It was a Sunday and they are typically closed. The owner of the store was inside doing paper work and he saw me outside. I read the sign and saw they were closed but I called just to make sure. He asked if that was me out front and I said yes. He opened up the store so I could get a very much needed motorcycle battery. Super nice guy that saved my day. Will return and I highly recommend this gentleman and his store for all your battery needs.... 😁

They had more than 4 of the batteries i needed on hand for my 19 scissor lift. I only needed 4. Good prices too

Fantastic customer service. It was really busy when I went but you could tell the staff wasnt just trying to get us out the door so they could go back to staring at their phones or goofing off. They seemed totally focused on helping us install batteries and never gave anyone anything less than a completely positive attitude.

Came for a battery for a thermometer, they replaced it, it didnt light up, but they didnt charge me for the battery. Very Nice enployee. You can get batteries for just about anything.

Wow. Service like I’m in the suburbs!Oh. Wait. Technically....Anyway, yeah man. Wow, such a pleasant experience. Ive always gone to Batteries Plus and been....less than pleased. Ok, not great.I just happened to notice this IB location and had time to kill and they gentleman working there was so super helpful even though he knew that, for the moment at least, I wasn’t buying anything. My questions will result in eventual purchases but his helpfulness with just helping me get some understanding into the three+ battery issues/questions I had was outstanding. He was as personable and patient as a friend of many years. Definitely would recommend!

Get service. Quickly diagnosed old battery as dead, new one installed and purchase completed in about 15 minutes. Can’t beat an Interstate Battery and can’t beat this spot for fast service with a smile!

I think they have great service, the products are good, I was not happy that several of the employees were not wearing masks even though theyre is a mask mandate in the store.

Great guys great location but their remanned batteries suck. They use to be great and id get 2 years. Now im lucky to get 8 months They have a 90 day warranty and this is the 3rd time my battery does at after 4 months

Never go again.My baby sister needed a new battery for her Lexus.I called the Oak Lawn location.They said they were open until 6 pmI asked if they had MTX-94R H7 in stock he said yes.I left work early drove 24 minutes to the store. I arrived before 5 pm.The sign on the door stated open until 6 pm.Lights were on . Door was locked.I called again . No answers.My wife called . No answer.I waited 20 minutes. No one ever arrived.I realized. Interstate battery will never be open for people that work 9 am to 5 pm. If the battery has any problems I would not be able to get any customer service without missing work.So I will now buy all diehard batteriesWhere service locations are open until 9 pm

If you need a battery i strongly recommend this place fair prices and great service, also wont try to oversell you.

From initial phone call to get pricing, to driving to shop and checking battery, installing new battery, Ted talking briefly with other customers, I was back driving home in 45 minutes!! Amazing! I really like the service and the price here I bought a refurbished battery which was far less cheaper than a brand new battery for my Lexus. The refurbish battery start at about 40 bucks with a warranty, And they work just as good and are put through several test. I highly recommend interstate battery!

No nonsense and efficient. They have batteries for every need at reasonable prices. I have purchased a battery from here as well as had a battery charged.Friendly as well as professional. Saturday hours are shortened (close at 2pm) which is a bit of a bummer.

I just bought a GTO and had a hard time finding a battery for it. I called interstate Batteries and they had one in stock. When I went to interstate the guy that helped me was professional and had great customer service. Thanks again will recommend this brand battery to all vehicle owners.

These people are liars. Not polite at all, i went in there to replace my interstate batteries which have a replacement garuntee and they did not want to honor that. Also when they tested my battery he said it was good even tho it only had 10% of life left on it i will never return to this rude location

Bought 4 deep cycle batteries, very polite, helped load batteries. When I brought the old batteries back for core deposit, he unloaded the batteries NO PROBLEM.
