Hail damage was fixed without complaint, issue was with the windshield replacement. They hired the windshield replacement out and wouldnt address complaint with the rain sensor not working. They told me to deal with the company they farmed the work out too which I knew was a waste... So anyways, 3 years later I finally got around to just figuring it out my self. Wrong sensor was installed, electrical connector doesnt fit, wasnt even plugged in. Do not recommend this place from a customer service perspective, not taking responsibility for their subcontractors doesnt sit right, but I was lucky it was just a rain sensor in Colorado. Hope its not an airbag for someone else, so wanted to post my experience.

They had my car for over 6 weeks the only communication I received was two voicemails one I never heard and two text messages. I was then told this morning that my car is being totaled because chances are Caliber Collision is going to find more damage which will exceed the limits on my car. Im a registered nurse I have people depending on me this is just devastating I will never bring another vehicle to this place again. No apologies I didnt even get a damage report until yesterday after my husband had to call and request it. If this is the way customer service is headed we are all in trouble

I was in a minor accident and had my car worked on at Caliber. The work they did was amazing. The passanger side door was scratched. The staff was incrediable to work with as well. I picked up my car and all was good, until about 2 weeks later when I took my car through a car wash and water came into my car on the passanger side window area. I took my car back to Caliber and they pulled my record and looked to see what was done to my car. The gentleman came out and looked at my car with a fine tooth comb. He could not figure out why water would come in. He asked me if I was in a hurry or if he could use their power washer and see the water coming in for himself. I told him yes, go for it. He did and water came in. He said the person who hit me made the top of my door come out just enough to get water in...he fixed it and now all is good. Travis at the 106th ave location in Northglenn was super helpful and really went out of his way to help me yesterday. This place is amazing and I will always use them....hopefully I dont need to. Thank you Travis you are the best!!! Thank you for going out of your way to help me.

Awful experience..They kept my one and only car over 3 weeks without even looking at it and kept telling us that it was next in line and totally strung us along.We went to them because of a claim through geico and they were highly reccomended by geico. We had a huge inclination that it was the transmission and a week after dropping it off they told us they dont even work on transmissions.They then told geico that the transmission had dried fluid and it wasnt from the accident. Well it was probably dried because it was sitting outside on their lot FOR 3 WEEKS!I definitely feel like they have a close relationship with geico in some way to not have geico pay for damages and to put it on the consumer.Ended up taking it to another shop and it has been a wonderful experience and they are handling it 20x better than this place.

I had the best customer experience Ive had in a long while at Caliber Collison. Someone hit me while I was in the process of planning a cross-country move, and I let them know I was stressed about the timeline. Every was handled so quickly, from the initial estimate to the repair itself. My car was done in two days (Friday), and when I advised the front desk I wouldnt be able to get the car until Monday, they had someone DELIVER MY CAR TO ME as well as pick up my rental. Phenomenal. Will recommend to everyone I know.

They discovered my (lost) wallet in a rideshare vehicle they were working on and Haley reached out to me directly to coordinate its safe return. I was involved in a side swipe accident that happened about a month ago. I took my truck to Caliber Collision for repairs because I remembered the excellent service my mom received when she had to use them for a fender repair several years ago. It was a slow process at first but once the insurance was taken care of, I had my truck back in no time. I was way more than pleased with the repairs and even more pleased when I noticed the interior had even been cleaned prior to pick up. I highly recommend using this shop if your looking to vehicle repairs and all around good customer service.

Albeit, the circumstance that brought me to Caliber was unfortunate. That is, my brothers car was totalled at an intersection. Strange as it sounds though, my experience actually became pleasant after entering their establishment. The person who greeted me and did the preliminary examination of the car handled everything very well. However, as unimportant as such matters are for insurance claims, I was most grateful for her amiable demeanor. Its always nice to be able to bandy jokes about and the woman who I spoke with seemed in accordance with that.

I had a wonderful experience with this Caliber Collision. On Feb 19th, 2020, my new Lexus was hit by a vehicle. After a month of exchanging with the insurance, it was finally time to bring my vehicle to a place to repair, first place I called was Abra/Caliber off of Grant St, who frankly and quite rudely said they definitely could not help with anything, and theyre booked completely until April, earliest. Alright, I guess Ill contact a different Caliber Collision. I came into contact with Haley Katzler, she helped me with everything leading up to bringing my vehicle to Caliber, to during the vehicle repairs, to finally receiving my car. Everyone I interacted with at this facility was professional, and friendly. I received my car in a definite timely matter, and I can say that after the repair, the car looks brand new. I can whole heartedly recommend this Caliber Collision, and will definitely be bringing my vehicles here.

