When I was looking for a shop to repaint my truck, I became interested in this location because I noticed they take the time to respond to all their Google and other reviews. I felt if they did that, they certainly care about their reputation and Ill probably get better customer service. I was right. Justin, Dave and the entire team did an exceptional job on my truck, stood behind their promises when we had a small issue, and delivered an exceptional product. All done with professionalism and great customer service. Cant recommend them enough.

0 (ZERO) ⭐s to manager. I assume the older lady with shoulder length blonde hair is the manager. We came for an estimate. Not 5 min in parking lot-which had many empty spots- she came out and rudely asked why we were there. She then ordered us off the property. So we parked on the street, we assumed that would be fine. That is when she threatened to call police. ?? She is very unprofessional and rude. Thank god she is not doing any work here.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ To the workers. Quality work. Professional.

I had to take my SUV for some collision repair and these guys are great! Justin was always so friendly and was very transparent. Let me know where they were with repairs and time. He had told me 2 weeks to be on the safe side and delivered within 10 days! Will definitely return in the future for any sort of collision or paint repairs.

I had my 2001 Dodge Ram painted here they did an excellent job on my truck turned out very nice. Justin was very helpful and even gave me calls to update me on the progress of my truck

So I dropped off my bumper and a front air dam on a Saturday and I was told it would be ready in a few days, no later than Thursday. As you see in the pictures the bumper had no cracks. Paint was just chipping off, thats all. All it really needed was prep and paint. I called Terry on Tuesday to follow up and she told me all it needed was 1 more coat and it was ready for clear, so I was expecting it to be done in time. All seemed good. Wednesday then Thursday came and no call. I ended up calling Friday and I was told that it was pushed back with no explanation as to why this happened. I just couldnt believe that in their reviews they can flip a full size car in 3 to 4 days but they struggled with a bumper and an air dam. Needles to say I picked it up the following Saturday and got my refund. They shouldnt of lied about just needing one more coat on Tuesday when they werent even close to being done. Just a bad experience, will not go back.

I had my 23 year old 1996 Ford Explorer painted by Maaco Northglenn. I was very happy with both the service and the paint job. Joy and the guys at Maaco Northglenn were awesome. The paint job on my Explorer was amazing and at a great price. I cant say enough about how great my car turned out. I would definitely use them for future car repairs and paint jobs. Thanks!

My honest reviewI want to just say Wow! The work completed at this MAACO was superb. Joy and Rick were very professional and communicative. If I had a question about something they would answer it truthfully and straight forward. Which I really appreciate. They made the repair seamless and found things that I didnt even see. They told me if I had any issues at all to call them and they would resolve them. They guarantee the paint and clearcoat from peeling which was a concern of mine considering some of the bad reviews so far in the past. However the recent great reviews are what drove me in to look into them and give them a chance.THIS MAACO IS A CUT ABOVE THE RESTMy experience:I had a rear quarter panel and bumper dent repair/paint. They fixed what needed to be fixed and in a timely manner. There was a slight blemish that I barely noticed after I received my car and drove home. It was so small I could live with it. But I called to just let them know about it. Joy asked if I could bring it back and show them which I had no problem doing. I said I could live with it, as it was so small. Rick told me You shouldnt have to live with it. We want to make sure you are happy and the job is done right. They fixed the blemish no questions asked. The work was top notch and they stand by their work.would recommend them for any paint and bodywork needs

I just got my car painted here last week. The service was great and Joy went above and beyond. The car was finished right on time and the paint quality and workmanship was excellent. My car looks almost brand new again, I got the basic enamel paint job on my entire car and it really looks great, I would definitely recommend.

I was looking for affordable prices for two minor vehicle repairs and thats what I got. They repainted a rear door that I took off my self and delivered to them. It was done fast and looked good. Last week I had them repair a hood after a minor accident. They did exactly what I asked for and the repair was done in three days as promised. I would definitely recommend them.

Im building a 65 cobra replica, and they said they couldnt paint it because they dont paint cars older than 85. I tried to explain its a brand new car with brand new body panels and is a replica, but I dont think they quite understand what any of that means. Probably the easiest paint job they will ever miss out on!

If I need any body work done on my autombile I take it to Maaco. They are very efficient and handle everything. You can be sure things are done right and the repair looks like it never happened.

I would absolutely recommend Maaco in Northgleen Colorado. The staff is friendly and did exactly what they said they would do. The fit and finish on my 2016 Ram truck was exact as it was from the factory. They gave me an estimate when other body shops required appointments weeks out. I was able to get another estimate a week after Maacos and it was several hundred more. Maaco did the work and that was that. Do not think twice about using this company they are GREAT.

Highly unsatisfied! I went in with a mirror to get it painted to match my car. There was a couple in front on me I was behind. I was patiently waiting what about 20 minutes when I was next some other guy walked in and the lady took him in the back and just completely ignored me. So that kind of customer service I will not go back

Maaco is the Family Dollar of auto body shops because their paint is such low quality and will ware off quicky. I went here to get an affordable deal only to be told a paint job for a coup car would be $3700. I went to another local shop who will charge 1/3 of that with higher quality paints. To make matters worse Joy the lady who works at the front desk had me going back and forth when I wanted to pick up my car because she made the mistake of not leaving it out for me after she went home and stated I was good to go pick up my car. My total uber rides added to $80 for nothing thanks to Joy.

