The work done on our car was great, however... there is a communication gap at this shop. They seemed very busy. I will say that the work was done quicker than anticipated, and so far, seems like it was done well.

Highly recommend this shop for any and all body work! Had someone open a car door into my door and Amber G was amazing to work with! She gave me an estimate on the spot and had the scratch buffed out in less than half hour. I couldn’t even tell where the deep scratch even was afterwards. Love this family owned business and they will be my go to from now on! Thank you Amber and the body tech that took care of my vehicle!

Literally the BEST shop you can take your vehicle to to get work done. They had my truck in and out after hitting a deer and needing a whole new front end. I am sure everyone there is amazing at what they do, but Scott worked on my truck and I wouldnt trust anyone else with any of my vehicles. He also fixed my wifes car a couple months ago. A+ work from a trusted shop!

A good shop went above and beyond for me! I delt with Carleigh for a quote and Kevin did my repair. I needed the cosmetic molding stripped off my doors. In and out in 2 hours just like they quoted with one low price. Thank you for taking care of my prized possession as if it were your own. Would highly suggest this shop for anyone looking for body work.

Very impressed with this shop and their employees. I was able to get an appointment within the hour for an estimate of damage to my car. Did have to go to another location for the estimate but it was relatively close. Caliber Collision was not interested in my business, wouldnt use them on a bet!

I had my 1971 El Camino Painted at this place. I had an absolutely amazing experience, the name definitely fits the atmosphere in the shop. The owner, Al, is very communicative and helped me all the way through. Every time I go through there I feel like I am being told the truth and it is far from the average shop! I would 10/10 definitely recommend bringing your vehicle there if you need repairs.

These guys are the absolute best. I first used them to repair my 2004 F350 after it was stolen and wrecked. They did a fantastic job. When it happened again I immediately went back to them. Yep, you guessed it. Another great job! Al and his team of folks are some of the nicest and most compassionate and understanding people I have met and although I hope I don’t have to use them again, they are my only choice and should be yours if you need any repairs at all. I needed my bumper replaced due to an accident, and they did a very good job in a timely matter. The paint job was supreme. They went above and beyond, including fixing a nail in my tire. Their customer service is above all the other companies I have experienced.

What an awesome experience. I had taken my truck in to get the two front fender replaced due to rust and have some touch up on the bed side. They matched the paint perfectly and blended it into the doors. I would recommend A Good Shop for any body work or paint repairs!Norm

I would NOT recommend anyone to do business with this shop, it will be a waist of time and waist of your money... I was charged for new parts and they end up using the same old part from my vehicle. and instead of solving the main issue of my vehicle, they single it out and did just the retouch... so sad... I see no professionalism...

So Disappointed!! Went in to get muffler replaced (damaged because of running over a curb), Ray said hed order it because of the newness of the vehicle (2020 Honda Ridgeline), part came in but was damaged so I refused to have it installed as I was paying a good price for a new one.Ray called me back in TWO weeks telling me Jason had inspected the replacement it was good, so we set up an appointment to install it. I arrived for appointment BUT THERE WAS NO NEW ONE it was THE SAME DAMAGED ONE! Worst of all Jason supposedly called Ray (right in front of me) to let him know the situation, When I didnt hear back from Ray, I called him the next day. He replied I THOUGHT JASON TOOK CARE OF YOU, I DIDNT KNOW THERE WAS A PROBLEM, a minute later Jason called saying we have one we can put in right now, (really, one suddenly arrived). Sorry I trusted Ray since Im an older widow and he seemed very honest when he thought insurance was paying for repairs but when learned I was paying out of pocket, I never got any more attention.Cant TRUST this place, to many different stories, so wont be back!

This place is wonderful. I took my truck in to get repaired after someone had hit it. You can’t even tell repairs were done. The paint is a perfect match and they took excellent care of my truck. They would call and give me updates on my truck as well. The staff is very friendly and professional. I will be returning here if I need more work done.

Super-nice, timely and consistent communication while my vehicle was being repaired, and awesome quality on the work!

On first impression they were very accommodating with interaction with various customers. They provided same day estimate and appeared very forth coming on repair needed, time of repair and anticipated outcome. I havent had work done here yet but they are top of my list for the go to shop. Having to wait weeks for other shops just to give estimates.

These guys are awesome. They did some painting/bodywork for me and I couldnt have asked for better service, a better price or better people to work with. 10/10 would reccomdend them and will work with them again soon!

