I came in to see if my phone was capable of a particular action and it wasnt. But there was no way att could have helped with it. And that was fine, then I mentioned I wanted a new phone and I walked out with a new phone, an extra line, a discount because of where I work, 5$ saved by combining insurance, AND he added my HBOmax to my account which cut out a 15 dollar monthly bill. All without raising my bill and I actually think Im paying 10$ less. I have NEVER received this kind of service ANYWHERE EVER! He was so kind and just a good man! Good work with this guy!

My family was totally scammed. Told us or bill would be cheaper but ended up being 40 dollars more. AT&T has done absolutely nothing to help us. They will not file a complaint about him or anything. We are finally able to file a complaint. And we will be taking serious actions.Absolutely awful experience.

DO NOT USE AT&T especially the store on islandBefore I went on deployment I canceled all of my accounts. For over 6 months they continued to charge me $76 a month. When I got home, I went into the store and they refused to help me and told me to call customer service. Customer service couldn’t find my account anywhere (because I canceled it before deployment) since they can’t find any account they can’t stop the charges. Navy federal is now having to dispute the matter.

The lady that helped us, I forget her name. She was super patient and took the time to explain everything to my girlfriend about her watch and her new phone. She really took the time to explain things to her since I explained her disability. Thank you guy for a great experience

I am a long time customer with a family plan. I was researching phones recently and stopped to physically see a couple. The sales representative pulled up my account and saw that I was on an old family plan. I didnt get a new phone that day but updated my plan to save $70 a month. I went back a couple of days later and got the new phone. I could afford it with the monthly bill savings.

Went to get a broken phone replaced and they added a 3rd line and brought my bill over 300$. Was treated extremly rudely by being cut off when trying to confront the fraudulent charges to the point i left the store. Has taken 3 months and my account is still messed up.

My mom came in to get the new Iphone 12 Pro. When she entered there was no one else in the store with the 2 employees.While in the store for an hour, one of the employees had helped 3-4 customers who came in after my mom while the other worker kept getting logged out of the Ipad device she was using for the transaction.The worker assisting my mom, informed her that she still had to pay off $550 for a phone that they had mistakenly added to my mom’s account. She still hasn’t bought her new phone at this point.When I asked the worker a simple question regarding transfering lines/sim cards, she responded by saying, “I dont know.”Neither of the employees were helpful. Take it from me, go to another location or phone provider. All they did was waste our time.

I came in with my 2 kids Oct 26 for a family plan. My first bill a month later is $598. I just spent almost 4 hours on the phone w ATT trying to tame the beast you guys sold me. My fault, I know, buyer beware, but you guys could have done a lot better job of explaining the true cost of my purchase because it was double what I was expecting.

Always get good service here. Dude thats there has been working there a while and he does a good job. Prompt to the point and really tries to save the customer money. I really just wish the online or over the phone service was better with ATT. The instore has always been great and I have never had problems with this store thats for sure. Actually just got the new iPhone 12 here and again great prompt service to the point and explains things well.

Went in yesterday looking for a iPhone xr and got a awesome Hooke up on a family plan for my gf and I and got iPhone 11’s!! For cheaper than I thought. Very good service the guy was very nice. And will continue to be apart of AT&T again since 2015

The last several times my wife and I have been in, the manager is rude. He comes across gruff, grumpy, and only slightly interested in being kind to customers. Why cant people just smile once and act like the customers are important.

They sold me a defective phone, then refused to exchange the phone without charging me a 55 dollar fee. Staff was rude and watched TV the entire time I was there. When I brought it to the managers attention he was equally rude, and told me if I didnt like the service to call 611. I dealt with manager David and sales rep RobThese people have been ripping people off the same way for years with this restocking fee scam. There are posts from years ago with the same complaint

I love going into this store! Everyone is super friendly when you walk in. Im always greeted with a smile. Even if its busy they make sure to acknowledge that you are there and they will be right with you. They answer questions to the best of their ability and do everything they can to make sure you leave satisfied.

Awful experience. It took two hrs to get a phone and I have perfect credit. The salesman said nothing about me loosing my original phone number in the transaction. After I took delivery of the new phone my old number was not available unless I paid another $600.00. Real lack of Employe training and customer service.

