status do you not go to these people otherwise she will be ripped off

I went in knowing exactly what I wanted and the salesman gave me a hard time because I told him I couldnt spend over a certain amount on a phone and tried to steer me towards expensive ones like a used car salesman and put down the phone I wanted to buy, which they did not have in stock anyway. I wound up getting the phone I wanted online through Walmart and Im very satisfied with it.

Charged me to set up my phone and didnt complete the process. I had to do it myself because I wasnt going to drive all the way back to Ocala. Just do it yourself dont waste your time.