Wow, an incredibly beautiful job A Good Shop did on my 2015 Touareg. I felt like I was driving a brand new car off of the showroom floor. A car wash on 120thin Northglenn/Thornton ruined almost every panel on the car.A Good Shop guarantees their work. I felt comfortable using their services because they were pleasant and projected knowlege and competence, I was not disappointed.Worth a trip from anywhere in the metro area.

I dont think you can do better with a body shop than A Good Shop, Al and his team are great! Ive had the misfortune of needing a body shop a few times over the last several years but Ive had the great fortune of knowing these guys will always take care of me. Most recently they restored my wifes Sienna to pretty-much exactly how it looked when it was brand-new, just outstanding!

Came here for out of pocket body work. They got me in quick, finished the job in a reasonable time, the work done looks beautiful, and they stayed true to the free estimate they gave me. Would recommend based on my experience.

UPDATE:I increased rating by one star. Soon after the repairs, I had issues with a few of the repaired/replaced parts. The owner took care of it. Some of the parts might have been redesigned by the auto manufacturer and did not fit the same as original parts. They replaced the damaged replacement parts quickly.ORIGINAL post:I had hail damage and insurance claim and wanted to support a small local shop. I was happy to find A Good Shop through the Better Business Bureau and was told they had an appointment within a few months, unlike others I called.The GOOD:Body work was done well. So far, I do not hear any vibration or loose parts from interior. They were honest when I returned for an issue I mention below that they forgot to install some sort of engine cover. That was quickly rectified.The BAD:I rank A Good Shop lower because of customer service and integrity.A windshield replacement was not part of my insurance estimate, but I was told ahead of time by the shop that the windshield might be replaced. I kick myself that I did not think to remove my ExpressToll transponder (the permanent type, not temporary sticker tag that is replaced for free). Windshield was replaced (and worked out with insurance), but my transponder is missing. A call to the shop said to come by and pick it up. I did that, but was told they do not have it and theyll reimburse me the cost of the transponder. I return later with the receipt and they denied it. Im quite upset I ended up with extra charge out of pocket to resolve my issue. Instead I was told to go to their windshield vendor and argue with them. Im not doing that. They strung me along wasting my time and did not ultimately resolve my customer complaint - so be careful when working with them.In addition, the day after I picked up my car, it would not start. I assumed it was a bad battery (coincidence?) and jumped my car and took it to an auto parts store to replace the battery. When the store helpfully prepared to install the battery, we realized the negative terminal was not reattached to the battery and that it was only resting on the battery. Battery wire was tightened in the parking lot and I saved money to buy battery another time. Car has been working fine since. Really, leave a lose terminal?And finally, I had to argue with my insurance company to extend my car rental an extra day or two because my car was not ready. Insurance company said A Good Shop was delayed due to not ordering parts ahead of time because the insurance company uses some sort of timetable for the work being performed. I do not know if that is really true or what happened. A Good Shop never suggested my car was late.When dropping the car off, I was encouraged when there was a question asking how often I want to be updated. In the end, I was NEVER updated. As I approached the deadline for my car rental, I had to keep calling to find out when the car would be ready and as I mentioned above, I had to scramble with my insurance company the day before I picked up the car for additional rental time.Bottom line, this shop is really no better than most and just leaves you hanging after they get your insurance money. I had to wrangle with my insurance company, order a new transponder and drive without it for a few days, and debug a battery issue.I was debating on 2 or 3 stars, and finally decided on 2 stars since they were an inconvenience. Be careful.

Very satisfied with the work they did on my car that we dinged up. You cannot tell it has been repaired, everything lined up very nice and paint was blended in very well. Would use them again.

Al @ The Good Shop is the ONLY guy I trust with my company vehicles, personal vehicles & family - shoot, I even trust him with my mother-in-laws car! (read between the lines, lol) He is fair, honest & does a great job...so why would I go anywhere else?

All my receipts paper work I had in center console overhead door as well as property on floor as well as toys all put in crates lost property.just to clean interior.did not ok it only wanted door repair ..which they did..interior of Durango smells like a smoke contacted them about concerns ..got no response.. missing security badge . gifted fishing rod dont know why property was removed.if they wanted to clean interior they didnt have to ...gut.. inside of Durango..looked like a vehicle you would drive off a car lot .. still no answers about my property.. totally not happy with that business..

