I will never go back to this location,I had bad experiences

All was good really nice service

Tried to buy some games for my son and when I asked them questions about them. They seemed upset and just wanted me to leave.

I go to buy something and the worker sais i have long nails and she has ecurlic nails not cot cool

Horrible service. Called ahead about an exchange. Veronica was great in assisting and providing information. Even made an additional sale. Showed up to the store and was met with the Store Lead who now says I could not do an exchange and he can’t do anything for me. This is even after I explained again the situation. Didn’t matter. Horrible way to keep business. He needs to work on communication and to present himself professionally. I don’t know what the dress code is there, but that can’t be it.

If I could use a word to describe the staff it would be dumb.

I dont know whats really going on but there’s not much of a selection on games anymore. Staff is always friendly and nice!

These guys are always super helpful and friendly. The store is alsp always well stocked, even though it is a smaller location. All I can say is, keep up the good work!

Waited in line for hours to find that the extra ps5 for pre-sale were only 5 extra, not 10 as rumored. Still shopped but used game selections were light and they didnt have access to computers to look up anything so left.

Great place but runing low on controllers

A gamestore that doesnt even carry controllers. Yet, they wonder why Gamestop is failing.

The staff is knowledgeable and passionate. You cant walk in the door without being greeted and their goal is to help you discover some fun.

Their prices are ok but they have a very small collection of older game systems games. Need to carry more of these games not just for the newer systems but for the old ones also

I just bought an xbox one refurbished and it does not work. Ridiculous. Good thing I bought the warranty, Im going to make sure they test it IN STORE when I return it.

Your employees need to work on their customer service skills. The gentleman that waited on me was extremely rude. I felt as if I was bothering him. I turned around and walked out and took my business elsewhere. I’ve been going to this location for several years. Will never step foot in this store again.

Nice place with lots of games, customer service is good but need to improve in not telling us customers lies. I was told I will get a FREE SUBSCRIPTION of Gameinformer which I agreed to, only to find out I was charged $15

Very bad staff

Was treated poorly by a specific employee Sep 26th at around 8:30pm, employee called me out of my name and made me feel uncomfortable with being in the store. Asian or Spanish young boy with glasses, has no respect for customers coming into the store. People walking in should be greeted respectfully, not in a careless manner. I will never give business to this location again after this- quite the employees you hire, GameStop.

I came here after leaving the pitiful gamestop by Roosevelt & Oak Park. I came here to buy My Hero Ones Justice for my girlfriend. There was one guy manning the register, I wish I can remember his name because he lived up to my expectations, friendliness and knowledge. I bought it yesterday (12-3-18) during the day time so credits to you my friend!

People that walk through the door at the last minute for early release games end up getting their game before those that showed up hours early the reason I was given was people that shop at gameGame are not smart enough to count so basically if you are ignerent you get rewarded truth to lazy to write a number on sticker that is put on your reseat or be smart enough to have numbers printed on stickers wen they are made thats probly why several of my friends stopped going for early release pluse my account was changed without my permission so my points dont stock pile anymore I never would have done that Ive been dishing out money since it was foncoland at least this makes it easier to watch it go out of business what I herd on YouTube about what they want their workers to do also a joke

So I called the store and a lady named Blanca answer the phone I ask for availability of a PS4 and she told me,yes we have 5 in stock so I said thanks Ill be there in a few,when I got to the store 45 minutes later cuz thats what it took me to get there do to traffic and that it was 10 milles away they told me that they cant sell me anything, talking about the ps4 that I have just asked 45 MIN AGO I asked for the manager store and this rude man told me the same thing hes name is Joshua Dominguez, I was very upset do to my waisted time and gas from the trip,no one offered me an apology until I asked for one, I understand that it was off their limits to sell me one but it was very simple from the beginning when I first call to tell me that they dont have any or cant sell me any, my first and last visit to this store ever, sorry about my English but Im just learning!

In giving them five stars because its always about the people whos presenting that place..i went over there to make an exchange for a game that my husband bought for my child..and it wasnt for his age..the employee that works there was sooo nice and friendly he didnt ask any question..told me to go ahead and choose another game..was soo helpful with a smile on his face the whole time..thats a place where I would visit again..and absolutely their prices is amazing

Go anywhere but here to buy a system. Easily over priced by $100 on Xbox and PlayStation

Found everything i needed for xmas. Which most stores didnt have or sold out of. Staffs great. They go above and beyond to help and answer questions. Prices good. Some used CDs only 2.99. Used.

All the staff are helpful with everything I need from trading in items and buying and I even have conversations with them about games

Disgusting people who have no sympathy when a parent calls to inform them that they have accepted stolen property and won’t try and resolve the problem that they caused. Screw GameStop. Will never step foot in that place again.
