They never call me back to do a warranteed job. Shame! They just really wanted to give them the business. I really regret doing business with this company. I also told my friend who recommended them to me not to do any more business with them !!!

Very unhappy with there services and customer service. I called to schedule and appointment and to get estimate. After a couple different estimates I got my fridge and freezer repaired. one week later same thing happened, i called again to get the work warantied. when the worker came he gave my wife an attitude and told her we got to do another repair that cost 290 to do or get a new refrigerator and freezer. Not a very honest place

Came in, bought a fridge, delivered the next day. Guy was very upfront and honest with the charges. Swiped my fiancés card on Square reader on his phone, and we were good to go. Fridge is working great so far. 90-day warranty is a good deal since these are used appliances. Still looking for a stackable washer and dryer!

I bought a fridge from this place. I clicked online and looked at a few pictures and gave them a call. The person on the phone was really nice, she went over the dimensions of what I needed and found one, she also emailed me pictures of the fridge. I called her back and bought it! The fridge will be delivered in a couple of days and they will take my old one all for the quoted price, tax included! No muss no fuss! I just had a good feeling about this transaction from the start, very professional, straight forward, obviously they know what they are doing!

I had been calling all over looking for a thermal fuse for my fridge and no one seemed to have and was told they could get it in 2-3 days. I finally called Alka and was told she would order it and have it for me today, and didnt even try to price gouge me. Like some other spot I called earlier Now thats service. Wouldve been a 5 star but she didnt call me like she said she would me, and had to fight traffic

This by far is the worst used appliance store that I know of. I bought a fridge for 300.00. I had it for about 3 months, then the heating coil went out on it. All my food in the fridge went bad, and they never replaced my food that I had to throw away. I called the company to have someone come out look at it. The guy they sent out finally showed up two hours later. then four months after that, the same thing happened. I called the store and spoke to the owner Pelaar, and she had no record of them coming out to fix it. So therefore she told me that if it’s not the same problem I would be responsible for the bill. She is a bad business owner, she does not know how to run a business let alone keep paperwork together. All she worries about is when it’s time for them to close, and when it’s time to go home. You cannot run a business that way. And you have to stand by your warranty. I bought a brand new fridge from Sears Kenmore brand for $100 more. I would never ever buy used appliances from them again. Lesson learned. I would never refer anyone to that business. And Pelaar Just remember word of mouth!! That is going to make your business grow and customer satisfaction.

I bought a reconditioned refrigerator here about 18 months ago and it just stopped working. Would not cool at all. So I had a repairman come take a look. What he found was corrosion in the tubing and therefore multiple freon leaks. In order to fix the fridge he would have to replace the tubing and add freon to the tune of about $400. Ouch. He said the corrosion/leaks were caused by dirty coils which then led to overheating and thus leaks/corrosion. AND that it happened long before I got the refrigerator. I saw the problem and I can absolutely guarantee that it did not happen while I had it. It was his opinion that ALKA Applicances knew it was going to be a problem but figured it would last the length of the warranty. So the moral to this story it just because it looks clean on the inside doesnt mean the rest of it is clean. :-[
