Excellent customer service, Kaylin impressed me with her quick and very professional responses to all of my questions. I have always gone to this store with all my Verizon needs as opposed to the other store in town. It feels far more inviting and personal. Kaylin quickly replaced my Simcard with zero issues. Her can do attitude and efficiency should be noted. Also side note. Carter has done an excellent job in training her. Hats off to both of you-Denon

As a new hire, and without having her manager present (dont know where he was and he didnt answer her calls) she was able to work out how to do something she hadnt done before. It’s not so hard these days to find OK customer service but finding GREAT customer service is a challenge And that’s why we were so pleased working with Carter at GoWireless in Oak Harbor. He was cordial, professional, astute, and never rushed us through the steps it took to get up-to-date on our new phones. He made the whole process very easy for us and we will return there for any and all of our cell phone needs Thank you Carter you’re the best!!!

Scott was super helpful with helping my family switch carriers. He explained everything clearly and did so with a smile. The store itself was very clean. Overall the experience was great and were glad we dont have to deal with the AT&T store in Oak Harbor anymore.

BLUF: Staff rude and unwilling to help resolve a situation that was resolved on the phone with Verizon Customer support in 5 minutes.Went to the store to upgrade a phone. None in stock, so one was ordered online. Told the staff member that we had a promo for $50 online and was told we would receive the discount at checkout (the promo was online only, but we were attempting to support this local business).When the phone arrived, we were told the price included a $100 discount off retail already, and no other discounts could be applied. As part of the transaction, we were also told that there would be no restocking fee should we change our minds in 14 days (same as the online promo). Upon returning home, a quick check online showed that the price we paid in store was indeed retail price, no discount had been applied.We returned to the store the next day in an attempt to resolve the situation. The workers were rude and unwilling to help in any manner. We mentioned that we could always order the phone online, receive the promo price, and return the phone in store, but wed prefer to resolve the manner in a simpler way and continue to support this location. Unfortunately, the staff were unwilling to consider this and also stated that we would have to pay the restocking fee (even though the salesperson told us we would not have to).A call to Verizon Customer service solved the issue in 5 minutes. Without even describing the issue, the representative was able to credit the account with the $50 promo.We made every attempt to support this local business, but unfortunately this recent interaction made the simple process of upgrading a phone into a huge ordeal, and we will no longer shop at this store.

Ron W. provided OUTSTANDING service while being thorough and patient through the whole process when purchasing a new IPhone 6s. Returned the next day to get some assistance and found Ron working with another customer. Andrew stepped forward and he went the extra mile by backing up a previous IPhone, loading the new phone, and pairing the phone to the Bluetooth device for the car phone. Now that is FANTASTIC service.Glad Verizon has a great store with personnel as fantastic as Ron and Andrew here in Oak Harbor so we do not have to leave the island.

This store consistently gives us the best customer service. First of all, when we went in the other day to upgrade our phones, Kim recognized us from two years ago and remembered where we switched from and everything. Thats nuts. Second, we came in like 6 times to get all the info on the new phones and the new account info etc, and they were nice, helpful, informative, patient, and awesome each time. Two especially helpful people in addition to Kim were Ben and Andrew (there were two more awesome people in the course of the 6 visits but sadly I didnt catch their names). Third, they were all on the same page - I didnt get different info or prices and plans each time I went in. Youd think this should be assumed from a business but then youd be wrong, cause the bigger the business the more info there is to mess up - like the infamous comcast, or the sprint store in town that I had terrible, terrible experiences with. Fourth, these guys went the extra mile to help us on things and hook us up with extra promotions that ended up with us happily buying more than we intended (buy-one-get-one phones for the family!). These guys make Verizon look like the best phone company in the world. Thanks for the awesome service guys! I highly recommend this store!

Ive gone to this Verizon store on multiple occasions for different reasons and have always had awesome service. Recently I got help from Maritza, who helped me reprogram an older phone I had lost and recently recovered and she was extremely patient through the process and even helped me reevaluate my plan to get a cheaper data plan. Awesome store.

Switched over from sprint to Verizon and had to get a new phone because the Verizon network wouldnt recognize my current phone. Customer service was great! I was having some issues with the screen protector collecting dog hair under it because my phone has the rounded screen sides. I brought it in and they removed the protector and applied liquid glass for free! (Part of their 14 day policy of getting a new phone). The whole staff was professional aaaaaand friendly!

Updated and clean store. Friendly staff. Unfortunately staff was unable to price match on accessories for my new phone. Ill go elsewhere for the phone case less than 1/2 the Verizon price. Previous visits staff have always been helpful in troubleshooting problems with finding settings and other on my phone.

This place looks like a Verizon store but isnt. Very deceptive and very dishonest. After having trouble with our brand new phones after switching from AT&T they were unable to help us. We called corporate headquarters and they said they cant help us because this is a private retailer, not a Verizon store. So wrong. Best if you avoid go wireless and take the ferry off island and find a real Verizon store.

The employees here are of NO help. You tell them about a problem with the phone not working properly and they do NOTHING!!!!! My data would randomly cut out when using GPS in the middle of town. Not changing towers or in the middle of nowhere but in the middle of town. I would have to turn off my data and back on or put it on airplane mode and back off and close all apps or restart my phone then close all apps for it to work again. Looked for updates for my phone and the GPS. All up to date. After almost two years of the Verizion employees giving me the run around about what to do so t h the same issue they said the phone was btoken the entire time and I couldve gotten a new phone at the time when it first happened but cant now because it is out of warranty. Dont go there for help with your phone. They didnt even look at the phone themselves. They were to busy talking amongst themselves to help the customer.

When upgrading phone+upgrading from 3gb data plan, the salesman immediately tried pushing the most expensive data plan without any mention of the lesser plans until pressed about the pricing of the tablet they were adding.
