I am amazed that somewhere with this level of customer service still exists. My refrigerator was fixed within 3 hours of my call! I must be dreaming!I always wondered why anyone would use a local appliance store when you can get appliances more cheaply at a big box store like Home Depot. Boy was I wrong! The price was better and the service was amazing. Jason Bernstein was awesome, talked us through choices, answered questions, looked up alternatives, checked delivery schedules and more!Delivery was in three days!Try doing that at Lowes where you cant even find anyone who works there!Aitoro has a new customer for life.

I had such a terrible experience with Aitoro. Once I paid for my equipment, my sales rep simply wouldnt return my calls, my texts or my emails. I felt like they were holding my appliances hostage and not communicating when they would be delivered. I understand that there are delays due to the pandemic, but please just communicate this to your customers!! It ended up costing me money as my contractors would be on site waiting for equipment and it wouldnt get delivered. Ana was the only person who seemed to care. I left messages with AJ, and Tony and they never returned my call. It seems like no one cares over there.

Emerald was fantastic at the store giving advice on a new washing machine. The installers were professional, clean abs quick. Price was better than one of those big box retailers! Highly recommended.

Service was great. A.J was wonderful to work with and the delivery people were professional and prompt. They called when they were 15 minutes away and arrived in the window of time they said they would. I would highly recommend working with this family owned business instead of big box stores any time! Aitoro Appliance came highly recommended by a person whom I trust. I will not be able to make such a recommendation to family and friends.We purchased new kitchen appliances form Aitoro Appliance Company located in Norwalk Connecticut on February 2021. We purchased a refrigerator, range and dishwasher all made by Bosch. We also bought an XO range hood. In addition we purchased extended warranties on all three Bosch appliances. The refrigerator, range and range hood were delivered and installed on April 1, 2021. The dishwasher was installed on April 22, 2021. The first issue is that Aitoro charged our credit card on February 22, 2021, 39 days before the first appliances were delivered and a whole two months before the dishwasher was delivered.Once we made our selection, the salesman said “We offer a five year warranty; if you don’t have a claim in five years; you get half of your money back”. This led us to believe that the warranty was with Aitoro. At no time during the conversation was it disclosed that the warranty was with a third party. We were not given any material explaining the extended warranty We did not find out that the extended warranty was actually with a third party until we received a letter from Aitoro on August 20, 2021. The letter only lists two out of the three appliances for which we purchased extended warranties. The extended warranty Company has very poor reviews on-line. These poor reviews have been confirmed by my unsuccessful dealings with this company to get these issues corrected.I have tried to resolve these issues through Aitoro Appliance Company. I have made six phone calls. The first one I left a message with a person for the customer service representative to call me back. The other 5 were voice mail messages I left for the owner, Tony Aitoro. I also wrote him two letters and I stopped by the store, leaving a message with the receptionist. Tony actually called me back once, and left a voice message making it sound like he had been trying to call me repeatedly, which is a lie. Had he called, I would have seen it on caller id. Unfortunately, he has not responded to my voice messages and letters.

Great service by all concerned. Beginning with our salesperson Joseph Land to the delivery gentlemen everyone was knowledgable and attentive to our needs. Cannot imagine better appliance organization.

My salesman was great, checked available of the washing machine I was seeking to purchase and Sheila who set up the delivery was wonderful! The delivery men were right on time, hooked the machine up, made sure it was working and left my place spotless. Id recommend getting your appliances at Aitoro.

I purchased a dryer from this appliance store. The dryer was gas powered and the gas line did not fit in the space for the dryer as the fitting on the dryer was perpendicular and there wasn’t enough room. The delivery team said that an installer would be needed to put an elbow in line to compensate. The delivery person said he texted this to the store with accompanying photos. I called the store multiple times over a 48 hour period and was assured that they would be in touch with me that day and arrange for an installer to come by. I have still not heard back 4 days later!! The service is terrible and this will be my last purchase from them, I am very disappointed.

They work hard from showroom floor all the way through to the delivery team on the ground to make sure they get it right.

Buying from Aitoro was a no hassle process. I looked online for a specific appliance, filled out a form to be contacted and received a text confirmation. After a few texts, I talked with Jason and decided upon the particulars (make, model and color) and then Jason searched surrounding stores and price matched another stores lower priced. He let me know when I would expect it to be in and that Id be notified. I received a text, set up an installation date and time and the gentleman couldnt be more friendlier, courteous and knowledgeable. They demonstrated how to use and gave some tips. I would definitely buy from Aitoro again.

Sold us a brand new broken product. made us wait a week to even get someone to come out and look what was a broken. What horrible customer service.Update*** Absolute worst! Bought a brand new washer and dryer. They both showed up broken. Took a week to get a repair man out. He fixed the washer but not the dryer. They tried to give us a refurbished dryer and we said no we purchased a brand new dryer. It’s been over two weeks they are not returning our calls and we still do not have a dryer!!! THEY ARE THE WORST NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM EVER!

