Incredible experience!! I left my car with them while I was on vacation. They did amazing work fixing the hail damage but also coordinated with a body shop to fix my bumper, had a company fix my cracked windshield and negotiated with my insurance company. Everything was ready when I got back from my vacation. Cant recommend them enough !!

I had the best service! They helped me with dealing with my insurance; tried to make it as easy as possible. They were quick, friendly and efficient. They set up my rental for me, meet me there, did the walk around with me, and than returned the rental for me. They fixed my car quickly-I left for the holiday weekend, dropped off my car Thursday/Friday and it was done by the time I came back (Monday/Tuesday), and even stayed a little late so that I could pick it up after I got off work.When I picked up I was impressed that they even detailed it-SHAMPOOED the inside and everything! They called me a few days later to ask how the service was and if there was anything that they could improve on. (I obviously thought I had amazing service.) I was unlucky enough to have hail hit both of my vehicles this summer, but was grateful to have been referred to Dent Kore to have the work done. Our car door was hit pretty hard by another car door. I wasnt sure where to take it but saw very good reviews for this company and decided to try them. Everyone was extremely nice from start to finish. When I called and left a message my call was returned within minutes. When I went for a quote all my questions were answered and I was treated very respectfully. The work they did on our car was amazing! It looks like a brand new door! Spoke with Dave about small dent on passenger side door on my 2018 Toyota 4runner which other shops werent able to see me on same day. Sent him a pic text of damage and he said bring it in same day that he would be able to repair door that morning. After seeing damage in person he said he would be able to do it cheaper than he had said as he saw it was less damage than he saw on pic. After approximately 25 min he came in waiting area to ask me to look at repair work which I thought would take longer. To my surprise I couldnt find where damage was before on door and it looked like new again even orange peel on paint job with original glow, totally amazing work and customer service with experience.

My Audi looked like the surface of the moon when I brought it in to David and Ron. I was skeptical of how pdr works and lasts since like many of us, we only hear of bad things. Both David and Ron took me through the process and showed me exactly how they do the repair work and even fixed a few dents on a car while I checked it all out. Their care and precision during the work spoke volumes to me and really showed their passion and enthusiasm for their craft and workmanship. They were able to get my car in quickly and I am happy to report that my car now looks better than even when I bought the machine! When I went to pick it up I actually couldnt believe it was the same car, it was THAT perfect. David even took the time to help me out by removing my badges off the rear deck lid giving it a much cooling look from the rear! Ron Lopes and his team are amazing. They took my 12 yr old truck and made it look brand new! The golf ball sized hail damage was eliminated and they detailed the entire inside and outside! They even scrubbed the floor mats!! Ron worked with the insurance company to fix things they originally refused to do. I cant thank them enough and would refer these guys to anyone.

I needed to find a place to get the hail damage fixed so I decided to look on-line and found Dent Kore, called them and they were so nice on the phone that I took the chance and went to have them look at my car. They said that they could get it in by Tuesday of the next week and that it would take approximately 30 days. I gave the go ahead, so we set a time to bring in the car and they gave me a ride to get my rental. They handled all the communication with the insurance. I had my car back in just over three weeks, they even fixed a part broken on my drivers seat at their own cost. They detailed the inside and my car looks better than when I purchased it. If you need to get hail damage repaired give them a call as they do great work and are very professional.

6mos after buying the nicest car weve ever owned, we were hit by golf ball sized hail in Westminster. Being very concerned the car would never be the same after having it repaired, we researched several shops and chose DentKore because of the excellent reviews, their focus on PDR, and Davids reassuring professionalism. He provided a tour of their facility, thoroughly explained their process, and made us feel like DentKore actually cared about our business and our car, unlike the others. Our insurance approved their estimate Thursday, David started on the car Friday, and we had it back the following Monday afternoon looking good as new, fully detailed inside and out, and backed by a lifetime warranty. I dont know how any company could exceed DentKores quality and service. Highest recommendation!