Friendly staff and good turn around time for the bumper I was getting painted. Also the staff took control of talking with the adjuster and getting the go ahead on the extra repairs found. Would recommend this location.

I have had many excellent experiences with these folks over the years, they know what theyre doing, their extremely good at their craft and they keep acing the color matches on difficult paints, theyve earned my business..

I felt like the staff was friendly and when I dropped off my truck, I felt like we were all on the same page as far as what I wanted done. I waited a week and when I got it back, I right away noticed flaws and things we had discussed were not followed through. They painted my grill the color of the truck when I requested it stay the same color it was, they painted the bottom panel of my door where a chrome plate was missing, the panel was still silver, I requested they leave it silver, and they painted over it anyways, they ripped the rubber gaskets off my headlights instead of cutting the Replacable zip ties holding them on, then didnt re install the gaskets and couldnt find them on request, they were found under the back seat along with the driver side window rubber gasket that they didnt reinstall. It really looks like the job was rushed because there is obvious old paint sticking through the new paint. Examples are behind the bottom chrome panel on the front passenger door, the plastic black rails on the side of the cab were poorly taped and you can definitely see where they missed, also dropped paint on the black panels and didnt wipe it off. Overspray on the inside of door panels, I didnt request the door panels be painted. I definitely feel like it was rushed, and I paid for more than what I got. I was also forced to sign a waiver saying I was satisfied with the work even when it was obvious I wasnt. Other than that, looks like honest people trying to get by as easy as they can. I would not recommend to anyone that wants some good quality American work.

Very friendly. I seen alot of reviews on paint being chiped or faded after a short period. Looking at the cars of the paint chips i dont think they elected the paint job with 5 year warranty. You pay for what you get. If you cant afford a good paint job hold off until you can. If you love your car, pay a little more for paint and it will come out better. When time is right i would definitely come to this place and pay for the right paint job that will last.

I had Maaco of Nothglenn repaint a silver 1991 Toyota 2wd pickup. Due to the truck starting to rust and paint was very faded. I worked with Joy, she was wonderful to me. My truck needed a new fender because the rust had eaten the lower part Beyond repair. Joy find the finder at a good price. The truck is restored now and ready for many years of service Thanks to this Maaco team! I will be haveing Maaco repaint my other car to. I will also try to add photos of my truck under photos for this location. Update... I also had a 2004 Lexus IS300 (Silver)restored by Maaco they painted the whole car, fixed every single dent the car had for a very good price. I had also uploaded photos of the car before and after.

This place is a joke. If you want runs/drips in your paint, wavy lines, and a generally complete lack of attention to detail, come here to have your work done! If you also like being told one thing and then having something completely different come out, this place is the one for you. Never had a worse experience at a paint shop. And the kicker is that 10 months after they painted it, the shoddy work is failing, bubbling, and cracking, probably due to them leaving the stripped-to-metal vehicle outside in the rain after I dropped it off. DO NOT COME HERE.

This shop is the best I took my car there and I get compliments every where I go there workers are great and you definitely get what you pay for people that say this shop is a joke are obviously cheap because Ive got nothing and herd nothing but great things about them

Really upset Audi s4 b5 rare car. I had some issues with my hood and I thought I should just paint the whole car. So I did and basically I look like I beat down Audi a4 that is trying to hard but Im actually the better version. Its a big orange peel bumpy disaster. The excuse is all cars have orange peel, but I work as a tech at a dealer I see cars all the time. Ive seen 92 Hondas with better paint than my car. To top it all off I was told that I bought the wrong package when they told me the package that I bought (which they said would make my car look fresh and new again) was wrong for the results I wanted. I told you what I wanted and thats what you offered, if I had to pay 4000$ to make it look good again so be it. I knew what I wanted. I guess Ill just wait a month and hope that a buff and polish will help. P.s. my 1000$ dollar catback exhaust has black overspray. Taping is about 80% of a painting job

Absolutely terrible I paid for a single dent removal about palm-sized and they didnt complete that they painted the entire truck without inspecting for any rust or anything else of the sorts as well as didnt properly prep the vehicle so all the edges everywhere on the truck are peeling this started two days after I picked it up it is now about to be 2 years later Im still dealing with the corporate area for warranty and havent had a single thing taken care of and in fact got told by Joy its my problem not theirs even though its worse off now than it was before I showed up I would never ever ever recommend anyone going to any Maaco anywhere ever

Slowest collision shop in the country. Never doing business with a shop that takes over 2 months repairing a small hit. Also went to go see the car and noticed dirty carpet inside of the car when I had just gotten the car not too long ago before the accident. Do not come here if you need a collision repair.ps. the owners are the rudest people youll ever meet. seem nice at first when you bring them business, but if you complain about any of their work, they will not reimburse, and they will not fix any of their mistakes made and will blame you for their mistakes.(this is a picture of the paint job they done to my front bumper and what it looks like 3 months later, obviously they dont let paint dry inside the shop nor put on multiple layers of paint and they blames ME for the bumper looking like that, when you go to any real professional painters and they will say the way they paint and let it dry is a complete lack of workmanship and unprofessional service)
