I need to give an online shout out to Andrew. He helped my wife and I for over an hour to get the best plan and phones. Hes an asset to the store and the best t mobile expert Ive ever worked with. Hes great.
Me and my husband went there to transfer me to his account and get a new phone. On our arrival, customer representative, Ashlee, greeted us and helped us so much throughout the process. She was very helpful and super nice. In addition, she was very patient and informative with ever single detail possible. We had plenty of questions, but Ashlee explained everything perfectly and provided more information to help us along the way. Best of all, she was very fun to be with and definitely made us feel at ease. Lastly, she stayed overtime after working hours to complete the transfer for us so we could leave the store with my brand new phone. A true definition of a great representative and experience! Thank you Ashlee!
Andrew was awesome. He hung in there and got the problem fixed.
Customer service was great! Much happier with the new phone plan. Got a great phone for $17 a month but really getting the phone free because my current Netflix account will now be free!
Outstanding and perfect service by T-Mobile in Oak Harbor, WA! They were totally successful and helpful in getting my wireless service transferred to T-Mobile-Sprint from another carrier. Special Thanks! to Armando Z. - Manager and the following worthy staff: Ashlee E., Ksenia B. Tyler T., and Nick W. Each of these professionals solved my complicated mobile needs exactly right with perfection!!!
End up paying $500 dollars a month somehow on a $200 bill. This place has felt like a scam from the inception of our service.
Ali was our support expert and have us a great experience switching providers. Great customer support.
Great customer service. Dakota was amazing and so helpful. Got everything switched over very happy customer.
Bought a new Razr 5G from Amazon (almost $400 cheaper that T Mobiles price), went in to buy a SIM card. Rachel helped me out, she was very professional and helpful. Had no issues at all, I was expecting to buy the SIM and be out of there. She activated the SIM card, activated the phone, updated my account and transferred all of the files that could be transferred (Samsung and Motorola dont play well together). All of that for free all with a smile! Thats for the help. ;-)
I did not go inside I drove by know store from long time ago
Very knowledgeable attentive and personable Great people to work within the store
My mother, has been a Sprint customer for awhile. She is not tech savvy at all and needed a new phone but hated upgrades because of the loss of her apps and such during syncing and such. Anyways, I had an extra phone, a One+ 6T in nearly new condition. So I gave it to her, but needed her to head to a Tmobile store to get it activated. This is our story:I am on Whidbey Island in Oak Harbor, WA where we have two T-mobile stores. One is a former Sprint store and the other is an authorized dealer for T-mobile. My mom also lives here. I told her to head to the former sprint store first and get her newish phone activated. That did not go well AT ALL. In the 3+ hours we were there, they accidentally removed my moms google accounts before syncing the phones and lost 100s of contacts, they assigned the new sim card to a random device and phone number which they had to call your corporate office to fix, and finally they never actually got the phone connected to the network. My mom had to get home for dinner and take care of my step-father. So we left incredibly frustrated with Armondo and his employees. On 05JAN, I called the other store, the authorized dealer to hopefully get some better luck. Thats where I met Sam, on the phone at least. I told him what had happened. Sam immediately arranged to have my mom come in the next day during a time where it would be slow in the store so he could solely focus on my moms issues for as long as she needed. I 100% felt better about this after hanging up. Today was that appointment, at 1pm. I got off work around 3, called my mom to see how it was going. She almost started crying. She said Sam took care of everything..in 1 hour!! He was able to recover all the lost contacts, synced the google accounts, contacts and photos, etc. Properly activated her phone, with the right sim card (somehow the wrong sim was installed), verified it worked. He also explained in detail the timeline of the Sprint/Tmobile merger and how that would affect her and her account at some point. Lastly, he captured all that information on a report and printed it so i can look at it. In the end, my mom is switching 3+ plus lines to Tmobile next week with Sam. Sam is the man! Please take some time to recognize this employee. He was incredible!
