I asked about the battery of my car they told me that there was, decide to buy it at the time they are going to install it they tell me that they do not have the tools to make the change, the manager who attended me charged me without first seeing my car! I lost time now I have to wait 3 days for the money to be refunded! And manager Sans attention was the worst! but I will never buy in autozone

There are a few Auto Zones in my area but I always go to the Oak Lawn location on 104th in Cicero. Theres a guy who works there named Mike and he is very knowledgeable and always goes above and beyond to help out. If you need help or advice about parts or repairs, I strongly recommend stopping by and having a chat with Mike.

This morning I rushed out of the house to go grocery shopping and my vehicle would not start. My new neighbor was kind enough to give me a jump. My car started and I went on my way, first, to AutoZone to have my battery checked.This AutoZone at 10401 S. Cicero was near my shopping stores. Ive never been there before, but I like this store very much. There wasnt a crowd of people inside as there usually is at other Autozones I go to. The staff people that I was in contact with were very friendly and willing to help me. I got my battery checked and found out, yes, I needed a new battery. I purchased a new battery and had it installed within 10 minutes and was on my way again.I told the cashier how much I like this store. Ive added this AutoZone to my contacts so that when needed I can come to this location. Again, service was quick and very friendly. It was a good experience.

They help but you can only do so much there buy parts check your batterie alternators and to buy parts

Mike was amazing. Got the parts I needed, was kind helpful and patient. He is a popular guy. He helps everyone out! Get him an assistant with all his knowledge. He had a line just for him, and he juggled customers well.

David and Rich!!!! Hooked me up!!! They help me with my windshield wiper blades and also put coolant in my car! They were friendly, professional, nice and very helpful!!! Thanks guys!!! 👍🏽👍🏽

Everytime Ive needed to run in here, its been a pleasant experience. Every employee has always been eager to help and very knowledgeable! From wiper blades to brake pads etc. This is definitely my preferred AutoZone location

Ive been to this location 3 times and all three times I walked out like what the f--- just happened? This time I got home after asking for spark plugs for my truck. I knew it took 16 got home and only got 12. A 12 valve 1500 ram? Last time I go there! Ill stick to the one in evergreen park.

This place has the worst customer service of any autozone I’ve ever visited. I came in one week after buying 2 $30 wiper blades, with one of them having snapped off, after THEY installed them, and the manager gave me a snotty attitude and remarked ‘there’s no warranty on blades’. I’m livid. They couldn’t help me, didn’t offer to give me a discount on new ones, and honestly their attitude was abysmal. I’m never shopping here again. I will be writing a letter to corporate and calling the BBB... because this is the poorest excuse of customer service I’ve ever seen. They also have a sign in their window that says, “AutoZone is Committed to Customer Satisfaction” .... yeah right! Better. Believe I’m calling that number and voicing a complaint. Ugh, I’m so disgusted with the level of disrespect.

Came here for a battery test and a new battery since mine was bad. Was greeted as soon as I walked in the door, very nice and helpful employees. and had the old battery tested and new battery installed in a matter of 15 minutes. Best AutoZone around.

I was there Friday night needing new head lights for my Mitsubishi. Aubrey and Emmanuel were working. We showed up around 10 pm. An hour or so before closing. We needed help with getting the lights out because they were old and stuck. EmmanuL went above and beyond. It felt like he truly cared about helping us. One bulb is hidden and a tight fit. He dug in and got dirty trying to help us and successfully helped us. Aubrey, was such a wonderful help with the information he was giving. He was also able to get the bulbs out when the rest of us couldn’t . It was a tough job and they dedicated their time and help, even stayed after store hours to help. Thank you Aubrey and Emmanuel! Thank you so much! Great hard workers!

I have gone to Auto Zone several times, and every time I go there everyone is so helpful. Ironically the past 4 times I went there, there was a gentleman named Dave that helped me out so much. I believe his full name was Dave Johnson. I told him I was going to write a review about him because he was so helpful and friendly. Not to mention very knowledgeable. Very happy customer.

Theyve never been anything but polite to me and I pretty much always find what I need. I only docked a star cause of the fact that my rewards card credits expire too quickly to be of use and spending large lump sums doesnt get you more credits

There were 2 to 3 times as many customers as workers and everyone needed an item looked up so, first time I have have to wait over 5 minutes. Once the manager finished helping the lady, an obvious choice over me and I would have done the same thing, he rang up my purchase quickly. The reason then get 4 stars is they have power steering fluid next to the brake fluid in a nearly identical bottle ( so be careful what you grab). They can probably not change the design so they need to separate them by a product or two...

I don’t often write reviews but today I make an exception for a very kind employee, Fernando. I was super frustrated with my car problems and had no idea what I needed to get and he really laid it all out and helped me understand what I needed to purchase. Most people don’t ask about your day but he asked and then wished me a happy day. It totally changed my mood. I won’t be shopping anywhere else!!

Over the past couple years, their customer service has increasingly become worse. Unknowledgable salespeople that spew out improper information & talk down to customers. I live in their area but I will take my business to Carquest in Worth. A business that treats their customers with respect & are knowledgeable.

I had the worse service there not only they made me wait a hr to tell me he cannot help me in ask to talk to a manager he said I Im the manager all this for a alternator that I purchased at Auto Zone in Berwyn il he would not honor my warranty when next auto zone in Berwyn gave me a new one since I purchase 3 days ago the manager Aubrey is horrible there i will never go there again I told my neighbors about it they were shocked but we will be going to advance auto parts on 86 and Cicero