I was very pleased with the service from Aitoro. We bought a new refrigerator/freezer. The purchase was easy and trouble-free. The price was compatible with that of other providers. Really helpful staff here with a great selection with items for every price range. We ordered our washer and dryer from here without any issues. It was delivered to our home shortly after during a time that worked best for us. Upon arrival our washer came damaged and without stride they had a brand new unit out to us within the hour. The delivery men were very nice and helpful and did a great job with install as well.I enjoy walking around the store as well and taking a look at some of the higher end products they have in the store. I have previously used Rocky Lafaro at Aitoro Appliance to purchase new appliances for our Apartment kitchen and he was most helpful. Another house we own needed a new dishwasher. This was about 4 years after first purchase. I called Rocky and it was like talking to an old friend. Within about 5 minutes the unit was purchased and an installation date sent up. I highly recommend Aitoro Appliances.

Over the past couple of months I have purchased a refrigerator and a wall oven from Aitoro, to replace appliances that were no longer functioning. Speed of replacement was key as was finding units to fit the custom spaces I had in the kitchen. In both cases, the Aitoro sales representative was very helpful in identifying suitable appliances that could be installed within days. The installations were performed with impressive efficiency and I am very happy with both appliances.

All good. Great price on a nice GE washer and the delivery was amazing. My old washer had dumped a lot of bearing fluid into the catch pan when it failed and the 2 men making the delivery took the time to clean that up. Plus in order to get the washer to the second floor they had to take 2 doors off of their hinges so the washer would make it through the doorway. All done, no problem. Highly recommend. There is a reason they have been a staple in Norwalk for DECADES. They are really that good.

I had an amazing experience with the staff at Aitoro Appliance. All the details of the kitchen, laundry and bar areas were covered carefully and professionally. Delivery was seamless as well. And the crew was very precise at getting the large items in with no issues. I would recommend Aitoro’s to anyone with high standards to details from start to finish.

Poor response during the sales process. Unless you follow up, there is no proactive status update on delivery. Now one of the appliances broke down within two months. Their outsource servicing partner are even worse on responsiveness. Hard to get them on the phone; even when I had them on the phone, they promised to call back with status and never did. Will never buy from here. Usually, wait time on calls are 15-20 mins with sporadic chance of getting a responsive person. Overall, really poor experience where they sell relatively high end appliances.

I recently purchased an LG washer. Jason Pecora was a very knowledgeable and professional salesperson. Aitoro beat the price of the big box stores and offers superior customer service. I don’t know why anyone would choose to go elsewhere. Aitoro checks all the boxes and more.

Ran into a lot of difficulty recently finding and ordering a new dishwasher from other appliance stores. Nothing was in stock, everything was on order and had extremely long wait times. Needed a OTR microwave replacement. They had stock when no one else did. Handled everything over phone and email quickly and efficiency. Friendly, clear and easy. They even let me drop off the old one for recycling once I installed the replacement. Local is not always better but in this case it definitely is. Highly recommend Aitoro.

At a time when it’s hard to get the exact model of refrigerator you are looking for & seeing it in person can be even more challenging, their staff worked with me over the course of a day via text, while I was in and out of meetings. Several of the ones I had researched were not available but Emerald found me a great GE model and had it delivered in just four days plus full installation and haul-away of the old fridge. I chose Aitoro hoping for better service than the big box stores and so far I have not been disappointed. I bought a washer/dryer and a Weber grill. The salesperson made a mistake with my grill but they went the extra mile to make it right. Everyone makes mistakes but not everyone cares.

The sale was easy over the phone with Michael Wong on Saturday, the new machine was delivered at 959AM today, Wednesday. Promised delivery time was between 10am-1pm. Jason went out of his way to help me in determining model, measurements and fit. It was a tricky fit and he even came to my home after work to confirm my fit. After taking about a year to select the replacement appliances for my kitchen, I became discouraged because I would have to cut my marble countertop and redo a cabinet over the new refrigerator. I found out I needed a gas grille like yesterday. I called 2 places Marsillios and Aitoro. Aitoro was the first to call back. This was on a Thursday. I spoke to Emerald who did a FaceTime call with me showing me the different grilles on the floor. I needed one for the weekend. With all that has been happening with covid and the shortage in supplies and materials, I never thought I would get one at all. Not only did I purchase an amazing freestanding grille by XO, it was assembled, delivered and connected on Friday. The delivery team showed up at the beginning of the window which was great. Thank you to Emerald and Aitoro for making my experience so seamless and simple!

You are good until they got your money! After that, no one cares about your order. It is almost impossible to know which Aitoro employee is speaking the truth since they keep saying different stories everytime you call them! NEVER AGAIN!

Our refrigerator was 20+ years old, and we were acutely aware that if it went we might have a problem on our hands replacing it. Not only is our kitchen not white, but circa 1960’s, and size was an issue. We went to many stores, and found one that would work, but it was backordered 4 months if we were lucky. I found it on Aitoro’s website, and contacted their excellent sales person Jason P.. After dealing with a number of stores, one of whom claimed they didn’t have a service department anymore because of Covid, we had the fridge in a matter of days, not months, days! Aitoro was also extremely competitive, and unlike some stores, was not using the backlog as an excuse for jacking up prices. The delivery people were excellent; on time, careful and quite simply, the best. There was a tiny issue with the fridge, and with the help of Rhonda and their service cohorts, everything has been smooth. Jason put up with me throughout…no easy task!

