This place put 5 quarts of transmission fluid in my husbands truck. We had to put his truck in the shop transmission repair cost $3,000 to have it fixed. Ask if he was paying cash .Took it to the transmission shop said, they put in it was recycled and dirty with metal in the oil.Due to their ignorance it would have wandered up being a $250 job to fix his transmission, oil gushed out all over the engine and our driveway. Took it to the transmission shop oil-was all over their driveway over night wasnt even low on transmission oil the next morning.. There was still 4 quarts of oil in the truck So additional 5 quarts ruined my husbands truck.Beware ❗ Be careful if THEY ASK YOU IF YOU STE PAYING CASH🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩 they dont deserve a one-star but I have to do one star so itll take my post

The workers here are so nice! My car was down the street from them and needed a serpentine belt. They walked over from the shop to check out my car and had it towed to the shop for me. I had been calling mechanics all morning and nobody else could help me. They really went way out of their way and the price was great too.

So, my check engine light came on. So I checked my filter and saw that the screws were not tightened. So they didnt check the psi on my tires and lied to me about it and then they didnt even tighten the screws on my air filter. NOT ACCEPTABLE AT ALL!!!!

Purchased Groupon which stated 5 quarts of full synthetic in purchase for $70. After scanning the barcode, had to pay an “additional” $50. Almost $120 for an oil change with nothing additional? Just awful. They messed up inserting a simple air filter. Also looks like my mass air sensor got damaged as well so when I swung by for a simple oil change and air filter, it did a whole lot more damage than good. Cant come back through to complain because I was passing by to see family in Saginaw but yeah pretty bad experience.

Brought my car for an oil change on Wednesday. Later that day, it started running a little hot, which concerned me because it was fine prior and two days later, the top radiator hose completely fell off with the clamp and no breakage. I had to get a tow. Reattached it and two days later the same happened with the bottom hose.

When I arrived in the back of jiffy lube, I was met by a service technician name Joseph who was filling in for that day who assisted me in everything that I needed and answered all my questions, he has good customer service skills, I told him I hoped to see him again, these service technicians that helped me on rufe snow, know how to get the job done, cars was coming in and going out quickly and even the general manager was out their worker and getting it done, team work, I am not dissatisfied,but very satisfied

This location is amazing on their level of customer service. Their manager Stuart is an awesome guy. Hes definitely there to help you out and make sure your car is taken care of. I brought in a car I just bought and while I was getting an oil change he found a problem with my brakes and got them done in a timely fashion. Not to mention its alot more comforting to see a manager at a car shop be hands-on on basically EVERY car that comes in. I only wish these guys did more services cuz Id rather these guys see my money. 10000%

A couple of months ago we got our oil changed and bought new front wipers. The service guys had a hard time getting one of the wipers on, but eventually got it. During the snow storm however, that wiper popped off. We went back to have it reattached and one of the guys was kind of rude. My husband described the guy that helped us before and this one dude chuckled and said no one like that works here.Eventually, they had to give us a new wiper and the gentlemen that was rude was the one who actually got it attached. We also had our fluids topped off but now our change oil light wont go off. Everyone else was cool.Overall, its a decent location just high turnover and a little rudeness depending on who you get.

I have a gone to this location 3 different occasions. The1st occasion the state inspector was out that day the 2nd time I went there was somebody from another store who left early the 3rd time I went the state inspector was gone to make bank deposit so is there a state inspector more than one at this location or do they just not do state inspections and find multiple excuses..

The guys at this particular store are courteous theyre respectful they show that they have a lot of integrity and just overall kind.

The guys at Jiffy lube were outstanding with their service. I can’t be more pleased with the service they provided. They go above and beyond with how helpful they are. Each member of the crew is very proud of their job there. Stuart stands out above them all. He took his time in letting me know what I needed and made suggestions on how to obtain the parts. He also offered his time to replace them so my family would be safe driving on the road. I heart these guys and will suggest them to everyone I know!

My engine was destroyed after valve gasket cover was replaced. The valve gasket cover installation was faulty, and this was professionally diagnosed by another auto shop. Jiffy Lubes insurance has so far refused to help. I would highly recommend you take your car elsewhere.

Oil change was quick, wouldnt take competitors coupons (I had a Mieneke one). The gentleman who assisted me gave me one if their own coupon specials instead.

This place is amazing! I’ve had my oil changed many times and at many different places. This is the first place who took the time to explain to me which oil is best for my car and why my car requires such care. Very clean and very quick!! Definitely going back.

These guys are awesome! After seeing some coupons online for an oil change I decided to try Jiffy Lube over the many other car shops in my area. I was totally impressed by the reasonable prices, fast service, and nice employees. They touched up my tires, vacuumed my rugs, and refilled my washer fluid which had been empty for weeks, and all for free! I couldn’t believe it. The last oil change I had was at a shop down the street, which was twice the price and had none of these complimentary services. I will definitely come to Jiffy Lube for all of my car services in the future. Thank you!

Everyone likes to feel special and that’s how I was treated 02/13/2020. I visited the Rufe snow location, I was greeted as soon as I got out of my car. I got my back brakes done which includes brakes and new rotors. I got the high dollar oil change (Synthetic) I had coupons for both of my services, but the most spectacular part was the guys are very detailed and customer service friendly. Thank you again!!!! MM

Cannot be thankful enough for the fast, honest and straightforward service I got at this Jiffy Lube today. All of my concerns were addressed and answered honestly. Was differed to another location for a question they could not answer. The manager even called ahead to the other store with the issue so I didnt have to explain anything further. 10 stars if I could give it to them. I will definitely be returning!

