Always great service from one of the long term workers. I had to get the battery replaced from the back of a flatbed. The other worker needs training on using listening ears. I asked questions based on what is on the website regarding if an appointment was needed (some stores say call ahead) and he had the nerve to say this isnt an auto repair. This was also Saturday before the holiday on Sunday. Its a simple act to put yourself in the customer frame. This guy shouldve been up selling the glovebox remote starter while I waited for the real hero to finish.

Why buy from them...when Amazon has same batteries but 3x cheaper. I needed batteries for several different types of watches (4 to be exact). Arrived and noticed batteries 5 bucks just for one. So I bought one battery....because all I was thinking there has to be cheaper batteries somewhere. Amazon came to the rescue.....bought same battery for same price 5bucks (but got a pack of 20). Never will I shop at BPB for watch batteries again...Amazon is the best thing ever created.

I was on a mission to get my sons toy spaceship batteries replaced. not only were they hard to find they had them in stock and Bill the employee in the store was more than helpful he went out of his way to make sure it wasnt a battery issue in any way. Unfortunately the toy is broke so thank you Bill and battery plus bulbs for outstanding customer service and help I will be coming back to the store again in the future.

Counter man very rude. Priced battery $25 higher than price online. He said they are a franchise store and set thier own prices. I left without purchase.

Went there on January 31 at around 11 a.m. there were several people in line ahead of me. I waited around 20 minutes and all I needed was a new battery for my samsung 4, the Rude guy at the desk, dont know his name grey hair and stocky. said to me it will take 2 hours for your battery to be replaced, I said all I need is a new one and popped into the back, he said this guy is in front of you and his waiting also, I left drove out to Tinley Park, Steve took care of me and put in a new battery in a matter of minutes and I told him what happened, he said he is getting alot of complaints on this fellow. STAY AWAY FROM 95th STREET STORE, ... Especially if this fellow is in the front desk.

Additionally he grabbed watch batteries I needed from the aisles as a courtesy as I am in a wheelchair. He was super accommodating the whole time we were in the store.

Visited for a motorcycle battery, and found out they cut & program Honda keys. Was show the different batteries available for my bike, and was helped in purchasing the best one for my needs. Then came the Honda Key. Melvin was great at getting the necessary information to take care of my key needs. Got it cut and programmed and ready to go in less than a 1/2 hour. Best part, about $55 cheaper than the deal that I bought the car at. GREAT GUYS TO DEAL WITH. THANKS!

Bad experience overall. Bought a car battery and it started failing 4 months later. They tested twice and kept telling me it was good and that they couldnt honor the warranty. This is after a mechanic had already tested it and determined it had a bad cell with only 114 cold cranking amps. I went to autozone and they also got a bad diagnostic. Replaced it at autozone and problem solved. Avoid the frustration and waste of time with multiple trips.

Mike is absolutely amazing, cant say that Ive ever gotten customer service of the quality that he provides. I wouldnt recommend going anywhere else for anything key or battery related, I would drive past other stores to get to this facility. I couldnt be happier with the work provided and I will continue to recommend you to everyone I know. Thank you again

My car key fob battery was low. I had been to this place before so I gave it a try. They not only had the battery, but replaced it and offered a lifetime replacement for a real good price. I am sure the dealer probably would have charged triple the price. Real clean establishment, and cordial staff. Their inventory is vast batteries from car to phone. Wonderful....

Great service and friendly staff. Used them for remote battery, phone battery and now cranked phone screen. Pleased with the result every time.

My iPad was not taking a charge. They said I needed to replace battery. Paid to have battery replaced. Still wasn’t taking a charge. They then said it was the charging port. They would have to have it sent out to have it repaired. Sales person suggested taking it somewhere else to have it done quicker. Did that. Once I got it back I realized that my microphone and sound did not work. The second place said, that whoever changed the battery screwed up. Changing charge port doesn’t require taking the iPad completely apart but changing battery does. Went back to batteries plus and was told that since they couldn’t check it out to see if everything was working when I picked it up, I I would have to pay for them to fix my volume and microphone. There was 30% power when I bought it in and 80% power when I picked it up. More than enough to check it out. I was then told there was a teeny, Barely visible dent on case and that because of that there was no way they could guarantee work. Have been going to this place for years. Not anymore! Wouldn’t let me post without giving one star. Otherwise I wouldn’t give any stars.

I had a wonderful experience today with Batteries Plus Blubs in Oak Lawn, IL. Online I was able to order in-stock new cell phone batteries for my LG V20 and my sons LG Stylo 2 phones. I also was able to get a 10% discount for placing an online order and picking it up myself. The batteries were brand new and compatible with own phones. The customer service was on point. The salesman was very professional and informative. Our two years old cell phones are as good as new once again. In the future I will be a repeat customer.
