Okay I had Verizon from the first day they got here. Never had too many issues with them. Their rates just became unaffordable. I SWITCHED to another company. I had the HUM service wit them, I loved it.I wanted to add more service to it. I missed one payment and they stopped my service, I paid the bill. After several phone calls I got my service back. I went to the store to have my Hum service upgraded and they told me I had to upgrade my Hum to a new one and my account was all ready suspended AGAIN for no reason.So I canceled my service, they continued to bill me for service.WELL, I talked to customer service and she issued my a credit to cover the bill. Made sure the account was closed. SO WATCH THEM AND REMEMBER THE STORE IS THERE FOR HIGH PRESSURE SALES! WEATHER you need it or not. They work on commission.My best advice is to look online for your product, check it at the store and buy it where it the cheapest!
Joseph was great! He was so patient and answered all our questions about phones, setting up a line, billing, and hotspot. He really set us up for a win! My older mother has been having a war with AT&T for YEARS! But today, that war was won and Verizon helped! I dont ever want to have anything to do with AT&T again!
Was legit the most horrible customer service Ive ever witnessed in 38 years. Luckily I got to the highest levels of customer service and even their corporate HR department with a live agent. He was good.
Love this store, and the service it provides, but there is one person in there that is so rude no matter how respectful you are to her. Melody, In the line of customer service work, you must be able to work with your customer no matter what the situation. If you cannot handle being a people person, then get out of the customer service industry, period! I have been in that industry for 17 years and the lack of professionalism on her part is absolutely insane! I honestly think she needs some “Quality Control Training”. That type of crass behavior can really hurt someone mentally and/or Emotionally.
Good product great phone service. Personal service after you pay for your phone is not good. Staff is not willing to help with anything after you purchase your phone.
The wait was about 30 minutes to speak to a tech. Once we were waited on the service was excellent.

Luis was great. Very patient, was not pushy and he made the process effortless.
We were assisted by Luis with activating our phones, purchased from Verizon online. While we shopped for accessories, he also transferred data and apps from our old phones. He was a wealth of information and extremely helpful. This was an outstanding customer experience.Without an appointment you may have to wait outside for perhaps 45 minutes, but for us this was a minor inconvenience and understandable during these trying times.
I saw Jasmin, who helped me work thru a problem with my phone. Very nice and professional. I will be looking her up when I eventually go back for another phone.

I went to this location for assistance with an issue I was having with my phone. I was told to call Verizon customer service (without any effort to help whatsoever) and was abruptly turned away at the door. (I was also planning on purchasing two new phones but will go to another Verizon location that values customer servive.)

Arrived at store and told we would be called when it was our turn in about 39 minutes. Provided my telephone number. Waited. Waited. Waited. Same individual came up to the car and asked if weve been helped.... No. He then ushered my husband into the store. So if you go and give your number still pay attention and dont expect the promised phone call that its your turn.
What is customer service? I walked in and asked a question about my Verizon up rewards and when they expired. I was confused because an emails said one thing and the app said another. The gentleman response was look at the app. So no answer. I asked about a couple of phones. Guy only gave me the price on one and told me there was a 40 charge to upgrade. I was upset as I have been a loyal customer for 20 years. I was told then call customer service. I could say more but just saying why cant the phone prices be clear.
Went by this afternoon to upgrade to new phones, start a new line and transfer over from Sprint. Been waiting for this for a while and finally me and my significant other had the time together to go and get it taken care of. We waited outside and was greeted by a gentleman who told us we would need to wear face masks and they have some to provide, no problem. He asked us how he could assist us and we stated why we were there, he said there would be a wait due to all the employees taking care of other customers, no problem. He also mentioned that we could call or go online to transfer a line or whatever. We had called customer service prior to this and due to everything that we wanted to accomplish, we were told it would be best to go in store. This associate, repeatedly told us we could call or go online to do what we needed to do... after we had repeatedly stated that we were advised to come in store. It was a little aggravating to say the least and made us feel that our needs weren’t important.I know this situation would have been different if this covid mess wasn’t going on. I know everyone working during this time is stressed due to new procedures and policies, I get it. The associate wasn’t rude to us by any means. But the situation was just so awkward because we felt so unwelcomed. Hopefully after all this is over we can visit this location again!