The manager whos name is Dave helped me. He provided a quick and speedy solution to my problem. My old phone had a cracked screen which I had not seen prior to entering the store. I just knew it wasnt working. I felt it was better to upgrade than to try to fix the old one. Dave was very helpful.

My initial experience seamed great until the reality kicked in. I later came to find out that the phone I gave them was still under contract. They never mentioned this and actually left me with the impression that I got $79 for the phone as a trade in when I did my upgrade. If I would have been given the correct information I would have given the phone to my son, as he also has a line and been happy with the transaction. As it stands im paying on a phone for the next year I dont even have. They also talked me into this tablet deal and never mentioned the two year contract. I had to buy my way out of that for almost $200. This store is consistent about leaving out important details and treating people unfairly. If I didnt owe like $1000 on these phones I would be at Verizon tomorrow. I have never felt so swindled and bamboozled. Customer service at AT&T was also unwilling to intervene and help but gave me $5 off my bill for the next 6 months, seems like a bad joke right. If you want to be swindled and feel taken advantage of this is your place...

Put in an application. Got a call to go in the next day and when I did I was told I was called to reschedule(never called they lied) and they would contact me again to reschedule. Despite calling back and leaving my info they never contacted me. If youre you want to cancel an interview dont lie about it just tell me.

Dont let them install the screen protector for you if you purchase one. I bought one for $40 and its not centered. The salesperson, David, didnt even ask if I wanted him to install it. Less than a month later it started to crack around the edge and they wont exchange it because its been more than 14 days. Not a very good policy and they should have at least asked me if I wanted to put it on myself. I certainly wouldnt have done such a sloppy job.

I recently bought a new iPhone here plus had to get my husband a replacement phone.Beware of Dave, the manager. He told me that I get a FREE Android tablet with my new phone. My first issue was 1. I asked him in detail what my bill would be when all is said and done. He never mentioned that there is a $45.00 activation fee for the tablet (keep in mind the stupid thing costs 50.00 if you were to buy it outright).He also didnt mention that there is a 10.00 a month data plan fee for the tablet. The Tablet is like something from the 1990s. Its a ridiculous piece of technology.Furthermore, when he talked me into signing up for the premium iPhone insurance, he assured me that I would not only receive the newest iPhone model available but that it NEVER is refurbished.What do you know? We received an older refurbished phone in the mail. We had to send the first one back because it didnt work. After sll this I called to get my activation fee reversed and he assured me I shouldnt have been charged but let me know that he had to get permission to reverse it and said he would call me back. Ive called him 3 times and he has never made an effort to return my calls. My advice... STAY AWAY!

Go to a real ATT store if you have one nearby. This is a contract store. They will give you descent service but the real att store employees can do more. Go there in a pinch but do all your real business at the real att stores.

Lies and misrepresentation. First of all these guys are not ATT!Let me sum it quick, read if you want all details. They setup more lines than I asked for, they charged fees that they said would not be charged, and they never tried to resolve any of the problems.They are agents that are out to make as much on you as they can. They lied to me about the equipment they sold me. I was told it was month to month and told it would run $60 per month. No setup fees or equipment fees is what I was promised.They set me up in the computer and sent me on my way and told me it was all set up to use. When I went to use it, it was not setup yet. After 3 days of being told they are working on it, it still didn’t work. They promised some compensation for the problems. I finally called Att directly. It took them 5 minutes to get it going. At that time I found out that instead of 1 line they setup and charged me for 2. I never heard from the local people on this problem. After I had it working for a few days, I called the local office and asked why I haven’t heard from them. He lied and told me he just got off the phone with ATT and should be working soon. He would have known it was working if he really called.My first bill was over $300! They were billing me for 2 lines, a setup fee for both lines, and several other fees.imcall the local office and they told me nothing they could do. So I stopped in to talk to manager. When I asked why they setup more lines than I asked for and why my bill was so high.. he told me to leave. I told him I was there for answers.THIS IS MOST IMPORTANT PART.... HE CALLED HIS BOSS, WHICH IS NOT ATT, AND HIS BOSS TOLD HIM TO GET ME OUT OF THE STORE! The manager then told me if I didn’t leave he would call the cops. At this point I knew that lieing to their customers must be very common.Further communication with ATT CONFIRMED THEY NEVER CALLED TO RESOLVE ANY PROBLEMS. It took a bit but ATT fixed and canceled it all for me.AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! Or it will really cost you.