I am highly disappointed at this place. When i came in for the oil change, they never asked me what kind of oil change. They just assumed. I had a groupon for conventional oil change and told them about it about 15 min later, he didn’t say nothing to update or what. By the time it was time for me to pay, He said he used synthetic blend and that “i purchased the wrong groupon.” But he already made me open the voucher! Which means i can’t get it refunded. He wouldn’t work with me and wanted me to pay $88. I ended up buying another groupon. I basically ended up spending more or less $100 just for oil change! On top of that, they didn’t reset my gauge and did not give me a sticker for the mileage. When i told them about it, they apologized & gave me one but the mileage was for 197+ thousand miles!!! My car only has 90+ miles on it. So much hassle for trying to save some bucks in this trying times. They did not care so much. I know for sure I am not going back here for the bad experience!

Usually Im charged me 44 plus tax for a oil change today when I went in I was told my car only takes a certain kind of oil and my oil change would be 77 dollars with taxes 81.17 with my coupon it was still 71.17 I really wasnt trying to pay that much for a oil change felt like I was lied to get more money out of me and they didnt even fill up my fluids

This is my go-to place for oil changes and inspections. The staff there is very professional and friendly. They dont try to shove products in your face either which is a big plus for me. I spoke to the staff member who was a previous employee who was transitioning into the owner position after purchasing this location and I have no doubt it is in good hands. They are also a military friendly location! Will definitely be coming back in the future.

Wonderful oil change experience. Very helpful from the moment I pulled up, all the way to the end where they ran to my car with me in the rain and opened the door for me. Very understanding and welcoming, I highly recommend!

Came in a week ago to get an oil change, they also informed me that one of my headlights were out and that they could fix it for $31. I didn’t have the money at the time so I had to say no and that I would come back when I had the money. So today I came back to get it fixed, after getting the bulb out my mechanic Jake informed me that the bulb actually cost $90, but since I was already quoted for the $30, that’s the price I payed. Very greatful for Jake and also the GM Tony for biting the bullet on the extra cost. Will definitely be back for anything else I need.

Manager and staff at this location were really great. Took their time explaining what needed to be done to my car. Great prices will definitely keep coming back here to service all my other vehicles.

I used to go to the Jiffy Lube in Precinct Line Rd., but they were always so hideously slow. I tried this place today (March 14, 2030) and they were very very prompt, efficient and professional. My new Go-To oil change and tire rotation guys. (It was always the tire rotation that took so long at the other place. They didn’t like doing it and piddled around and chit-chatted their entire time).

The Jiffy Lube off rufe snow and 820 is always a good place to get things done on your car. From a oil change to a tire rotation, I have never had a bad experience with them because they have always been very professional about what they do and make sure the customer is satisfied with the service they received. I also liked how John Jackson took good care of me and made sure what I needed for my vehicle to run smoothly and have no issue in the long run on my car. Thanks John!

I never use Jiffy Lube but went to this location today (Sunday 6/16/19) because they opened at 8 and most other places didn’t open until 9 or 10. There were two or three cars in the bays, but I was acknowledged immediately by Tim. I needed an oil change, air filter, tire rotation, wiper blades and state inspection. I was in and out in about 35-40 mins. Josh was Very professional, thorough and fast. Thank you.

I went to one Jiffylube location in Fort Worth and they we out of the light bulb I needed for my car so I decided to go to the Jiffylube location off Rufe snow in north richland hills and the manager (well he said he was the manager he was so unprofessional I dont think he was the manager) stated that he couldnt change it because it was going to be an hr but I arrived 45 mins prior to closing and he still refused to change my light because he didnt wanna be at work a few minutes after his shift he knew my prior experience I had with the other Jiffylube as well. I decided to come back to the same location to get my light changed the next day and the samw guy was there and was extremely rude again he was really rough with my car and everytime he spoke to me there was attitude. Im never coming back here again. Very unprofessional.

Went to get my oil change and was shocked to find out that The previous company who did my oil change almost messed my car up. Lynn and Andy are the BEST! The service here is great, I never leave with any issues or complaints. Went in today for an oil change and they notified me of other problems from previous work at another shop. They explained exactly what was wrong and what I needed to do, and made it very afforable. Highly recommend jiffy lube for any work needed.

Great and fast work. The workers are always friendly and never push on something unnecessary. I appreciate all the extra things they do like cleaning a windshield. Never had that done by the Walmart staff. With a coupon or groupon (which they always have) the higher quality of work and the speed of the service its definitely worth it. Hard to find a replacement for this place personally.

Very overpriced for an oil change.

First off, I want to say that Ive always been skeptical of taking my vehicles to these auto service shops. The reasoning behind that is because you hear so much negative feedback about those places.I was in need of oil change bad and working late hours limits me on available time to get it done. I googled this shop and seen they closed at 7pm. I pulled in around 6:30 and I was greeted the second I parked. They explained their services and I was greatly impressed with the summary of my services that were done.Going forward, these guys will be taking care of my vehicles. Thank you

The oil change was super quick, that being said it cost me 100 dollars to get a full synthetic oil change for a 2014 corolla.

Recently I stopped in for an oil change and had my newborn with me. Learning how to multitask with a newborn is tricky, but the guys at Jiffy Lube were wonderful.My little man needed a diaper change and there wasnt a changing station in the bathroom. No problem. They guys there let me change him in the waiting room. Little man wasnt done and wanted to be heard by everyone whole I was checking out. Not a problem. The young man was patient and understanding.Finally, little man wanted to eat. Again, no problem. My car was done and another young man came in and realized I was feeding my son; so, he kindly parked my car.No one shamed me for breastfeeding, nor shamed me for my crying son.I applaud how patient and respectful these young men were.Hooray for wonderful customer service!!!
