I stopped in today to check out the tent sale. Even though there wasnt much left, I still was able to get a great buy. I was approached by Irving, who was helpful with making my purchases and also gave me great information. After deciding on my appliances, Irving cashed me out. I was then told to wait a minute. I was then introduced to Matt, a young guy who was very polite and kind enough to give me another discount. I was even more grateful to these two gentleman for assisting me. What great customer service for this location. Thumbs up from me!!!!!!

I stopped by P.C Richard & Son after winning a $50 gift certificate at the yankee stadium. I bought a nest doorbell. The staff was friendly and professional.Then when my microwave died last week I decided to go directly to P.C Richard & Son, and I do not regret it. Good advice, good price….they will surely see me again.I am glad I do not have to go to best buy anymore…

I bought a stove at this location and had an agreement that after installing the new stove they would take away the old stove. The installers came to install the stove but damage the stove during the installation process. I called PC Richardson and spoke to Andres who was of no help, asking him for a new stove or a refund of my money. However the installer got a nasty attitude because there was a possibility he wouldve to remove the stove so we asked PC Richardson to refund me my money instead of exchanging the stove. The installer put the new stove back in the delivery van and drove away with both the old and new stove. I made a call again to PC Richardson and spoke to a manager by the name of Alex who told me that if I want my old stove I have to get a vehicle and pick it up from a location that is 30mins away from my house. Because his installers felt threatened by occupants that were in the house and they didnt feel safe to return. Occupants being my wife and I in our 50s and our 6month old grandson. Hopefully well get our refund. I Will never step foot in another PC Richardsons store. Thanks to them I have no stove to cook on tonight to feed my family.

People becareful of this store. My dad bought a stove there the installer came to put the stove in but didn’t know what he was doing and he damaged the stove. He had a nasty attitude so he was asked to take back the stove and refund our money. They got mad and took back the new stove and refuse to give us back our old stove and drove away with it. When we spoke to Andres the salesman who was being nice the day we went to buy the stove and Alex the manager they told us that their technicians felt threaten by my dad, mom who are elderly and their 6month old grandson so they won’t bring our old stove back to the location they took it from!!!!

Justin not only sold me an affordable fridge but frankly gave me free advice about an existing electrical problem that would’ve cost hundreds of dollars for somebody to come out. Most pleasant experience I’ve ever had with an appliance store.

If you like great service to find new appliances- come here. Dont go to Home Depot- they will sell your something they do not have and will fail to deliver, leaving you waiting indefinitely, finding all sort of excuses... and oh, boy do they love to blame everything on Covid! Here, the sales person, Justin, was great- he was responsive, understood quickly my needs and found me a great product and delivery in 2 days! This is how service should be. Oh, and his typing skills- speed of light! Thank you Justin- will come here from now on for my appliances!

I have been there for various things over the year but my last purchase I made really showed how great the staff is there. I had an issue come up and had to return some thing and exchange it and I was worried it was going to be an issue but it went way better than I anticipated.

This is the worst company ive ever purchased electronics from. I bought a TV and Jerome, an inexperienced salesman, sold me a TV that he promised was in inventory but turned out to be sold out. I get confirmation the day before that the TV will be delivered. They called me again at 7am the day of, waking me up, to tell me the TV will be coming at an earlier time frame. I had to rush to my new house to pick it up even earlier and paid over $60 in transport costs. No one shows up with my TV and I dont even get a phone call. When I called, they forced me to pay extra money for a different TV and delivered it two weeks later and they were not even sorry. Worst customer experience ever. Go to best buy!!!

I truly love this store, the sales people are knowledgeable and super helpful. The store is well stocked and prices are great! There was one sales associate who I found to be extraordinarily helpful named Eliza I believe. I went into the store to buy a sound system that my friend has for his home for my own. When I asked Eliza about this home sound system, she said it was good, but not the best as my buddy in the music industry had claimed it to be. Long story short, I now have a better sound system than my friend bc of Eliza and the knowledge that the sales staff has.