Katherine was my specialist and she was very knowledgeable, polite, prompt, helpful, friendly and professional. My wait to be helped was just a few minutes and I used that time to compare phones. The store was organized, clean and well maintained. My only complaint is the very poor choice of music thats played in the store as well as the high volume. It was like being in a sleazy night club instead of a retailer. Easy access in and out of the property and adequate parking.
I basically was told to call customer service after a big wait time and was told I was helping myself instead of receiving it, they did have comfy nooks though. The guy I had gotten was too busy as well but seemed of the only one who had good personal respect along with good customer care service.
HUGE shout out to Joseph for helping me out today. He was able to help me with a problem Ive been having for over 5 years in a matter of minutes. He was super kind and helpful in every way!
I highly recommend this store. They had a cute little kids table with tablets to help keep my children entertained during the wait. We were helped by Chris who was friendly and was able to help give us an amazing deal on an upgrade and helped us to lower our monthly payments.
The staff members were all busy when we walked in talking on the telephone not paying attention to new customers potentially walking in their facility. Eventually we did get Verizon But we are waiting on deals from the other companies and to find out who had the best coverage for where we lived. So far Verizon hasnt let us down we got great coverage even a place where theres no cell towers. We got a better deal at Best Buy. Like I said before we are now Verizon customers good bye Sprint.

Update - still no phone and found out that the manager lied to us. He was supposed to complete paperwork for an overheating phone and replace the phone with a new one or an upgrade. He also failed to mention that they dont send out phones on the weekend, so the soonest we will get the phone will be Tuesday.Manager Gabriel was an absolute sweetheart and made our horrible experience so much better.Unfortunately my husbands phone started causing problems on Thursday. We finally got in touch with someone at Verizon who told us we would have to bring his phone to a corporate store to be shipped back due to it overheating and being a potential hazard. I called this store and spoke to a very rude woman that had an attitude. She acted as though she was doing us a favor by mailing the phone back even though its corporate policy. When we arrived at the store the same rude employee greeted us with a nasty attitude when we requested to speak to the manager (which she had advised me to do not 20 minutes sooner).Again, Gabriel made the entire experience that much better and made sure to order the new phone to be overnighted to our house. Fingers crossed theyll deliver on Sunday 🤞
Came in because I had issues porting my phone number from a different carrier spoke with Omar he addressed all of my concerns and issues exchanged my phone case and took back my phone from the other carrier and honored all word that was promised to by the sales rep on the phone weeks ago outstanding job I am so happy with this transaction I wish I came to Verizon along time ago. Omar is a true face of the company very professional and down to earth very cool guy

The representative was helpful & told me to contact the manufacturer of the glass protector. There was a lifetime guarantee on it. Yes, for a shipping fee I am being sent a new protector.
Had to buy a new phone a couple weeks ago in this store. They did not have the one I wanted in stock, so I bought a more expensive one. I bought a case and attempted to buy protected glass but again they were out of stock; poor management. Had to wait quite a while to be waited on but once they got around to me the guy was knowledgeable and friendly . Ive been with Verizon for 12 years.
My Husband Phone Broke He has Sprint. We went to Sprint They sent us to some place that fixes phones they said its an easy fix. We went there and they couldnt fix it. So we went to Walmart to buy a phone and they couldnt transfer the contacts. So me being a Verizon customer for 30 years we went there they sold us one no problems. We will continue with Verizon.

