All I can say is WOW! From the time I walked in the store until the time I walked out, I had a smile on my face. This team was AMAZING! I dont know how I can get all of the wonderful things I noticed and experienced during my visit to this location. William and Yessi ( Manager) assisted me and the other customers from the time we opened the door until we left. I felt like they were friends ( personable very important) which made me trust them with my business. They went over and beyond for every customer in the store and worked at helping multiple people at a time with still giving EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. This was an experience I will never forget! Dont believe me, stop by and see for yourself. You wont regret it!
Giving benefit of the doubt, theres still dramatic room for improvement here. When speaking with customers, you need to be the professional that you are and find a solution to problems. Not just say well sorry we cant. Or sorry go to apple or no thats not how it works. The first part about customer service is never say you cant. Instead, you say this is what we CAN do.But zero of that work ethic at this location.Went to another location, immediately saw a difference. Beyond willing to help. Not only help, but explain WHY. 10/10 customer service at another location within minutes of arrival. The sad thing is, the other location had to deeply apologize for the Oak Lawn lack of service. The Chicago ridge mall location said we should have NEVER been told that, this was false, that was false, etc. So not only did they (chicago ridge) take ownership for the horrible service here, they even fixed it.Its a shame to see companies be okay with that type of work ethic. I believe much more secret shopper visits need to be conducted. The thing is, Ive heard of situations similar to this about 7-8 times now about this location. That is why Im choosing to actually give heads up to everyone. And to think this is a corporate location..All aside, I know that if the employee sees this they will just smirk it off and think theyre right. Thats fine. Just know that there are 100x better workers out there than you, and guess what.... we won ;)
My phone got locked and the 2 ladies working last Friday stuck with me until they unlocked it. They were extremely patient and supportive! I am so grateful they were there to help
See Lupe he is the best employee at this store & will help you with phone questions. Even the manager couldn’t help me the way lupe did. Great guy! ♥️
12:15 and still not open. Taking my business elsewhere!
I love that store! Very honest people working in the store! Always help, always explain everything, you want to come again and again! The sales person- Moe working in there, he is the best! Spend his time to talk to you and explains everything!he working to help people ! Not to make the money.i love that store!
The staff is good and helpful. I just wish T-Mobile had as many cell towers as it does stores. I work downtown, and when we get near union station I lose signal while everyone around me is still playing with their phones
Moe Matariyeh was very rude to me upon my visit. I am a young male who visited this T-Mobile location and I sat at their waiting area, so I decided to use the coloring books that were laying on the table (I’m only 16 yrs old). Moe was very rude by telling me to not use the coloring books that were put out for all to use since they did not say for children only or give an age range for the coloring books I did not do anything inappropriate in the coloring books only color in between the lines I felt very targeted especially when I was told by Moe that I needed to leave the books for the kids; although, there were many other coloring books and technically to the United States of America my age makes me a minor which should allow me to color in those books I will not rest until I get an apology or repercussions are taken.
The lady that was there was really rude didnt care about what I was wanted or help with the phone or plans
I went there after going to another tmobile location with a difficult situation and a bad attitude. Najib (sorry if I misspelled your name) and Rana were fantastic and I would recommend the entire staff to anyone looking for tmobile service and support.
Great costumers service and nice friendly people,, Mourad was very helpful and respectful thank you
Theres guy named Moe that guy is great super helpful and like really patient with me making sure i understand everything Im telling you Moe is good people
I purchased a couple of phones from this store back in May. The store representative sold me on the Samsung Galaxy S8 BOGO offer so I would expect to receive a prepaid gift card of $750 in about 8 weeks. After 9 weeks I contacted T-Mobile customer service and was informed that the store provisioned the WRONG DATA PLAN for the offer so my rebate was DENIED! Going forward I will be calling T-Mobile directly for all of my purchases.
The fact that an employee my wife and I were not dealing with gave my three year old daughter a TMT cape they had left is the only reason for a second star. My phone broke and my wife was about paid off and looking at something new. Decided to go to this store because it was closer to our location for the day. Worst decision ever. We had a rep immediately handle us when we went, and we got passed a few moments later. This is the point where I should have trusted my impression. Our new rep continued to talk over me as I was explaining tech variations between the two phones to my wife that she was considering and blabbing the sales rep chat. It was comical at first but became just rude after a few seconds especially being she had no idea about either phone. Once a decision was made she went and got the products. I inquired on an older non-mainstay model and she said she would look, I have no doubt that she did no such thing. From there the sales gear kicked in hard. We had cases and screen protectors presented with no options or real variations - assuming this is the sell this one policy. Planned on getting both, but would rather not have it force fed to me. This is where we take another twist - $20 per phone for sim upgrade and activation. Our original sims were transferred and the factory supplied sims left in the box... all for two active lines... $40 to turn on the phones and spend 30 minutes not understanding how to properly or effectively use the Samsung transfer app. It gets better though - we get home and I notice we recieved no receipt or paperwork. To see all the charges and what not. Thats not all though... opening the book packet for my wife, she is new to Samsung, I find the gem. S10e models all come with a factory installed screen protector. This was not told to me, the store employee removed the factory and then charged me for a new one - which researching is a lower quality. This is a store you really need to be careful at.
