I sat with Jose he was the best worked with my budget and credit to get me the best deal. I traded in my car and got a newer car more suited for Chicago winters. It was quick while I was testing driving they started running the application maybe 10mins after we were back I was ringing the bell!! He set up my phone to the car before I left which is amazing it can be a real hassle that first time!! Will for sure be referring people to him. ππ

From the time I stepped foot inside Happy Hyundai Courtney Davis was great. Very nice, welcoming and explained the entire process of the buying and trade-in process. Didnβt try to pressure me into buying things/upgrades like other salespeople Iβve met in the past. Towards the end he even worked hard to get a better deal! Even gave me his direct number just in case I have any questions or need to be squeezed in for maintenance. I definitely recommend you come to him if you need a new car.

BUYERS BE AWERE!!!! This is how they were trying to take advantage of me. I was trying to buy the car that I was leasing through them. On the sales contract there is predetermined buyout price. Where there shouldnβt be any argument about the sales price, they were trying to convince me how Hyundai decide to change the purchase price. After 2 hour spent there, finally I called the financing department and I find out the actual purchase price havenβt changed at all. Happy Hyundai was making up fees and adding sales taxes twice. SUCH A SHAME FOR A COMPANY TO DO THAT!!!$14,874 is end of the lease purchase price$19,834 is the taking advantage price

Made an appointment to test drive a Kona N-Line and was accommodated that very same day, got to the dealer and was greeted and attended to by Paul. Felt very comfortable discussing my interests in a new car and what I would want with Paul and the test drive was offered promptly and kindly by Paul. Long story short the entire Process was extremely pleasant and at no point was Paul pushy or impatient with me and even offered his employee discount to be used if I so desired. If you are interested in purchasing a Vehicle from Happy Hyundai I strongly recommend looking for Paul. The only reason I did not give this a 5 star review is that the final paperwork that was explained and dealt with with a different employee was uncomfortable at best, though the prices and warranties were explained the employee seemed impatient and made it uncomfortable to try and read the fine print comfortably. The whole final paperwork process was just not as pleasant as the actual process of purchasing the car.

So normally I would highly recommend this dealership. Ive purchased to new Hyundai vehicles from this location. The car care is normally wonderful. I recently called them regarding their tires for life program as my tires were getting to the point where they need to be replaced. I told them as I bought the car that I would be temporarily moving out of state. They continued to push the tires for life program as it sounded like a great deal. With moving out of state I serviced my vehicle at various Hyundai dealerships. I was informed today that I would be unable to receive my tires as I serviced my vehicle at dealerships besides Happy Hyundai. I just want to make people aware so that they do not pay extra money for program that they can not use.
This place is disgusting. Such aggression and tons of made up fees. The packages are NOT optional, Im not sure why theyre saying there are. They even charged a 3k fee for getting the car to the dealer which is 2k more than a dealership 50miles away. They wont even honor the prices on their own website. Isaak (salesman) threw a temper tantrum while we were there. We were able to find a better version of the car for 3k less the next day at a different dealership. Dont waste your time with them, literally anything is better than trying to shop there. Classic bait and switch. Horrible service. Lies lies lies.
I went in looking for an suv I saw online. They honored the price off the back and the employees weβre very nice. The salesperson who assisted me was Paul and would 100% recommend him. However Iβm rating it a 3 star because there was some details when it came to the paperwork I did not like and guy handling that was not very pleasant. Other than that everything else went smoothly.
Staff was responsive upon my arrival, i had appointment for an Oil change.They told me i also had a recall... Didnt know that!!! So everything was done same day. The wait was a Lil longer than i had anticipated, but my guess it was the recall that took time. I received a first time customer service discount.... I was HAPPY about that. All good!! My wife took her brand new car there for an oil change. When she came home she said they charged her $60 for a tire balancing BUT they applied a $20 off coupon for her. π she was very happy.However, when I looked at the receipt, they charged her for the oil change. In addition, the cars maintenance is paid for for 5 years because we bought the brand new vehicle from them.I called to inquire and received 3 different versions of the story from the service guy that took care of my wife.Long story short, they refunded me and apologized for the βmistakeβ. I am so very disappointed that they felt they could take advantage of my wife. Looks like Iβll be taking the car in from now on.