Extremely pleased with all repairs on my truck. From the moment A Good Shop was referred to me I was impressed. They were very professional and kept me updated with the status of my truck through emails and phone call from the day I dropped it off up to the day I picked it up. I would highly recommend them and Im glad my insurance company gave them as one of my choices.I wish the rate could be higher than a 5.

Shop went above and beyond. Al is a good guy and really stepped up in the place of another body shop. Took vehicle here after another body shop just couldnt get things right with newly painted area. They actually messed some things up but The Good Shop fixed that right up and did it in a very reasonable amount of time. Facility is large and east to see right off irma. I highly recommend this place and will be bringing my cars here for any future body work.

I have used ALs shop for multiple projects and never has disappointed! He re-painted my 07 dodge Ram, Fixed my Work truck when it got hit. Currently he is fixing my other work truck that had a trampoline land on it causing over $1600 in damages. Call A Good Shop today .. I bet it will be the only shop you use afterwards!

Do not go here. They accused me of messing with my trucks gear box after taking them over a month to do my body work. Even after my insurance asked them to just do the work they refused. I end up having to sell my truck because do many things started going wrong on it. Floyd is a real POS.

I had a door I didnt think was ever going to be able to be fixed on my older Dodge truck. A Good Shop not only fixed it better than new, but came in under what I expected. All my future body work goes the them for sure!

When you take your vehicle here make sure that these guys write every single detail in the quote for you in advance, otherwise even if you agree verbally on some repairs, these guys are very good on tricking you by giving you a partial quote with the price but when you agree later on “Mr. Floyed” is very good at adding extra stuff & price on the paper to double your coast.I would never go to this shop again.

I had put off getting my hail damage fixed for some time, but when my windshield got a crack in my way, I decided to get it done. Went with a recommendation from my insurance company, and called them.I was getting married and leaving on a honeymoon two and a half weeks later, so I asked them if they could get it done in that time. On the phone they said yes, once I went there in person to talk to them, NO WAY. So I arranged to leave it in their hands for that two weeks, and a further two weeks while I was honeymooning.I had had the car (a 2013 VW Golf TDi) in the VW shop for 80,000 mile service and interior detail the day before I dropped it off to them. The VW shop I use is expensive, but VERY thorough. The car was mechanically perfect.I dropped the car off to them and went on my way. I called them the second week of my honeymoon to make sure itd be ready, and they said it had been done for several days. I scheduled a pickup the Monday after I returned, at 7:30am.I showed up ten minutes early, then waited half an hour while a guy washed the outside of the car. The repairs looked beautiful. They did a good job with that, and the owner proudly told me how they saved my insurance company three hundred dollars below their estimate. Good on them for that.There was a light on my dash when I picked up the car, but it ran, and I had to get to work. Later the info display told me that one of my fog lamps was out. I checked, and sure enough, a fog lamp wasnt lighting. I called and made an appointment, then when I showed up on time, waited another half hour while the owner argued in the next room with a vendor. When he finally noticed me, he had one of his guys check the car, and indeed, they had forgot to plug in that fog lamp. They fixed it, and claimed they also replaced a side-marker lamp, gratis. Thanks.In the next few days it stopped raining (weve had a wet spring), and I had occasion to use the windshield washer. Right one is weak, left one nothing, but it seems to be spewing fluid under the hood.Also, my wife noticed that the passenger side window switch was not working. The window does go down with the driver switch, so its just the switch on the passenger side. They probably forgot to plug it in.I emailed the owner, and he claimed that the switch wasnt working when the car came in, but bring it in and, I quote, Well check to make sure its not our fault. I think we all know what they will find in THAT examination. And if the switch wasnt working when it came in, why was that NEVER mentioned to me, especially since I told them the shop had JUST gone over the car.The car was certified by the VW dealer as mechanically perfect the day before. OBVIOUSLY A Good Shop doesnt do an exit-check, to make sure everything still works, when theyve dismantled a car and put it back together.They also tracked mud on my drivers side floor. It was just detailed, or Id have not noticed. Not worth a star, but worth a mention.They have already cost me several hours of my time to fix what they missed. Im not spending any more time or effort on them. Ill fix the washer myself, and let the VW shop fix the switch, on my dime--thats how tired I am of A Good Shop and their nonsense.Id give them one star, but the car does look nice.

I had a wonderful experience with them after the insurance people pissed me off and didnt understand why I wasnt happy with my truck after it was returned to me after going back once but then I went to the shop directly and they were amazingly understanding and apologetic for the mishap so they fixed it.
