Had another GREAT service call from Macri! They handled themselves very well, start to finish, and even helped me iron out my washer and dryer warranty. Josh was fantastic doing the repairs and we will be having them back to replace the gasket on our washing machine. Recommend them highly!

Garbage communication and customer service. Was told it would take a few days to get part and fix. 2.5 weeks later without being able to do laundry they finally showed up and the bill was $150 more than I was told. They were dismissive on the phone and zero help. Go somewhere else.

I was in a jam but the guys down at Macri Parts & Service really got me out of a bind. I kept having an issue with my ice maker. I am guilty for trying to fix it myself. I am pretty good at tinkering but nothing worked. So I finally came down and met with Dan. I was truly amazed at how much knowledge he had. I did not have all the correct information he needed to describe the part I needed but he was able to figure it and for this I am very appreciative. The part did have to be ordered but was in within a few days. They even gave me some tips on putting the ice maker together. I am very happy with my experience

Be careful! We had them repair our SubZero freezer seal but in doing so they broke another part of our freezer that will cost $2,500 to fix! We also left them several messages but they were busy. Unfortunately we had no choice to give up and go somewhere else.

I had a problem with my dryer. It just stopped. Still had a load of clothes and water. I asked around and Macri kept being mentioned by my friends so I called and I found out why. They were very patient on the phone and scheduled someone for the next day. The tech was very pleasant and love animals. (I have quite a few) He quickly figured out the issue and explained everything. He had the part with him and within a few minutes i was washing again. :)

Was extremely pleased with Daniel the parts specialist and the crew. My dryer broke and I was able to take it a part but could not find the part. I called a few places but Macri was the only one that was able to order it. It took a few days and once it came in they even took the time to walk me through replacing it. They gave me some tips on what to look for. I really appreciate their time and expertise. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Turn around time for my miele vacuum was great. I dropped it off before noon and problem was the brush was not spinning. A couple hours later I got a call it was all set.

Jim and Dan are great! I have a Samsung dryer that I stopped in the office about to ask questions on. Not heating. Had the model written down but forgot it at home, most times they need this. Jim explained the various causes to me, he was a technician for 30 years apparently. Heater coils, thermostats, clogged vent, etc. Dan, who deals with part look ups everyday, said if its a Samsung and needs a heater or one of the thermostats or whatever, and not a clogged vent the most likely and easiest solution was a common Samsung heater assembly which they keep at least one on hand for service calls. I think it was 229.95. Dan said the coil alone is 209 so they dont bother to stock it that anymore. Bought it, brought it home and installed and it is working fine again. Thank you guys, my wife is happy!

Whoever the gentleman is that answers the phone for this company is not very polite and its very rude to hang up on people. This person needs more training on customer service, how to be more professional and respectful to other consumers.