Would give no stars if I could. Dont trust that they will pay you for switching over to them wish I stuck with Verizon way less shady....updating my review to 3 stars the manager is now trying to help and fix the situation. Would have been great to have it done when it was supposed to be.
Dakota and Rachel where very helpful
The employees are very helpful and pleasant. We switched over from Verizon earlier this year and definitely made the right choice in terms of what we get for with our money, and customer service.Ive never had an easier experience with switching phones. The whole process took like 10 minutes.
The girl in oak harbor store that helped me was named ashlee I believe she was great very helpful and nice I very much appreciated her help shes was awesome
Always a good experience.
Staff were not only knowledgeable and helpful, but super funny and great with my kids!
They are really friendly and helpful, the store is welcoming and bright. The employees are cool. Just an all around good place. Although I wish they had some seating, just because when it gets busy, you do end up waiting a while. Other than that, decent place!!
This is the best t-mobile store out there. Theyre quick and knowledgeable. They expeditious addressed and resolved my issues..It blew my mind. Best customer service ever!
Ive been a T-Mobile customer for over 12 years now and I have always been treated with courtesy, kindness, and respect. Their employees are well trained and will work to make sure you are happy with your phone and will even take the time to help you learn how to use it. No matter where Ive gone, this has held true. Gresham OR, Shoreline WA, Burien WA, and here at Oak Harbor WA, among others. Even though I have a highly discounted grandfathered plan they are still courteous and have never looked down on me for being poor. The same goes for their on-line and phone customer service. This, among other things, is why Ive stayed with them for so long.Ive had new problems here on the island. I think everyone on Whidbey, regardless of their phone company, has experienced the blocking and connection issues. T-Mobile Oak Harbor (civilian located, not Navy) personnel smiled and told me heres a mini-tower, this is what it is, and this is how to set it up and use it. No problem! This Oak Harbor branch shows just as much excellent customer service as any branch Ive been to.BTW - To Jess G. Youre right, they are not an authorized dealer, theyre a branded dealer. This means they are actually owned by T-Mobile. An authorized dealer is a non T-Mobile company that is authorized to sell T-Mobile products and phone plans. Im sorry you had a poor experience with them, but this is not why.Edit 11/12/19 - I had to add this. I actually had something go screwy with my newer off-brand phone yesterday so went on up to Oak Harbor to see what could be done about it. Along with it being off-brand (and el cheepo) I also have a government charity plan which is hard to access. I discovered that Charmaine is the lovely young lady who has always been very respectful and so helpful. Ultimately she (and her manager) were unable to help me, but she spent a good deal of time researching the issue, including calling corporate, and was at least able to find me a website for the government plans. I want to thank Charmaine for going that extra mile. :)
Best service Ive ever had, the employee helping me was nice and very helpful with everything.. I was in and out of there in no time, but it was not rushed. The store had a very friendly feel to it, I will highly recommend this store to my friends and family.Thank you Yana for all the help!!
Charmaine and Danny are the greatest! Fast, friendly and efficient service! Thank you so much for all of your help!
This cell phone company is horrendous! Tried to switch from sprint and they ran a credit check not knowing it automatically opens up an account. A month later a bill came in the mail for 280 and then a week after that collections! Disputed and apparently no one likes to do there job and call people back. So I’ll have to pay 150 for a line I never used! F you t mobile🖕🏿
By far one of the best Tmobile stores I have been too. The employees are always welcoming and they make sure the customers leave happy. Thanks Thomas, Jessica, and Samantha for helping me out!
For months now the customer service in this location has been going to pot. Most/all of the sales reps act like they own the world and doing you a great favor to give you the time of day. They dress and act like the useless punks working in every Verizon store. BASIC CUSTOMER SERVICE TIP - When a customer asks a question DONT INTERRUPT, LISTEN. Yesterday I stood inside by the door for 2 minutes and couldnt get as so much as an acknowledgement from anyone other than other customers. I left and called corporate from the parking lot to reach the district manager to file a complaint -- Im sick of this. The store manager, Thomas, has his act together -- work with him and him alone ..... but when the staff is worthless in a place and you can only get treated decent and get customer service from the manager, its time to clean house -- get and TRAIN new staff, and after that RETRAIN, and after that Continue To Train.