I was rear-ended and was hesitant to have to take my car anywhere because i have had problems in the past. with auto places. This is the place the other persons insurance picked. When i got there i was able to speak to a manager (Kim) and go over everything. Kim went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable about my car being in the shop and insure me I would get my car back in the condition before the wreck. She called me every other day while my car was there to update me with what was going on. When I picked up my car yesterday she went over everything that was done and any questions I had. I appreciate the time she took with me.

I took my vehicle to the Northglenn Caliber Collision. They were able to get the repair done quicker than expected. The service we received was great as well. They made the situation easy. Caliber collision was awesome every step of the way to getting my car fixed. They made what is usually a headache (fender bender) into an easy experience. Haileigh took care of my process and kept me in the loop of every step through text messages. She was empathetic and super nice to deal with. My car was done earlier than expected and came back clean inside and out. Also, my rental car through enterprise was brought to me and I was able to leave it at Caliber which was even better. Caliber collision worked on my car after an accident. They got the work done early and ordered the last remaining oem part in existence to make my car whole again. Lastly when I was not satisfied with how my bumper was reattached, due to flushness of parts, they fixed the issue with no questions asked and did so at my earliest convenience. Was recommended this auto body shop by progressive & what a huge mistake that was! Their team was completely dishonest about the mechanical repairs to my vehicle. Lied to me about having diagnostics done, cracked my dashboard (which they did not repair). Had my vehicle for nearly 6 weeks & got it back in worse condition than when they had it! Trying to fault your customers after an accident is not the way to do business! Be honest & upfront about repairs & stop trying to rip people off.

They apparently dont do estimates for insurance purposes. Ive never heard of a body shop that wont look at a car that needs bodywork.

I dropped off my moms truck for it to be repaired as I often help her out with things because she doesnt speak English well. I was instantly impressed with the professionalism when I was greeted by Keith. Keith engaged and reiterated my concerns and ran me down on the process step by step so I could relay that to my mom seamlessly. But the customer service didnt stop there. Not only was the communication spot on and the process was as he laid out ( even dealing with my own schedule and my moms schedule) when I wasnt available to speak to Keith he still contacted my mom and attempted to communicate with her, in Spanish and update her successfully. Points for going the extra mile to accommodate my Mom, making himself available and COMMUNICATING. (The key factors of customer service) The truck came back on- time, clean and looking brand new. I couldnt be happier with the process. Definitely recommending Caliber.

I would recommend this place to anyone. Excellent customer service, and very professional. I came in looking for some help with some trouble codes, and was greeted by Haley. She listened to my concerns and she and her mechanic, Cassidy ran the codes and educated me on what was going on with my car. They were able to reassure me and point me in the right direction. I left the shop feeling more confident about my car, and with a weight lifted from my shoulders. These guys were my angels today.

Tony and his team took great care of my BMW that had extensive body damage. They fixed the car on schedule and Tony was even willing to stay late to meet me to hand off keys. I did have an issue months later that may or may not have been related to the accident. The friendly staff set me up with Josh who quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it at no charge. The total stop took about twenty minutes. I had taken the car to the dealer originally and they had quoted over $250 to repair the part. Caliber was friendly and supportive and solved the problem with no hassle at no cost.They do excellent work and stand behind it and the customer service is excellent. Furthermore they are trustworthy and reliable. Cant say the same for the BMW dealer (shocker).Highly recommended!

This place was great! After hearing about what a difficult time I had in finalizing my insurance claim, they got my car in and parts ordered right away. I recently used Caliber Collision Center to repair damage to my daughters 2000 Honda Accord. This is the first time in many years that I have had to have a car in the body shop. All I can say is that this has been one of the best experiences for collision repair that I have ever had. I just got my car back this week and am really happy after a super frustrating situation. I had a minor collision and my insurance company was being very difficult. I got an estimate from Ryan and he helped walk me through the whole process and helped deal with the insurance company. Ryan kept me up to speed with the progress and every step. I was really happy to finally get my car back and they even cleaned it. Car looks awesome! All the scratches are gone, no more dents and looks new again!