Ron verified Aitoro is an authorized Miele dealer, and that he had the Miele vacuum I wanted to buy in stock. He personally loaded the box in the back of my car to complete my “curbside delivery” and had stayed late for me to pick up the purchase when I ran late getting there. Thank you very much! Good people at a good retailer. Awesome vacuum cleaner. Very glad I supported Aitoro over an online seller on Amazon.

Would NEVER recommend. Customer service is nonexistent. We are going on 9 months since we ordered 16k worth of kitchen appliances and it has been 1 problem after the next. We still do not have all appliances installed and working properly. I have recently taken 2 days off of work to have repair man come and fix our brand new fridge that was delivered and installed improperly (4 months ago!!) only to have been blown off and no one showing up. We have been pushed off from 1 representative to the next with weeks going by without returning calls/texts/emails. Learn from my mistake and go to one of the other high end appliance stores in the area. There are plenty.

I have ordered all my appliances from Aitoro and the service is excellent. There prices are better than the competition. My sales rep is Rocky and I recommend him to help w your appliance order.

What a great experience. Jesse responded to my text questions with very upbeat and professional answers and then when we met today he made it very easy to say yes to the purchase. We were surprised to find we could get a better price at Aitoro for a Frigidaire dishwasher and good quality garbage disposal than we would’ve paid at the big boxes where the process would not have had the great personalized service Jesse gave us and I am sure it would’ve taken a lot longer to get everything done. Plus for one flat rate you get delivery and installation and take away with none of the nickel and diming you get elsewhere. We were very pleased and will be back.

Just had my new fridge delivered today and could not be more pleased. Our sales person Jesse went above and beyond to get us a great price and from purchase to installation everything was flawless. We have purchased many appliances from Aitoro over the years and have neve been disappointed.

Our dishdrawers decided to start leaking two weeks before Christmas. We went to Aitoro the next day and was able to find a new dishwasher to replace our dishdrawers. It was installed yesterday and we love it! Our salesman Joe was great, and the team that installed the dishwasher was just as great. They demonstrated everything was working and now we can finally clean dishes with ease now!

Choosing Aitoros for purchasing my appliances for my kitchen renovation was one of the best choices I made during this process. Eric was honest and very informative when helping me choose what worked best for me. During this pandemic most appliances are taking longer to come in. Eric informed me from the beginning the time frame I was looking at with each appliance. I had one minor problem with my hood from the manufacturer but AJ and Eric took care of it immediately .I cant express how happy I am with the service I was given.

I really wanted to leave a good review here. It’s the type of business that should be thriving while providing excellent customer service and consequently be well reviewed. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. Having purchased high-end appliances and accessories, the errors started when the thing we ordered did not show up. From there we were promised a replacement to be delivered which then of course was postponed.The top-of-the-line range we ordered had issues with it and we had to chase to get attention and get a path to recourse.We wanted and expected a different outcome—unfortunately if you’re looking for high-end appliances and ranges this is not the place where the service and customer attention matches the expectations that come with that.

Shopping and delivery were easy and seamless (without having to step foot in the store). Everyone was professional all along the way. And good prices, too. Thanks Aitoro!

You need to think post-sale! We have purchased most of our appliances from Aitoro and always get the extended warranty. Had bad luck with the 4 door fridge: the main circuit board failed 1.5 years after it was purchased... right in the middle of the Covid lockdown!It was difficult for the service company and Electrolux to locate a replacement part, nor were they planning on manufacturing new ones until the lockdown lifted. When the replacement part finally arrived, it did not work. It took 2 months to resolve the issue!Heres the Aitoro difference:1. within DAYS of the initial failure, Aitoro brought us a loaner fridge (free of charge) so we can have a place to store our food.2. their customer service was constantly on the phone with the extended warranty company and Electrolux, pushing them for a resolution! Rhonda was amazing! Difficult to deal with service companies and factories that were mostly locked down!3. when the old fridge was declared a total loss, we got a full refund and we bought a new fridge (and warranty) from Aitoro. They expedited the delivery and took the dead fridge and the loaner away.

Two star review because the customer service and follow up after the initial purchase was poor. I was told the dishwasher would be installed in three weeks, and when the installation was scheduled, was told the panel was on back order at the time. The “loaner panel” was dented and I was told it would be replaced within a month. I called several times to get an update on the back ordered panel, and schedule an installation and was ignored. I was promised a return call numerous times but didn’t get a response for days. The initial purchase was good, and the installers were great, but there was a serious lack of communication and follow through.

Excellent customer service, prompt replies to questions and they carry premium brands for good prices. What more could you ask for! Will only buy appliances from them from now on.