Friendly staff, and speedy service!
Traded in my phone on Black Friday... Service was great, and I love T-Mobile... But they lost my trade in device. Customer service said it was the stores problem, and they had to make the adjustment. The store gave me the runaround for MONTHS. Ive had to go in 3 times. This is now June 1... Weeks ago, the manager promised me she would figure it out and call me back. She didnt. Then she tried blaming another employee... Classy. Im now on the phone, with customer service, for the 3rd time. 25 minutes in, 4th time on hold... Doing all the legwork, that the store should have done. They are tossing a measly $100 at me, when I owed roughly $400, at the time of trade in. Apparently, this is much more than I thought when I bought the phone. The store stated that my old phone payment would go away completely. Customer support is telling me they could have only given me the trade in amount. I would have never handed over a phone I owed $400 on, for $100. Now I get to call even higher up, and waste more of my life trying to get my money back. Essentially, they stole from me. They lied to me, took my device, and did who knows what with it. Im left picking up their mess. I was excited to have a T-Mobile store in town... Finally! No thanks... Ill go to Burlington.
Brand New Store... The Manager has a lot of experience and the employees were very helpful! We changed 4 lines and two iPads to T-Mobile from Sprint and we saved a lot of money, We have better coverage and a lot more data etc.Very exciting to have a T-Mobile store in Oak Harbor.
If you use your phone on alut field base, you can hear the person but they cant hear you, its problem between government and Tmobile. I have to use my phone on base for work. I had to buy a temporary phone. The phone works everywhere else .
I cant say worst costumer service because there was not costumer service at all...
This is the best T-Mobile store i have every been to came in to switch from another carrier. They answered all my questions very quick took care of my early termination fees and got me out the door with my new phone and switching my line over in about 40 minutes. If I could give it 10 stars I would ...so pumped to have a a T-Mobile store in oakharbor so no more Burlington
We came in with questions and needing some help. Jessica took the time to answer all our question, she was extremely knowledgeable and helpful! Thank you!
Great place to get affordable service and top notch devices at a good price! Staff is some of the best around for sure!
The assistant manager helped me out today. He was awesome and should get a raise 😊
Great staff, knowledgeable and friendly. I had a problem which might have been device related and might have been sim card related, and they were patient enough to go through all the possibilities.
Always super helpful and knowledgeable!!
Very efficient. Enough clerks to help multiple customers
Great New store and the staff is fantastic ... Glad we have a T-mobile store on the island!
Every single time Ive been into this store over the course of 1 year, they never have enough people working to help the customers. Im sorry but when both customer service reps take 30 min to help someone purchase a phone, which we all know takes way too long, and I only come in to pay my phone bill, i expect to be helped since its only going to take 2 minutes to process that transaction. Im very disappointed in how slow this store is. I recommend getting a machine for people to pay their bills on instead of waiting forever for a rep.
Came in to switch from ATT. The service was adequate, but they did not inform me first as I was switching to T-Mobile that once that happens it cancels ATT, which brought problems as I had to pay a big down for a new phone that I had to purchase. You think they would tell you that could happen and once you proceeded forward there was no turning back. I did not have funds for a new phone and was now locked in to T-Mobile and disconnected from ATT. I needed to call someone who I share a plan with ATT and could not due that since it was cancelled. After everything was done, they did not really help out with how the termination fee with AT&T would be done. Treat your customers, like people and not like a potential profit.
Its the only tmobile store nearby. They will get you sorted out.
Good guys helpful not uptight at all
Good to have a T-Mobile store in Oak Harbor Crew is friendly young lady in training lacking knowledge on devices and phones and usually the store doesnt have anything in stock but good to look at displays.
Exceptional service every time!