The service manager was so polite and even though there was quite a bit of a wait to get an oil change, I was told ahead of advance of the wait and not charged for the oil change as well.

It was a no nonsense visit! I was in and out within 2 hours. Which included a test drive, the evaluation of my trade-in, price negotiations and then signing the paperwork. Mohammad Altarifi was the sales Representative that I worked with. Very polite and conscientious young man and though I was a bit disappointed with the amount I got for my trade-in, it was Mohammad and Arianna Rios, their customer service attitude, and knowledge, kindness, and just overall politeness that made me stay and continue on with the sale. I would gladly refer friends and family to both of them. I was very happy with my purchase experience of my new 2021 Sonata Hybrid overall.

The service was very good and I appreciated the car wash! The service advisor was friendly and helpful and very apologetic when the service director didnt assign my maintenance to anyone so the first hour+ of my visit was just time wasted in the waiting room. The service advisor waived the cost of the oil change and even offered to buy me lunch, which was very appreciated, but it did not change the fact that by the time the mistake was caught and the work done I spent about 3 hours sitting and waiting for a simple oil change and recall issue.

I had an appointment today at 6pm. I drove 39miles in traffic for an hour to reach your dealership and when I came in, they turned me back saying that the car is sold like 5 min ago to a walk in customer. They called me to book an appointment stating that the car is available and I called them twice to make sure that the car is available. They told me it is available. I told the sales guy that I drove an hour to reach here how can they sell it to someone else and he was like 1 hr drive is nothing. The careless behavior of sales guy shows how pathetic this dealership is. I will never step a foot into your dealership again. I would not recommend anyone else also to even be around close proximity of this dealership. They are the worst.

Classic bait and scam. Went there twite and they rack up the advertised price so much that itβs ridiculous. Car I looked at was priced at $22500 and when I asked for an estimate on payments carβs price went to almost $29000 because they make you take their $3000 happy package and some other unreasonable charges on top of sales tax, doc fee and title fee. When asked to remove all those changes and present my offer to the manager I got negative response so I just left the place. I really hoped I will buy a new car there but after seeing all those unexplained and charges they added Iβm gonna pass. Itβs a NO from me!

Please make sure you add atleast $3k to to whatever the price is they are advertising!! Second, the finance manager pressured me and made me feel guilty about not wanting a certain type of coverage for my car so I caved in.Literally taken advantage of, probably because I was car shopping all by myself.Again, I highly regret this decision and now Iβm stuck with a Hyundai make/model that I did not even like all that much.Please save your time and money and go elsewhere!!!!!UPDATE: People at dealership have blocked my email.Seriously, stay away.

When it the paperwork came to us it reflected nothing but a ridiculously high price and no effort to made to win our purchase. Every time I come to Happy Hyundai, they treat me like family.. Always transparent.. and are always willing to accommodate with a shuttle or transportation... The sales team makes sure I know what the payoff on my car is and all options on a new purchase.... Without even asking... Itβs feels good to know they are looking out for my best interest.
Absolutley the biggest scam dealer on the south side. $3000 Happy Hyundai Package (free wipers and car washes) markup on all vehicles. $800 for window etching, $600 for tire destination??? And that is on top of paying sticker for the car !! $4800 in add-ons they will not remove. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. Happy Hyundai preys on the elderly and attempts to do a bait and switch on the prices of their cars by refusing to sell a car unless you purchase their Happy Advantage Package to the tune o nearly $3,000. When my 75 year old father turned down the deal they showed him the door claiming that someone else would buy the car at that price due to the car shortage. When my father told me the story, I called the manager. She was very rude and unapologetic. Total scam.
I was very welcomed and treated courteously. Felt valued as person and possible customer. Tristan gave me detailed comparison of deluxe and reg models. The place was very clean and seemed very sanitized.