I bought my brand new car in December and shortly after my car got hit pretty hard with hail damage. I was so upset at the sight of my new car all damaged. This was my first experience taking my car in for any type of repair and I couldnt say better things about Caliber. Lauren was very helpful every time I called and had all my questions answered about my car and in addition had wonderful customer service. Johnathan was great about calling me every step of the way with updates on my car. The team was knowledge, friendly and so understanding. I got my car back earlier than expected and almost cried when I got it back because it looked brand new and beautiful. They even vacuumed the interior for me and washed my car for me. I would definitely recommend this collision shop and use them again in a heartbeat.

Literally just left here and I would definitely not come to this location. Lady was very rude and did not give me the time of day. Basically just told me they are on appointment only and said she could not help me. She didnt ask if I wanted to make an appointment or anything. You guys just lost out on an 2018 Audi repair from insurance. Hopefully you guys find better staff.Update: drove over to the closest abra auto body and glass. They were super polite and set me up with an appointment TODAY to get an estimate for my repair.

Dropped my car off there a month ago to fix the bumper. Everytime we call they need more time i understand being busy but seriously a month for a bumper. Update. Hearing a response will post again for second update.

I went to get a estimate for a dent that I have from a accident. I told them I wanted to pay out of pocket and they told me thats fine. They took pictures and told me someone will call me with a estimate and they still havent called yet from two months ago. Bad experience but good customer service.

This place is a joke!!! Warning if you are female this place will try to take full advantage of you.. Keep track of your mileage when you drop it off also.. This place doesnt deserve 1 star! Travis will just hang up on you when call some kind of customer service. After an accident this place was recommended to us by progress ins. My wife picked up her car and its in worse condition than when it was dropped off! STAY AWAY there are enough crooks, and dishonest people no need to add another one!

I wish there was a zero star option. Where do I start? The worst communication EVER!!!!! We had 2 vehicles damaged by the hail. First vehicle was fixed in about 3 days, but had to leave it again as they missed some very obvious dents, and must have thought we would not notice. The vehicle was very dirty as another person posted. It was full of dust, and came out with more scratches than it went in with. Ryan is the worst person to have to deal with. He doesnt follow through with what he says, and when I called to see if it was ready he just said I dont know. I asked for him to check because he also said that he thought it was was ready, and I didnt want to keep going back, and forth so I asked for him to check cause his excuse was they had another vehicle like mine so he was not sure if mine was ready. I still need to take my vehicle back because one of the dents was still not taken out. When they cleaned the inside of the vehicle they used a lot of greasy chemicals which eventually turned white, and are a mess to deal with. Now on to my second car...Not once did they communicate in the first 2 weeks even though the car was only supposed to take about 4 days to fix. I finally called, and asked if my car is ready, and they say they are waiting for a supplement from my insurance. I understand that happens, but atleast let me know that. I wait another week after the supplement was approved to see what is going on, and I call and nobody can really tell me what is going on. I finally speak to the manager Rich who promises to have it ready in a few days, and gives the excuse of them being short staffed the past couple of days for all of the problems. The problems by then had started weeks ago not days before. Eventually I get a call from my insurance saying that Caliber is calling to ask for payment, which is odd because I had the check the whole time and they had not asked me for payment. It is 3pm, and the day I was told that the vehicle would be ready when I get a call from Caliber, and am told that they need my insurance has to go see the vehicle before it is released to me. I ask if the vehicle is ready, and they say yes it has been, so then I ask why they wait to call me until an hr before I am supposed to pick up my car to tell me that I should call my insurance to get someone out there to look at the vehicle. I am so frustrated, and upset with this horrible customer service!

