Ive bought 3 products from O&M(S8+, Earbuds, Active2). They are all great and work really well. I would definitely recommend purchasing their products.

They sold me a faulty phone and will not honor their warranty very very unprofessional very very disrespectful and I would never recommend them ever. They are a scam. And now they have the faulty phone and wont give it back to me so I can go get it fixed somewhere else. Legal actions are going to be taken. Tried calling several times they would hang up or just let it ring. It took several weeks before I received my phone They still have part of my product the charger ear buds and box. They sent back the phone unprotected and got damaged even more. End up just buying another phone because of the faulty phone and damages they cause when they sent it back unprotected cost to much to fix.

They got me too. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM OM-WIRELES/Electronics! I wasnt savy enough on how to check the legentimacy after buying a so called New Note 10+ on Ebay. Started using the phone a couple of weeks after waiting on proper phone protection. Started having phone quality call issues shortly after. I knew that should not be happening with a new phone. Checked Youtube and made a few calls, discovered the phone was refurbished. I was about seven days to late for Ebay refund guarantee. I disputed the case with Paypal Credit/Synchrony bank in September, I am still fighting for my refund. They do not appear to operate like Chase Bank or other credit card companies. Working through the process is frustrating for me mostly due to there is no way to speak directly to anyone in disputes and vague general resolution responses. Proof from the manufacturer the phone was repaired less than a weeks before being sold to me does not appear to be enough. I never thought I would be fighting this hard. I dont feel protected as a consumer. Protect yourself by not making the same mistake. Buy your electronics directly from the manufacturer or reputable electronic store.

They are selling phones (Note 10 and many more) on ebay as legitimate new phones. These phones Are NOT new. Here is a couple pictures where it appears they tried to replace the battery or something and did not properly reapply the adhesive on the back oft he phone. Also, the phone was wrapped in clearly aftermarket plastic that is not consistent with any other note 10s Ive seen on the internet. Please take your business to someone who, from a look at their review history on here and ebay, isnt a proven scammer.

Dont, I mean DO NOT buy from these people. They sell refurbished phones as new. The phone doesnt come with a manual or warranty information. First phone came in a box that had the wrong bottom box size. The second one has someones email and password on it. They are not honest people.

100% SCAM!!!, do not make purchase from this seller. I purchased a s8+ and they sent me a tiny car mount. And they try to cover it up by putting item in a huge package wrapper to disguise it as a phone. I contact them, as soon as I explained my situation they put me on hold THEN DISCONNECTED the call... worst experience ever on eBay..... these scammers need to be taken off this platform.

DONT BUY IT!!!! I bought a Samsung galaxy S9+(open box brand new condition) cell phone in March, 2019 and the phone was totally broken down in five months with black screen. I contacted OM Electronics but they just ignored me and showed extremely bad attitude! I contacted Samsung and provide them the serial number for investigation. Samsung told me that the phone was not from an authorized resource according to their database and it was not covered by the 1 year warranty. Therefore, I am pretty much screwed and lost around 560 dollars for a trash. I am highly suspected that the phone was refurbished because OM doesnt provide me any evidence for brand new. Dont buy any thing from this seller if you care about the risk.

Sold me a Refurbished phone as a new phone. Found out the hard way months later through Samsung. Will not return any emails. Fighting to get my full refund through Paypal. BEWARE buying from these FRAUDS. I would NEVER buy from these scam artists.

If I could give them a 0 star I would. Crooks, are what they are. They sell new phones but you are really getting refurbished phones. You will only find out months later when you go to use your warranty.

Just like reviews in the past, this place does not sell quality product, but again you get what you paid for and this is clearly the case here. They claim their phones are brand new but open box but that is not true at all. They most likely buy broken phones and rebuild them with cheap non original parts. The iPhone 7 plus I bought had a cheap non original frame and phone screen as shown below. Please dont make the same mistake I made its NOT worth getting a phone from this place

Purchased a brand new Iphone 6s Plus, from O & M Electronics online...At least thats what their site stated... was sent an Iphone 6s Plus that looked wonderful!....only problem, it came in a generic looking, open box, with no serial or IMEI numbers on it. I called APPLE directly, gave them the serial number after setting this phone up, and was told, this phone was originally registered/used since 10-13-16....17 months!!...This phone was a Mothers Day gift! .... Boy, do I feel Stupid!!!I received a used phone, retro fitted with counterfeit screen, battery, & back plate!...I asked for a refund, but, they refused to refund me, unless I changed my negative feedback, to positive feedback. Well, I finally gave in a few days later, and reversed my feedback...As soon as I did, their Customer Service Specialist, as she called herself, messaged me and stated, (quote) I will not be starting the refund process....She was rude, sarcastic, and of zero help, in the process of me even asking for a refund....Please, if you dont wish to be a victim of consumer fraud like I was.....Call O & M Electronics prior to purchase, and get the serial number of the phone....Then call the manufacturer with that number, and make sure, that all is legit....Gave 1 star, because the phone is still working......
