Excellent service... high praise for Justin, who actually helped me, and for Ryan who initially answered my phone call. They were very responsive, and had quick answers to my simple questions. The initial call was made while I was online to Verizon technical support help, who had taken forever to respond to my request.Cellular Sales assured me that they had the product I needed; quickly answered my questions and did NOT put me on hold forever.When I actually went to pick up the item, there was no wait, the equipment works perfectly, and the staff were quite knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend them.I have used Verizon for well over 20 years, due to their wide coverage, but their tech support leaves something to be desired. Cellular Sales in Oak Harbor, on the other hand, did a fantastic job.

The customer service weve received at this location has always been wonderful. However corporate Verizon has been a nightmare...In August I upgraded to a new Motorola phone, and not two months later the phone stopped holding a charge. Corporate Verizon sent me a new phone and the sales reps at the store helped me to set it up and mail the old one back.... We mailed the original broken phone back in March and someone at the corporate location even signed for the package sent via UPS. Well they claimed they never received it, and charged us $1,000 for the old phone and said if we didnt pay for the phone wed sent back theyd cancel our phones/turn them off ...We are being told two different things by the different Verizon locations and I wish theyd get on the same page. I get the feeling the sales reps at the store are tired of dealing with corporate Verizon as well.
Horrible experience at this location it was overall saved no thanks to the sloppy work of one of the associates. I went in on the 27th of May to transfer data from one phone to the new phone I purchased. Dave, the associate, was so confused about the processed and had to ask multiple people how to do his Job.It took over 4 hours for the data to transfer and because it was closing time. He politely asked me to use the wifi by the window outside until the download was complete and told me I had to leave the store. He told me that if I disconnected from the wifi the download (that took 4 hours would have to start-over) I later found out that was untrue.I had to return the next day because my transaction wasnt complete. I told him I would be in between 2-2:30. Of course when I arrived at 2:15 Dave wasnt there.THANK GOODNESS FOR SUSAN!!My experience immediately got better when I met the next sales associate, Susan. She analyzed the problem, realized my discount of $440 wasnt even applied, and got me squared away in less than 30 minutes. Her customer service was excellent and I felt like everything went much smoother.I would caution you to choose your Sales Associate wisely when going to this store! Easily would have been a 5-Star rating if I didnt deal with Dave and had Susan first.
I needed to replace a Verizon phone that died. Kayla at Cellular Sales in Oak Harbor was absolutely the best. She was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. I had a new iPhone 12 loaded from my backup and ready to use in less than half an hour. The store is spacious and appears to comply with current health rules. I couldnt be more pleased with the experience!
Go to the other verizon store in oak harbor. I cant remember the name but there is a very heavy set younger guy who clearly has no desire to help or sell a replacement phone. Horrible customer service. I ended up just leaving and driving to the store by starbucks. The store in north oak harbor helped me right away and took care of me well.
Extremely frustrated with Verizon customer service. This shouldnt be that hard, but I have spent hours trying to get help on the phone. Went to the store to get help in person and was told to call customer service.
We just stopped in because Im having problems with my phone. The young lady that assisted us was very non professional. Kept playing with her hair, stretching and just had a very bored attitude. If Im going to buy a phone for several hundred I would at least like to be treated with respect and a show of professionalism. You are providing a service train your sales people.
Recently visited this Verizon store to purchase a new phone. The customer service was great. However, 2 out of the 3 employees at this store showed a blatant lack of concern for both public safety and local laws. One man was wearing a mask that appeared to be made out of mosquito netting or something similar, and it was not even secured around his chin, not that it would have mattered. The other employee was wearing a proper mask but not around his nose, and half the time not covering his mouth. To top it all off, he REMOVED HIS MASK TO SNEEZE!!! In conclusion, I did not feel safe in this store and I got the impression that both of those employees would also think there was a peeing section of a public pool that did not effect anyone else.

I highly recommend this quiet and spacious new store. Most importantly it is staffed by the most professional staff Verizon could hope for. Each member of the team gave generously of their time to answer my questions in a manner that was easy to understand. It made me feel that I could return and have any questions answered in a positive way. All 3 of the Verizon team members I encountered went over the top to be helpful. From the gentleman who helped me to select my phone to the trainee Kelly and the dark haired man in between, thank you. Verizon is fortunate to have you for employees and the public is lucky to have your expertise available

I went in tonight to talk about my plan. There were 2 associates working and they both had a customer. I dont mind waiting but neither one of them acknowledged me when I entered. I left after 1/2 hour and still there was no acknowledgment of my presence or my leaving. Very poor customer service!

Had an excellent experience! Susan was amazing, not only was she far more knowledgeable than the people at T-mobile.But she was friendly and spent extra time to give me the best deal she could..It was a really great experience and would certainly recommend this Verizon store!!!
Phone was dead. Sales girl tried to revive took apart and dropped battery to floor. She had mask but wearing so both Both nise and mouth exposed. Another Male had mask completely down. Needed new ph. Said best I could do was 384. Called 611 help, got for 149. I would not return to this store,Service lacking.
Meh. The salesman must have been new because he kept interrupting to ask for help and his mask was mesh and hanging off his face. No thanks.
Great service. I USE my cell phone but its still a foreign experience to me. I had a question about out of country travel and cell access. They were totally informative, helpful and NICE. Its a new Verizon store in Oak Harbor, WA. so it was a pleasure to see it so well staffed.
I want to begin this review by thanking Scott, Shawn, Henry, Justin, and Kelly. All five of these men have been professional, patient, and helpful with our recent phone upgrade. I purchased the iPhone XS as a gift for my wife and it was an endeavor to transfer over contacts and pictures and then replacing the phone because it was not functioning properly. They facilitated the process of ensuring my wifes pictures transferred over, which took 24 hours. They made the return process simple and smooth and were present to assist me with transferring the information again. These guys are decent and hardworking. They value their customers by demonstrating a genuine care of the people who walk through the door and do their best to meet their needs.
The representative (Edward Chacon) was very helpful and informative. He was able to find a solution to my problem quickly while giving me insights to my other questions.
I visited this Verizon location after breaking my phone last night. The store is clean, bright and comfortable ( plenty of chairs!) Our sales rep, Sean, was very personable and went out of his way to be helpful, without being pushy. Overall, a quick, painless and enjoyable experience!
Great store. But guy you really want is Edward Chacon. He is patient, friendly and efficient. I always ask for him when I need something from Verizon.

I had some issues with my phone and wandered into the newly opened Verizon storeI was immediately greeted by Henry who felt my phone wasnt connecting to the closest cell tower.He expertly and quickly reset my phone so it could search for the towers in the area. I think it fixed the issue!The next day, i returned with my husband. Once again, we were immediately greeted. It was nice to walk into Verizon store and not have to wait 30+ minutes to be helped.Along with their expert help, the store is newly remodeled with a breadth of phones and accessories, and conveniently located next to Beeksma Park (near Safeway and Walmart) with plenty of parking.
Henry did a magnificent job helping me and my husband set up our new phones. He is patient, talented, and his door is always open! Oak Harbor WA Verizon. The whole crew is stellar!