Walked into this location few days after Christmas 2017. People were standing around everywhere unorganized but then Rosa walked up to me, took my name and said they will come get me when it was my turn. I walked around looking at phones. A solution Specialist name Reggie approached me and asked what he could help me with, explained my scenario but he immediately fixed. I asked a few questions about a new phone. Well let me tell you, He was very knowledgeable! Explained the difference from android to an iPhone platforms,payments per month as well as other accessories. He was kind and patient as well.I was an android user and upgraded to iPhone 8plus after debating for years, with Reggie‘s help I made the switch!I’m loving the new phone couldn’t of done it without him not only did he transfer all my content, over 2000 contacts, they stayed past closing to help me. We could finish it after an hour past closing so we arranged to return the next morning. Reggie met me at the door as I walked in grabbed my phone said don’t worry we got it come back in a couple hours and We’ll finish the transfer,so I did and it was hard but I trusted him. After two hours I went back picked up my phone & again I was greeted with a big smile everything was transferred. I couldn’t be more satisfied! Thank you Reggie!
Manager is rude and not helpful at all. Does not conduct himself in a way a manager should. Was very rude and aggressive towards my daughter. I have been using the store for years and now will be taking my business elsewhere. Most of the sales reps are great, only thing bringing this store down is the manager.
Stopped in with a problem with my old Droid phone. One of the techs fixed my problem. Had to wait 15 or 20 minutes but they were busy. Not a bad wait considering the number if people already in the store. I was happy.
Not able to load old phone to new. Couldnt cancel old phone. Could only up sell unneeded items. New Samsung 10+ comes with screen saver installed, sales person told me I needed one and it was added to my purchase. If it is too difficult for your techs to transfer old information to new phones then how do you expect your ordinary customer to do it.
Its a good store. Probably the best Verizon store in the area. The others are just retail sales Verizon stores. And its hard to get help through the other stores because of that. This store has a wait sometimes, but usually its not too long, and they try to help out which is nice a lot of the time.
The young lady was wonderful and very knowledgeable and patient with us when we went in, it was a great experience.
Great service, even during the Corona
The only place I go when I need assistance with my Verizon account or my devices. The staff is amazing and very knowledgeable, especially Reggie whom I have been dealing with for more than 5 years now. I would suggest this store over any of the other stores in town.
Brought a phone to the rep to transfer data to a new phone they sent me and was told to transfer everything myself they couldnt touch my phone. They just lost any future business from me and !!!!
This location is awesome. The reps here do all they can to help the customer out. They go above and beyond their job duties to make sure the customer is taken care of. We dont like going or dealing with any other location if we can absolutely help it. Lew, Brittany, and Jen are wonderful, I hope they never leave.
Our visit was truly awful had to sit and wait for a phone charger cord and my face cover was cracked,saleslady across took forever to finish with customer discussing school,birthday party,jewerly our salesperson had to keep leaving us to check in people then helping other people we finally decided to leave we were there over an hour did not get my cover done. When we left saleslady was at the door still talking to the customer with laughter seems like there time should be limited to customers keep moving do not keep all those customers waiting
Make sure you get everything they tell you in writing, they tell you they are putting in there system but they dont. Called store three different days and talked to Jim the manager he told me each time he would look into my issues needless to say never heard back from him. Call the 800 number for true customer service.
Not happy with my phone reception. For years verizon told me it was normal to have one or 2 bars when the service would not work they told me it was poor signal strength but i could get a booster but i would need to purchase wifi.
The most arrogant sales person, was so programed to sell, sell, sell. I have been a loyal customer for 30 years and for it being a company store, customer service has definitely gone to hell. Obviously the customer is no longer important.
The employees were very helpful went in for note 10 after waiting 30 minutes for our turn and discussing everything about the phone we decided to purchase only to be told they didnt have any in stock ugh
I would give this store 5 stars. We worked if Omar and he was very knowledgeable. He answered all the questions we had and did not try to rush into a decision or out the store. Yes, they can a get a little busy and there maybe a wait. However, they take their time with each costumer to make sure you are getting every discount or all of your questions answered. We will definitely be returning back to this store for any future upgrades or issues we have. Thanks again Omar & team!

I use Verizon wireless for my business. Most business open at 9am or earlier. VERIZON store open at 10. So if you need anything ASAP you lose an hr just waiting on them to open. Not to mention theb8bcars Ive watched pull in and leave between 9 and 10 while waiting on them to open.

Manager flat out lied to me about promotion and refused to help me, I called online support, and they verified he lied to me, your best bet is to deal with online support, much more friendly and helpful, ive been a cust with verizon for 15 years and was very disappointed to say the least about this store!

Great verizon store had a buy one get one deal on new phones so my husband and I picked out the google pixel 3 xl and got it done fast. Then my phone was stolen and they got me a replacement within a few days.
There is very helpful staff at this store. When you walk in a sales person takes your name and contact information and writes it down on a tablet. Shortly after they come and help(if its not so busy), and always call you by name. There is also a wide variety of devices and accessories.

Hi my name is Kim Lirette. I have been a Verizon customer for years. I got a new phone because my other phone was 2 years old and not working anymore. I brought it into the store asked the woman to please switch over all my information onto the new phone she said she couldnt do it, that I would have to get an app and do it myself.Or do it with Google. My phone is still not working.
Liars plain and simple. Will say anything to get you in the store even if they know they dont have the product the customer wants.Edit:11-08-19 I have to stick with Verizon because no one else works at my home.Edit2 11-08-19 after talking to Verizon customer service and trying to get my trade-in money for my new phone, their website would not complete the trade-in process. Their suggestion was to go to the store which I did because I was on a deadline to get the trade in done. After driving an hour to get to the store the representative starts giving me maybes and what ifs and it might not happen for the trade-in value that I was promised when I purchased the new phone. After calling back Verizon customer service at the 800 number and waiting on hold for quite a while they magically were able to make it happen as described by the person who originally sold me the new phone. When they got there act together it took all of 3 minutes for the transaction. Too bad I had to fight for the deal they promised me. The only thing that keeps me a Verizon customer is the fact that it works at my house and they will finance a new phone for me. Guarantee you in one of those stops or they get a viable competitor Ill be a ghost.