On June 20th, I called this location to set up an appointment and was treated rudely by the woman who answered. On June 21st, I go in for a quote and was disrespected by the service advisor; Tony Skeers. Apparently, I am not White enough to have the last name Hollingsworth and dont fit his image of what a Hollingsworth should look like. After the inspection, despite my experience, I went ahead and scheduled an appointment to drop off my vehicle for repairs as the other persons insurance was covering everything.July 10th, the date of drop off. I arrive to an empty lobby, not a sound. Waited five minutes, still nothing. So, I call the number and I am redirected to their corporate office. I tell them I have an appointment, no one is around, and I have waited for five minutes. Guy puts me on hold, attempts to reach them through different numbers to no avail. After 15 minutes of waiting, someone finally walks down the hall and notices me. He claimed they had no idea someone was waiting. well gee...I wonder why?If I was paying for anything out of pocket, I would have gone somewhere else. My vehicle was transported to the west Denver location for repairs and returned looking new. I cant recall the name of the gentleman who assisted me when I picked up my vehicle, but he was the only one I liked. I am satisfied with the work done on my vehicle but if I ever need work done in the future, I am going somewhere else.

Zero stars. Billed my insurance for an oem bumper and used a cheap aftermarket reproduction, fender trim popped off within 2 weeks but the worst part is the paint job. Paint flakes off and they obviously skimp on materials and costs..Cracks and crevices had buffing compound. Did not do a good job of keeping the interior clean.

Caliber Collision is not only the best auto body repair shop I have dealt with, but also one of the best overall businesses in the area. Dave and Angela have helped me twice in the last 6 months and have been nothing short of amazing. They worked with me on my first wreck and associated warranty issues as well as my second wreck. The second wreck destroyed the car and caliber did a fantastic job getting the repair estimate done in a fair and timely manner and following actions were carried out flawlessly as well. I am a lifetime customer to this and other calibers now. Lets hope I do not have to return soon though. Thanks again Dave and Angela.

This review is for both the Thornton Colorado and the West Denver locations. Unfortunately theres no way to submit a review lower than 1 star. Caliber Collision has done a terrible job getting any information to me about my vehicle. I dropped my vehicle off on Jan 31st at the Thornton location after asking how I can drop it off after hours and what paperwork was needed? Well they finally called me on Feb 5th to tell me they needed another release form before they could work on the vehicle. I was out of town in Houston, and since they wouldnt take an emailed form, my vehicle sat until Feb 8th before I could be there to physically sign it.....after that they were going to take my vehicle to their other location because they can get to it faster I was told.....OH except that location isnt direct with my insurance company like the location I chose to take my vehicle to (found out after the truck was already there) Well about a week later I finally got a call from Caliber to tell me that they had the vehicle apart and submitted a supplement to GEICO (Again the place I dropped it off is direct with my INS co so no waiting for them to come out and approve additional charges.....took another 4 days of doing nothing while they wait)...Finally another call from Jessie (tech not working on my truck) on 2-19 now 20 days after the time I dropped off the truck.. to be informed that the parts they ordered were WRONG so no work repairing the truck had been done. (shouldve been ordered before Feb 1, since I asked them to order parts a week before I dropped off the truck to minimize how much time I had to pay for a rental) NO other updates until I called the body shop on the morning of Feb 27th. When I called they had no idea what my name even was and whos vehicle it was, said they had no vehicle under my name. Eventually they find my truck, which they have my under my girlfriends name...who has never spent 1 second dealing with my accident or insurance company even though her name is on the policy....MAYBE YOU CAN WRITE DOWN THE NAME OF THE PERSON ACTUALLY DRIVING THE VEHICLE...It freaks people out when you tell them you have no idea where my vehicle is. Supposedly the truck is about done at this point....so for 2 days Rick the Manager finally has taken some control only to continue to screw me around for3 more days. Until they were nice enough to text me on Friday 3-1-19 at 240 PM to tell me it was finally done, so I can come get it, except the vehicle is 20 + miles out of the way of where I left it, I was working out of town which had been expressed to the complete lack of caring staff. I told him (Rick) that I would have to arrange a ride because its not where I left it and I still had to deal with a Rental car to return which Ive now paid for for close to a month even though by my count theres been about 6 actual days of work on this truck. At no point has Caliber expressed any concern for my finances or the fact that I may need a vehicle to make a living...Theyve shown repeatedly that as a customer they could care less. Theyve wasted my time and money repeatedly. So now its my turn...Hopefully at least 1 person will take the time to read that and decide to go somewhere else where a company will do at least 1 thing they said theyd do. I seriously doubt this will make it to the website where someone might see it. I will make sure I tell anyone looking for a body shop to stay away...drive your dented up car youre probably better off that dealing with people who obviously dont care 1 bit about you .

Im a little on the fence with these guys right now. This is my first experience with Caliber and so far Im a bit disappointed. I have damage to my front bumper, trim and license plate area and went to Caliber WITH my insurance estimate in hand. I thought at that point just needed to order parts and get it repaired. Well, here we are 3 weeks later and they still dont have all the parts. Now, I know these places get busy and I know there are a lot of ppl out there right now with hail damage, but IM a customer too. And the thing that disappoints me the most is the lack of communication. I have called at least a half a dozen times to check on the status of things and my service technician never returns my calls. As a matter of fact, the last time instead of calling I just drove over there and talked to someone else. Come on guys!. I am going to have to get a rental while they are working on my car, which I can only afford for a short time b/c I have to pay for that out-of-pocket. Is it going to end up taking them 3 weeks to do the repairs too? It doesnt instill a lot of confidence in me as a customer at this point in time. I will give it a few more days; then maybe I can get back on here and amend this review; or maybe not.UPDATE: So its been a few days; on my trip there last Thursday the 2nd I was introduced to Keith. He was not at all familiar with what my situation was and he not only took the time to review my paperwork, he also (1) looked at my car and found other damage that was not noted on the initial estimate, (2) took pictures and assured me he would contact insurance and get that taken care of, and (3) made sure he had my phone number so he could not only call me with updates but also TEXT me with updates. AND he followed through on EVERYTHING he said he would do. Got the car in on Tuesday the 7th and more damage was found after things got taken apart, and Keith handled everything like the pro he is. He jumped in with both feet and got things done. On a scale of 1-10 Keith gets a 12 at least. I cannot say enough about Keith. Jason, who was also involved, also did a great job handling things from his end. The ladies at the front desk, also great. Always professional on the phone and doing all they could to help. And as for the guys in the shop, well consider this: ended up with $1800 in damage and at least 3 different orders for additional parts and I got the car repaired in 3 days. Yes, I said 3 days. This team did an outstanding job!

What a joke. This body shop said they do not write estimates. I will find a shop that can write an estimate.

We brought my stepdaughters car in just before the Holidays. We were told they were scheduling intakes for drive-able vehicles into February. They said they would let me know if something opened up sooner, but couldnt guarantee it. Disappointed, my stepdaughter and I got breakfast and started to look around for alternatives and had set an appointment at another collision center. Before we finished breakfast, I got a call from Vera who said if we could get the car in that day, they had a cancellation and would start on it right away. We were blocks away still so we said yes, cancelled the other appointment and paid the breakfast bill. By the time we got there, Vera had the rental car company waiting there for us, we signed the initial paperwork and my stepdaughter and I were commencing with our days activities.We were told that because of the Holiday schedule, not knowing availability of parts, etc., they were estimating it would be ready by January 17th. We got a call every day from Vera. If I was not able to take the call, I had a detailed voice message waiting for me to review.I picked up the car on January 10th - a week ahead of schedule.I have dealt with Caliber before for my own car with a very similar experience from Ron at the Commerce City (no drive) Center. This is not a fluke or just a lucky coincidence. I do think the company takes under promise and over deliver to a new height, but it far outweighs the alternative. The Caliber Collision Centers Ive dealt with have performed, in every way, so much better than anything else Ive experienced (and unfortunately the way I drive, Ive had a lot of experience)! I wont ever consider another collision repair company after this.Id also like to recognize Rachel at the front desk in the Northglenn location. Each time I saw her she was so friendly and helpful, it really made me feel like I was getting concierge service. Clearly, this company is doing something right.

I just took my BMW 335xi through an insurance claim.The insruance provied a rental during the repair. I chose caliber collison due to the high reviews and they did great on their customer service. BUT their finished product of the repair is quite imbarrising. theres a cracked in the paint very unprofessional. any untrained eye would of seen it. the fact you would give back to the customer like that shows there no pride or just to lazy to properly complete. Definitely since they took an extra day..it should have been seen. I dont know if it could be fix with that being our only transportation and not having money for a rental..

Only interested in talking to you if you have a big insurance claim if you want to pay for it out of your pocket they just blow you off 1 and 3 weeks to even give estimate on small Fender damage and possible paint job will never go there again for any work insurance or otherwise
